Large poke bowl $17.99 + my Strawberry Kiwi Arizona drink for $22 total after tax. Super reasonably priced given the proportions! This place is definitely slept on. I found my new go to for poke at Lunch during work! I'd also like to add that their shop is super clean, well organized and the relaxing background music is a nice touch. You can tell the owner takes great pride in their business. Will definitely be coming back for more!

Looking for healthy food options for my mother when dining out I thought about Poke. Normally her and I would go out on Sundays but unfortunately Poke Moki is not open that day. Out of the blue she asked me if I wanted to go out for dinner since its been pretty hot the past week. She had a place in mind but changed her mind to give me the option. Since I've been wanting to check out Poke Moki I suggested it and we gave it a try. I knew where the establishment was located but I didn't know there was a backside with their own lil parking lot area. Many who enjoy poke know the assembly line style with the options available. This is a perfect way for both my mother and I to customize our bowls to our preference. Depending on how many protein options you order, it will allow more toppings. They do have premium toppings for an additional cost. Halfway through our meal I asked mom how she liked her bowl. Since we did go to another place prior she did say the other place was better. She says her items weren't mixed in with the sauce so she felt like she just had a small salad. I grabbed another bowl and lid, took her items and gave it a good shake. One employee saw what I was doing and asked if the food is ok. I told him that one detail of my mom's concern and I was told they do mix it if we asked. Being our first time we had no idea. I'll have to remember that for the next visit. I think the food here is fairly priced as it is cheaper than the previous place we've visited. I personally didn't like the water bottle option that was provided. The first bottle was an Aquafina, but when handed, it was Kirkland. Not that I really care but it was a bit deceiving. Parking: small private lot, med lot where Grocery Outlet is, or street parking VERDICT: Rinse and repeat

It was my first time having poke, so if it's also your first time THIS is the place to go!!!! I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was super nice, everything looked clean and the food was amazing! I regret not getting the crab salad mix, but other than that, amazing! I will definitely be going again, especially since it's like 3 minutes away from work! Just in case you don't know what to order, My order: Poke Bowl: white rice, spring salad, tuna, spicy tuna, dynamic salmon, edemame, green onion, carrots, moki sauce, spicy mayo, lime juice, crispy onions, crunchy tempura and wasabi dust.

Stopped by for an afternoon lunch and were greeted with great service and quick service! The staff were helpful in helping us order and packing our bowls in our short lunch break. The reason for the lower star rating is due to its comparison to other poke places that I've been to. I liked how the staff were not afraid to add lots of toppings/fish and to not skimp out on us, however I do have some suggestions. The rice is rather hot and warms up the fish; I'd recommend doing half rice/half salad or if the rice could be kept at a lower temperature, that could be an option as well. Compared to other poke places where they mix the fish/sauces as you order to avoid soggy rice, sauces here are added as a topping and seeped into the rice and other toppings. I'd recommend asking for less sauce or sauce on the side if you're a slow eater like me. Overall, I did enjoy the wide assortment of toppings/sauces at no extra charge (unlike some other places where they charge +$1 for almost every additional topping), and the service that I received.

Came into the store after trying the poke bowl my hubby brought home for me last time. I was craving poke like always and drove here for lunch. I accidentally parked in the lot just over where the super market is. I walked over and ordered my bowls. There were two people working and one customer just left. I ordered two bowls both with salad as the base. The only options are salad, nachos and white rice and brown rice. I got my hubby the albacore, tuna and salmon for his protein and I got the spicy tuna, the albacore and unfortunately the crab is a protein and not a topping! Overall, as mentioned the bowls are good and fresh. A little pricey - two bowls were $16 + tax, and it ended up being a $40 lunch. But what can you do? This is a good fresh fish place near my house, easy parking and friendly service.

Finally I can say I have found the best poke bowl place and im so lucky to have it so close to home! No more driving 25 minutes to NoHo for poke, this place has everything you can ask for for a fully personalized poke experience. Visited three times already in the span of a month and it seems to get better every time. I always get a bowl with two scoops. Not sure if I would recommend any less than two scoops as they are not big scoops fyi. What keeps me coming back is the variety of toppings and how you can put as much as you want on it! Definitely give them a try you wont be disappointed!

I came in around 5:45 PM, and one of the employees who served me had an unfriendly and visibly annoyed expression the entire time. I specifically asked her to put a certain sauce on my bowl, but instead, she added spicy sauce, which I did not ask for. She also didn't offer me a bag for my order to go. When I was leaving, I politely said goodbye, but she completely ignored me and didn't say anything back. Right after that, she started laughing and talking with her coworker, which made the whole interaction feel even more uncomfortable and disrespectful. I'm a regular customer here, so it was especially disappointing to be treated this way. I really hope management pays attention to how customers are being treated, because one employee's attitude can completely change the experience.

My boyfriend and I were across the street at Fantasia watching a World Cup came, and after we were craving hand rolls, when he spotted Toro Sushi Poke House. We took a look at their menu which was displayed on the outside. The prices were really affordable, so we just had to try it, and were so glad we did because this was one of the most affordable and delicious nigiri and hand roll experiences we've had! The place itself is small and intimate. They have a bar area and few tables inside and a small outdoor seating as well. When we entered we were greeted by our friendly waiter, and seated immediately. It was pretty empty around 5 pm on a Friday, which was convenient because we didn't have to wait for a table. I'm not sure how packed this place normally gets, but it was also the long holiday weekend, so that might be why. We started off with the fatty tuna nigiri. For $6 you get two big pieces, which is so affordable, and the quality was amazing! We then each got the 6 piece hand roll set which came with a spicy tuna, scallop, yellow tail, crab, salmon, and toro. I'm not a fan of scallops, so I switched it out with a yellow tail roll. The fish was top quality and delicious. I cannot wait to come back here and stuff my face again!

The baked salmon and crab roll was excellent and much larger than I expected, which was definitely a pleasant surprise! The chicken udon was flavorful and generously packed with chicken. To top it all off, the takoyaki arrived fresh, hot, and perfectly prepared. Overall, the combination of outstanding service, fresh ingredients, and generous portions made for a wonderful dining experience.

I then covered it up with a bunch of fresh veggie toppings like cucumber, green onions and jalapeños, added multiple sauces and topped it with their crispy onions. My combination was very delicious-- the fish tasted very fresh with spicy tuna standing out the most by taste and freshness. The veggies were ripe and yummy and the sauces made it so much better....I'm such a sauce guy, need sauce on everything. And finally, I absolutely loved the taste of their crispy onions. They were perfectly crispy on the outside, sweet and soft on the inside and they were just so fresh ---this spot makes them in-house and they come to your bowl pretty much out of the deep fryer that you can see towards the back of this spot. At one point, I lightly touched the glass while pointing at what I wanted, and she abruptly scolded me with, "Don't touch the glass." There are much more respectful ways to communicate with customers, and the interaction felt unnecessarily hostile. To make matters worse, my poke bowl had noticeably less food than I've received at other 8 Oz Poke locations, and it wasn't nearly as flavorful as the Encino location. The quality and portion were both underwhelming. I was also surprised to find there's an additional fee if you want to sit and eat there. After an unpleasant interaction, a smaller and less flavorful meal, an extra dine-in fee, and then being prompted for a tip, the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I won't be returning to this location. If you have the option, I'd recommend going to the Encino location instead.

Also, the bowls and burritos were filled with primarily the base ingredients (rice/cauliflower rice), sweet potatoes, kale and bean sprouts (depending upon the bowl selected). These items are not only inexpensive but fills up the bowl. If you call it a poke bowl, at least 50 percent of the bowl should be filled with poke and not filler.
