I was so disappointed the last 3 times we were here. My husband would always get the teriyaki chicken bowl but the last two times the chicken was cold. We went this past Saturday and he asked that the chicken be warmer. His entire bowl was put in the microwave and he burnt his tongue on the pineapple. Edamame was hot too, and he was so angry that he did not finish his lunch. The gal that was helping me was rushing me through so quickly I could not even think what I wanted. (no one behind us in line either) I was given 3 pieces of Octopus and asked if this was normal because it was so little. She said 5 pieces were normal but she did not give me any more than what she had originally given me. This was the 10th time we were here and will be the last. This place is so good! I've probably eaten here at least 30 times in the past 6 months and it's always great. I get the medium poke bowl and it's plenty. All the ingredients are fresh. The salmon is wonderful. My only slight complaint would be that some of the employees are not friendly but I haven't had any actual bad encounters. read more

It's not that Poke Fit is bad, per say, rather there are simply better, cheaper, closer options. Though, I should contextualize that statement. I went around 2 pm and had the medium bowl (3 scoops) with Salmon as takeout. There was no wait, the facility looked clean, and service was great. My biggest complaint may simply be the food itself. A bit more expensive than the alternatives, multiple elements didn't taste fresh (possibly more a result of the time of day than the general quality?) The fish is not marinated. Also, they were out of seaweed. The food wasn't bad, just not great. And while I likely will not be returning, it is still a decent option for Poke. read more

Finally tried some poke here and it was awesome. I made my own bowl and just chose some of the things that I knew that I liked for when I eat sushi. I had the salmon and the tuna and I tried the garlic spicy mayo with many of the other fixings. If it didn't cost me extra I pretty much added it to the bowl! I did splurge on the avocado though and I think it was worth it. I was going to get the shrimp, but honestly they didn't look very good. They were quite small and didn't look very fresh; that probably would've been my only complaint and I wouldn't have minded a few more options, but they still have quite a variety. I got the Medium because I was pretty hungry but it was very filling and I easily could could've gone with the small. I will definitely be back again and would recommend. read more

Tried PokeFit for first time January 5, 2018. Other than the white rice, which tasted old and over cooked, the flavors were good, fish was fresh and the meal was good. Will definitely go back and just hope the white rice will be better. read more

We tried this place for the first time today. We will definitely be going back! Even my 8 year old daughter loved it. There's plenty of options to choose from with regards to the sides, mix-ins and toppings. Even the sauces are plentiful. I like the fact that they offer soba noodles as well as a base. The staff was incredibly welcoming and warm. They were patient with me and my daughter as we had to take a minute to figure out exactly how to order and how it all works. I love, love, love this place! When I crave for poke, I come always here because the fresh quality and flavors are like the food I grew up with in Hawaii. The bowls are very filling. If I can't decide what to select for my bowl or want something different, the servers are always willing to give suggestions. You can create so many poke bowl variations to your liking or cravings. The service has been wonderful!! The owner and server sometimes greets and chat with the customers at the their table when they can. They have been friendly and relatable. The restaurant is clean & cozy with background music to make it an inviting hangout. I asked for some more masago after seeing I was skimped. No where on the menu or board does it say masago is extra (as it does for extra fish, crab meat, and seaweed salad), but I still had a charge tacked on. When I mentioned this to my server, she admitted that she didn't mention the additional masago would be extra. To make up for it, she reached behind the counter and showed a note telling the employees to only give a half scoop of the masago to everyone and some how this was supposed to make everything ok.
