Large poke bowl $17.99 + my Strawberry Kiwi Arizona drink for $22 total after tax. Super reasonably priced given the proportions! This place is definitely slept on. I found my new go to for poke at Lunch during work! I'd also like to add that their shop is super clean, well organized and the relaxing background music is a nice touch. You can tell the owner takes great pride in their business. Will definitely be coming back for more!

Looking for healthy food options for my mother when dining out I thought about Poke. Normally her and I would go out on Sundays but unfortunately Poke Moki is not open that day. Out of the blue she asked me if I wanted to go out for dinner since its been pretty hot the past week. She had a place in mind but changed her mind to give me the option. Since I've been wanting to check out Poke Moki I suggested it and we gave it a try. I knew where the establishment was located but I didn't know there was a backside with their own lil parking lot area. Many who enjoy poke know the assembly line style with the options available. This is a perfect way for both my mother and I to customize our bowls to our preference. Depending on how many protein options you order, it will allow more toppings. They do have premium toppings for an additional cost. Halfway through our meal I asked mom how she liked her bowl. Since we did go to another place prior she did say the other place was better. She says her items weren't mixed in with the sauce so she felt like she just had a small salad. I grabbed another bowl and lid, took her items and gave it a good shake. One employee saw what I was doing and asked if the food is ok. I told him that one detail of my mom's concern and I was told they do mix it if we asked. Being our first time we had no idea. I'll have to remember that for the next visit. I think the food here is fairly priced as it is cheaper than the previous place we've visited. I personally didn't like the water bottle option that was provided. The first bottle was an Aquafina, but when handed, it was Kirkland. Not that I really care but it was a bit deceiving. Parking: small private lot, med lot where Grocery Outlet is, or street parking VERDICT: Rinse and repeat

It was my first time having poke, so if it's also your first time THIS is the place to go!!!! I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was super nice, everything looked clean and the food was amazing! I regret not getting the crab salad mix, but other than that, amazing! I will definitely be going again, especially since it's like 3 minutes away from work! Just in case you don't know what to order, My order: Poke Bowl: white rice, spring salad, tuna, spicy tuna, dynamic salmon, edemame, green onion, carrots, moki sauce, spicy mayo, lime juice, crispy onions, crunchy tempura and wasabi dust.

Stopped by for an afternoon lunch and were greeted with great service and quick service! The staff were helpful in helping us order and packing our bowls in our short lunch break. The reason for the lower star rating is due to its comparison to other poke places that I've been to. I liked how the staff were not afraid to add lots of toppings/fish and to not skimp out on us, however I do have some suggestions. The rice is rather hot and warms up the fish; I'd recommend doing half rice/half salad or if the rice could be kept at a lower temperature, that could be an option as well. Compared to other poke places where they mix the fish/sauces as you order to avoid soggy rice, sauces here are added as a topping and seeped into the rice and other toppings. I'd recommend asking for less sauce or sauce on the side if you're a slow eater like me. Overall, I did enjoy the wide assortment of toppings/sauces at no extra charge (unlike some other places where they charge +$1 for almost every additional topping), and the service that I received.

Came into the store after trying the poke bowl my hubby brought home for me last time. I was craving poke like always and drove here for lunch. I accidentally parked in the lot just over where the super market is. I walked over and ordered my bowls. There were two people working and one customer just left. I ordered two bowls both with salad as the base. The only options are salad, nachos and white rice and brown rice. I got my hubby the albacore, tuna and salmon for his protein and I got the spicy tuna, the albacore and unfortunately the crab is a protein and not a topping! Overall, as mentioned the bowls are good and fresh. A little pricey - two bowls were $16 + tax, and it ended up being a $40 lunch. But what can you do? This is a good fresh fish place near my house, easy parking and friendly service.

