Build Your Own Burrito

Ordered online, but the make your own bowl or sushi burrito option was great. I have a lot of food sensitivities and easily being able to add what I wanted was very convenient. Portion sizes were on the bigger side which I enjoyed. I got the sushi burrito and got the sesame oil for sauce since I can't have gluten and they put a good amount on the sushi burrito. Other poke places just don't put enough on there so I greatly appreciated the extra sauce on there. You can also get sauce on the side if you desire. My only complaint is that it's a bit difficult to eat the sushi burrito. The paper wrapping kinda sticks to it making it tricky to eat. I will gladly get a bowl next time since I did overall enjoy the food. They also list what is Gluten Free sauce wise on the menu which is greatly appreciated as well.

There's rarely ever people seating and eating in Poke Burrito. It's more of an order, grab and go! I imagines big chunk of their business is door dash and grub hub. But they have great seating areas both inside and out! No lunch specials! Bummer!! Their rolls are reasonably priced but they add up fast if you're adding socially rolls to your order (which go from $11-$18). I like that their menu includes off the specialty roll is a 5 piece or 8 piece roll. The open kitchen looks clean and organized.

This is the 2nd time we ordered but via Uber. The 1st time we ordered I didn't check in or bother to take photos or review and after we finished our meals I realized I should have taken pics because the food was great. We ordered 2 Hawaiian Poke Bowls we also ordered the gyoza appetizer and the strawberry Mochi donut. Since it was so good, we decided to order takeout again via Uber tonight. This time I took photos. We tried their tonkatsu ramen, the Godzilla roll, spicy tuna roll, and Cookies & Cream Mochi donut. Delish once again. We liked the innovative packaging of the ramen. It came separated from the broth where the contents were stacked in a separate container stacked on top of the broth within the container. Nice touch so the noodles don't soak up the broth and get soggy. Nice packaging with the sushi rolls too! Only complaint I have this time was that there was no soy sauce packets for the sushi. That irks me because I need it with sushi. I didn't knock any stars because I know mistakes happen no big deal. Hopefully the next time we try more of their menu items, it will be dining at the restaurant!

It was my first time trying Poke Burrito. Place was clean. Employees were both friendly. There was a kiosk to order from but it didn't work, so we had to go to the counter. There were several tables to eat at so seating is limited. Prices were okay but they give you an abundance of food. We got the Jimmy's creation for the bowl as well as the burrito, French Kiss sushi, earl grey with popping boba, and brown sugar milk tea. Overall, I would give 4/5. Sushi roll was okay. Drinks were decent. Food was good. I would like to see a build your own poke bowl. I like that they have a wide selection of food.

I was looking for a place to grab dinner, and based on reviews, decided to try Poke Burrito. I didn't realize just how busy Elmhurst would be at 5 PM on a nice day, but it took me roughly 15 minutes of circling to find a parking spot. The restaurant had a small indoor seating area, and a constant stream of individuals either picking up takeout, or eating inside. The crowd mostly seemed to be teens/twenties, but I didn't feel out of place. I ordered my H5 bowl, and found that is was delicious and a great assortment of foods from a nutritional standpoint. I did top it with fish for a few extra dollars to add some more fat/protein. I would certantly come back here.

Poke bowls are always on point. Big portions and great service. Sometimes I get ramen or sushi to mix it up, both which are good, but the poke is where it's at. One of the best poke bowls you will find in the city, not just the western burbs.

Can't believe I haven't dropped this place a review yet. It's my go to place for a summer day when I'm looking for a little bit of a lighter vibe for lunch. I've always gotten the build your own bowl and it's yet to disappoint. Portions are generous. Have gotten the donuts a couple times and they were light and tasty with plenty of amazing sounding options. Consistent, good quality tasting food. Always have ordered online and always given the correct food with timely, friendly service. Inside is kept very clean. Will definitely keep this place in rotation and at some point will have to try some more of the menu. Glad to have this place in Elmhurst!

their new Mochii donuts. Oh my deliciousness!! it is the best thing I have ever eaten!!! we just tried the mango and the strawberry. Super delicious!! The Best so far!! The churro one is ok The s'more is really good. The cookies n cream is also good. we definitely definitely will be back for more. they are $3.50 each and for the size it's a little expensive. We did try the sushi. It is very, very delicious. We try the California roll and the dynamic role. Their fruit drinks are really really good and you can mix and match the flavors. Definitely try one !! This is my new favorite place to go.

I've been to the Poke Burrito in Oak Park and the one in Elmhurst is MUCH better! I've been coming to this location for a while now and I'm never disappointed with what I order. My boyfriend and I always get the custom Poke bowls where you can add whatever you like. I consider myself a bit of a sushi snob and Poke burrito is one of the best Poke places I have been to in the Chicago land area. In comparison to other spots, there is a much better variety of choices and the quality. Recently, they increased the price of the bowl to $15. I love this restaurant but the bowl itself is not the largest and the one dollar increase does push this to the expensive side a bit. This is my go-to Poke spot but it sucks the price is going up and the sizes seem to be getting smaller. The service is always exceptional and quite quick. I'll usually take a 5 min walk around the area and by the time I come back , my food is ready to go. I really enjoy coming here but I just wish the bowls were a bit larger if charging $15 now. This is a reliable spot with very high quality ingredients.

Food is fresh. I like the California Crab Bowl. If you like raw not cooked choice this is the place. Sushi is a good choice also. A MUST TRY!!!!!!

Walking through elmhurst and spotted this poke bowl/burrito place. Decided to try it out and I was glad I did. I'll start off by saying it's a very small place but with a large menu of bowls, burritos and even sushi! I decided to go with the crab salad bowl. For $15 I think you get the bang for your buck. You get a ton of crab which usual poke bowl places stiff you on. They usually fill it up with rice and veggies and skimp you on the meat. But that's the opposite here. It's was a great tasting bowl and def was on the side of light but filling. Staff was very friendly and service was fast. Def will come back and try a burrito.

There is so much to choose from in Elmhurst and I thought I'd give a new place a try. I had intended to try a burrito but went with a poke bowl. Got with brown rice, specifically, the salmon obsession bowl. I'm going to have to say that I was disappointed. First, it was definitely more expensive compared to other poke places around me. It would have been okay had the taste justified it but it just didn't do it for me. Hard to describe what was lacking for me. While the combination of toppings were fine, I think it may have been one of the blandest poke bowls I've ever had.

I had the Hawaiian bowl. The food was fresh and tasty. It would have been nice to enjoy a glass of wine but they do not serve alcohol.
