In a world where poke spots are a dime a dozen, Poke Nash is a solid choice, but not a stand out. It's good if you want a nice, quick, light lunch. This location is located in Assembly Food Hall, so it is a booth and there is plenty of seating around the hall. There was a good variety of toppings and proteins - they had my favorites which are crab salad, seaweed salad (+$1), and tobiko. The poke is of average quality - it comes pre-marinated which further signals that it probably isn't as fresh as it could be. The rest of the ingredients are indeed fresh, though! After tax I paid $15+ for a regular sized bowl. The staff are polite and efficient.

First night in Nashville and we had to hit Assembly Hall. Took me back to Europe style Market appace Eateries. Tonight we chose Poke Nash and it was a hit. You can order online or at the counter. Food was prepared super fast, grab it and look for a seat in the big Assembly Hall to enjoy the music, people and food. Great food quality. Lots of toppings to chose from. I ordered the regular poke bowl and it was perfect. They had a large poke bowl size as well. Highly recommended.

Poke Nash is an absolute gem inside the Assembly Food Hall! They offer preset bowls which sound good but but also give you the flexibility to fully customize your order to exactly what you want in the moment. I ordered a large bowl with salmon, ahi tuna, rice seasoning, cucumber, edamame, scallion, tobiko, seaweed, and their "Crunch" topping--all drizzled with unagi eel sauce. Everything was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and well-portioned. For the price, it's a great value, especially given the quality of the fish and variety of ingredients to customize with. The employees were super friendly and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. The food hall itself is a great spot to hang out, with plenty of seating and a fun, lively vibe. Overall, a great place to hit if you're on or near Broadway and want something fresh and satisfying that isn't fried hot chicken (not that there's anything wrong with that!). Highly recommend!

Poke Nash is located in the Assembly Food Hall. My husband and I visited on a Saturday afternoon and it was definitely pretty busy. We were able to find a table and then decided to order from Poke Nash via QR code. On the table, there is a QR code so that you actually order from any of the restaurants in the Assembly Food Hall, which has the menus from each and every single restaurant (and the prices are the exact same, without an upcharge for ordering online). After looking over all the menus of the other restaurants, I decided to go with Poke Nash because I wanted something fresh and not something heavy or greasy. I ended up ordering: Large Bowl, 24 oz, $15.98 prior to tax- Normally I would order a regular bowl but my husband suggested I order the large bowl so that I can share with him (but he ordered a large order of food at another restaurant that he was too full to eat any of mine, lol). I opted for the build your own bowl option but you can also choose from their signature bowls if you prefer. I picked brown rice and mixed green as the base. For the protein, I picked tofu and cooked shrimp (the shrimp was only lightly cooked, so it was not rubbery). For the toppings, I ended up choosing cucumbers, edamame, crab mix, crunch and tobiko. I picked unagi eel sauce, which I did ask for the side. But I got both of the sauce on the side and also at the bottom of my bowl. The bowl I picked was good. I really liked the tofu, although it was cold and plain (I grew eating tofu so I love eating it in any form, so that didn't bother me). I liked that there was plenty of cucumber slices and edamame. The brown rice was cooked perfectly and the mixed greens were not wilted (I really dislike when some places have numerous of wilted pieces when really they should have thrown those pieces away and may even need to wash a whole new bag of salad). This bowl worked well and really kept me full for the rest of the day (which was nice because I did not eat again for another 10 hours. I was flying back to California and was not able to eat). -------------------------------- (Total= $17.51 after) I liked how easy it was to order online and also that my order was ready for pick up at the time promised. This really is a nice option not having to wait in line to order as well, which I really liked. I would definitely consider Poke Nash the next time I visit the Assembly Food Hall on a future visit.

The tuna cube is weird and tasted like jello, definitely not what normal tuna texture should be. It's also overpriced.

This is my favorite poke place in Nashville. Located in the Assembly Food Hall, the flavor is always fresh and consistent. You can really customize any bowl but I recommend the oke poke bowl with white rice. You can choose your base, protein, and sauces. The service is always fast. The food hall is always busy, but I love that their is something for everyone. But I only ever stop by Poke Nash.

Fresh poke located inside the Assembly Food Hall in the Fifth and Broadway complex. Great option if you want something light and quick. They had some premade bowls but I got the Build Your Own Poke Bowl and I love that you can add a lot of toppings to it. Their fish is pretty fresh. I got the regular bowl with white rice, spicy tuna, salmon (if you don't like raw fish, they have cooked shrimp and tofu as well). For toppings, I got rice seasoning, sweet onion, cucumber, edamame, crab mix, scallion, ginger, crunch, and tobiko. I love that the toppings all come with it (you can choose which to add), but crab mix is free too wow! For sauce, they recommended the eel and ponzu so I did a mix of that. Lots of seating indoor and outdoor. Parking is toughhh here. Even if you do pick up, I think you only have 10 mins for free parking and if you park in the lot, it'll be tough to make it back in time.

I went to the new location in Hendersonville. It was really good! Great service! Best Poké bowl place in Nashville area!

The options at Assembly Food Hall are endless. Poke Nash is basically the poke version of Chipotle. They have a few signature bowl options but they also have a build your own section. I got a brown rice base (you can pick up to 2) with cooked shrimp (again, you can pick up to 2) with edamame, crab salad, pineapples and cucumbers (unlimited toppings) and a lemon vinaigrette dressing. Unlike most of the food options at Assembly Hall, I really enjoyed Poke Nash since it felt super fresh and healthy. When you order they take your name and phone and send you a text when your food is ready. The service was super fast and the cashier was very friendly.

Fresh poke, great flavor and toppings, and good portion size. I built my own Poke bowl with Ahi Tuna and Salmon, brown rice, crab meat, masago, edamame, crispy onions, scallions, Ponzu Sauce, and Spicy Aioli. You can pick two types of protein and unlimited toppings. The fish was well marinated and fresh. The whole bowl was flavorful and filling. Great service as well!

I came to the assembly food hall right before a concert at the Ryman and am so happy I decided to get poke! I got a regular bowl with Ahi Tuna and white rice. They let you pack in unlimited toppings (along with edamame and crab mix at no extra change) so I made sure to fill my bowl up. (A side note that avocados and seaweed is $1 extra each if you decide to get them). I was craving a sweet sauce to top it all off. The employees were very knowledgeable and suggested the ponzu. I'm so glad I listened to them! Overall, I really enjoyed the bowl. Each ingredient tasted very fresh, especially the Ahi Tuna. The Ahi Tuna itself also had a nice sweet marinade on it that went very well with the ponzu sauce I put on my bowl! I felt the regular bowl was just the right size to fill me up and not leave me too full. I left very satisfied and plan to come back to give this poke place another go!

Very fresh. One of the best poke bowls I've had since leaving Hawaii. Try the Oke Bowl. You won't be disappointed.

It's part restaurant and part market, with some fun ingredients to peruse while they put their order together. They even have Spam Musubi, which is a rarity in Nashville! Although I do enjoy poke, I ended up ordering one of their featured hot plates: Teriyaki Chicken. It was served with rice, shishito peppers, some fresh veggies, and macaroni salad! This was delicious, and a large portion for the price. I would absolutely order this again, and would love to try some of their other rotating hot dishes as well. Parking is easy at ONEC1TY and free for two hours with your registration. I also noticed they have some fun Hawaiian drinks and even butter mochi, which I'd love to try next time. There's some seating outside, but it is mostly a to-go experience. Check it out!