I am a big fan of poke and always have been. I saw this place while I was driving a few weeks ago and decided to stop by. I'm not picky with poke, I tend to like it all ... but this was something else. The quality of the fish was extremely poor, flavorless, and made me sick for a couple of days. I ate here a few weeks ago and right after trying it, I was debating going back to the restaurant and showing them this bowl and asking what they put in it because I had never felt that way after eating any poke. Safe to say, I will not be returning. Save your money and time, don't go to this place. read more

I was excited to try this place but I can say it was my first time and I'll never return! Overpriced for what it is. I got 2 protein (shrimp and salmon). It had no flavor at all! Becareful what u order here. After i asked to see the size of a small I said okay, i'll have a small. When i said for more greens they gave me only a little bit & after asking for a just a little rice they filled half the bowl (and like everyone else's review, the rice was super wet & soggy. They gave me just a little protein and would i like more or i can choose another. I said i just want a small but u barely put any so can i have more. When i went to pay they charged me for a larger bowl and extra for some of the sides. When i spoke to the cashier & said i told the guy preping it several times i just wanted a small he said he gave me 2 scoopes of protein & nasty rice which i didnt want more of. I ended up paying over $30 for dressing & soggy rice. read more

Not bad. I probably would have liked it better if she didn't completely drown it with spicy mayo... made me wish I got the ponzu or something citrus instead. It's a bit expensive for what it is. The cucumbers were sliced way too thin, and they were out of carrots, sadly. The tuna was stringy and a bit too fishy... made me question whether it was sushi grade and made it a bit unappetizing. Maybe it was my selections. read more

HECK YES! A poki place right on the edge of Shadow Hills, I'm so psyched to see something fresh and hip that breathes life to this area. The restaurant is clean and they have a cute outdoor patio! The staff were all incredibly sweet and the food is great (they have so many toppings including micro greens, wasabi dust, and crispy chili, yum yum yum!!!) Yummy new poke place in Sun Valley! Where the old Quiznos used to be. They just opened and only had poke bowls and acai bowls but they will soon have poke nachos and some hand rolls available! Lots of topping options and sauce options with a few of their homemade sauces. Nice inside and patio area to sit at and friendly staff. I just wish they would include the crab meat as standard in the poke bowls instead of its own separate meat option. Anyways, Yummy poke! Thanks pokemoki! Food was a tiny bit expensive ($18 for three scoops of protein), but the quality and the service made it absolutely worth it. Apparently they only opened within the last two months, but the building (parking, interior, restrooms) was top notch and the food was delicious. Try the medium-spicy house poke sauce! read more

I'm not sure if ownership changed? This place used to be so good when they just opened but now you walk in & you have 2 fish to choose from & close to nothing topics. No tuna, no albacore, no edamame....very disappointing. Not to mention the minimal scoops but maximum price. The only reason I come here is for the crispy garlic but I'll find that elsewhere from now on. read more

The food here is amazingly fresh and portions are generous. One thing that I enjoy is the Wasabi powder instead of ginger, it mixes well and has the same great kick you would expect from regular Wasabi. The atmosphere is always chill and nice to sit and enjoy poke or acai bowl. The prices are great when considering thr portions. I try to visit once to twice a month and everything mentioned is always what to expect. I highly recommend this place! read more

I heard about this place through Instagram, and decided why not try it... I took my mom to try it out with me and let me tell you. The customer service we had today was awesome the gentleman Roubik and young lady Amaba were so nice gave great recommendations for toppings, the environment was so welcoming and extremely clean. Serving sizes were great, a lot of deliciousness for such a great price! Will definitely be going back! Keep up the good work guys : ) read more

While asking her favorite blended drink, she gave me a few of the most frequently ordered drinks from customers and then told me her personal favorite was the Faster Stronger (Coconut Water, Açaí, Banana, Goji-Berry, Blueberry, Plant Protein, Flaxseed, Cinnamon, Almond Butter). After looking at the colorful menus and taking her recommendations, I decided on the 20-ounce Faster Stronger smoothie. Within minutes, the small place (set up as a counter grab-and-go with a solo table outside) filled up with about half a dozen people ready to order or pick up their drinks. The atmosphere was fast and furious with the buzz of blenders in the air. My drink was prepared within a few minutes. I thanked the hardworking staff and took off, ice cold purple drink in hand. The smoothie itself was a good size for the price ($11.25) and was amazingly blended and perfectly balanced in flavor. Not too sweet, but just right. The combo of the berries with the cinnamon was delicious. I also loved the added plant protein boost. Extremely healthy and tasty! There are many healthy offerings and a ton of seasonal favorites on a rotating chalkboard menu.
