You walk in to a bright fresh eating/counter area and on nice days can sit outside. Also a great place to get your food to go. Your bowl will be prepared fresh to order and has all the expected options. These reviews baffle me. Either people have never tried good quality fish / poke or people are paid to review well. I ordered the salmon poke and it was awful. No taste, watery taste really , light orange ( salmon is not supposed to be that color) and just overall poor quality. Maybe because I lived in California and had really good poke but this is not. I can't speak for the other fish as I have not tried them. The side were good, sauces as well- no complaints, but the main item was poor. Try Poke bros ( near downtown) so see the difference in salmon because you won't understand this until you see what better quality is supposed to look and taste like. Poke bros isn't the best of the best but it's many steps above. That's probably one of the better places in Nashville area or surrounding areas. The guys were awesome and helped walk me through the order. I was ordering for my wife and she tries to avoid seed oils. The guys were so easy to work with and we ordered a seed oil free bowl and all of their fancy sauces we just stuck with plain sriracha sauce (which wasn't on the menu as an option) We ordered the salmon bowl and it was top notch! Yummy!!! That's what I've got to say. I recently did a delivery order through DoorDash because I have a serious craving for poke bowl. I usually get Pokemoto but decided to give this a chance. Let me tell you I was not disappointed. You can't compare the two places because what they offer is so different. I ordered the regular bowl with white rice. My proteins were salmon and tuna. I did select the signature oke bowl. You get to pick toppings, and they have a great selection to customize your bowl. I was excited to see seaweed and tobiko as options. Next, you select your sauce. I'm a big fan of wasabi, so of course I picked wasabi aioly. Since having Covid a couple of times, the texture of dry food grosses me out, so I picked a few other sauces; ponzu and unagi eel. The combination of this customized bowl was perfect for my craving that night. The only thing I didn't like was the bowl was filled and packed so well there wasn't room for me to stir it together, haha. That's a good problem to have in this case.
