High yield poke This cute little poke shop has fresh fish at a good price. The large runs about $19 with 4 scoops of protein. Their veggie selection is great. Ask for the sauce on the side so you can titrate. The bowl ended up being a pretty big portion - great value PSA: you can get a tea drink for $1 extra with a poke bowl

The poke here was so fresh and the restaurant was cute and clean! I wish they had some more flavored poke, but the spicy tuna and salmon were still good! I also appreciated that you can add an unlimited number of toppings and up to 3 sauces. Prices are fair and I would 100% come back!

    Wooow very delicious thank you

Came here on a Tuesday night and the place was relaxed but never without customers. They have an interactive touchscreen for taking your order, which allows you to do your thinking in front of clearly labeled pictures on a screen instead of in front of a person waiting for you to make up your mind when ordering down the line. The seating area is self serve with cute padded chairs and wallpaper, which is honestly my favorite kind of casual but vibey dining setup. Food was fresh, delicious, and filling. We didn't realize it at the time, but they also have an extensive menu besides poke (don, curry, small apps, sushi burritos, and rolls), so I would come back to try those too!

Came here with a few coworkers for lunch. We walked, but there is a public parking lot nearby and street parking is also available. You can either order via the kiosk or at the register. I ordered the large beef don ($14.18) after tax. It was fine - it's kinda hard to mess up beef over rice. I'll try the poke bowl next time (and will update my review accordingly). The price is right for Palo Alto. We dined-in and sat at the larger of the 2 wooden tables. Complimentary lemon water is self-serve.

Woahhh I was surprised and excited to see they opened a second location!! The line for ikea food court was way too line for no reason and I was getting hangry. The closest food spot was this and I was not disappointed. The menu is the same as their other location. Since they just recently opened, they had a special offer. I think it was spend $40, get a free California roll. I got my usual customized poke bowl and it was pretty good. The price for 2 scoops is definitely affordable compared to other poke shops. Will be back!!

Excellent customer service, super nice, and the food was on time, great portions and excellent quality of sushi! Inside was clean! Small spot but perfect for simple and delicious sushi rolls! They just opened not too long ago, and I am so happy they did, I love their California rolls! It's perfect and super fresh. I also tried their salmon cheese roll, and salmon lemon roll, all were delicious. Parking: parked by the street, it was convenient. Easy to order, will definitely be back!:)

Very good Poke bowls. We got the medium bowls! Lots of flavor. My husband and I both loved our bowls! The service was quick and efficient. The restaurant is on the small side, super cramped! Maybe better getting to go!

I'm glad I was finally able to try out Poke One -- glad that there's a new poke stop in Palo Alto. You order at the kiosk and then the staff will whip up your order. There are only a few small tables inside, so it might be better to order to go. I got the poke bowl with three scoops of protein. Tasty and sauce was not overpowering. One thing I didn't love was that the spicy tuna was somewhat pulverized. However, I liked the salmon which was chopped. Appreciated the freshness and range of topping options. I'm not sure if I love how they serve the poke in a flatter bowl, which makes it harder to mix ingredients that get pocketed on one edge, but not a big deal. Would recommend if you're craving poke.

Soft opening for this place really impressed me. I was expecting just a poke bar, but they had so many options. From hand rolls, to maki, to sushi, to warm food, I was really happy I came across this place. Super fresh, and super tasty and great service. It was clean and bright inside and felt very cozy while it was cold that day. I will be coming back as this could be one of my favourite places so far! Please give them a try

You can certainly dine outside in the patio areas on the streets too. Foods and beverages are fresh and delicious. It's been around for more than a decade, even when I used to work nearby in the area. It's catered to mostly working class people. Staffs are always busy fulfilling customer orders. They are all passionate and it shows when they hand the orders to customers. I watched them prepare the poke bowls too. Having two self service kiosks inside this tiny shop was a bonus. It didn't take too long to grab my order. It's a breeze here if you know what you want ahead of time. At the kiosks, you should always pick everything that is included/free for your bowl. Otherwise, your order may not turn out looking generous in portions or great. The system isn't set by default to fill in the items for you, so choose wisely to create the perfect bowl for you. I had the poke salad bowl with 3 proteins. Absolutely delicious and fresh. It reminded me of times when it used to be my regular lunch stop. My bowl was satisfying and I ate all of it: mixed salad greens, light seared lobster surimi, spicy tuna, ahi tuna (I thought I ordered salmon instead), cucumber, sliced onions, sweet corn, cabbage, edamame, kale, mango, tangerine, pineapple, seaweed, cilantro, peppers, medium flavored/ponzu sauce, seaweed salad, pickled ginger, sesame seeds, chili crisps, garlic crisps, strong wasabi (I should have skipped it), etc. Very nutritious and good. I was able to taste all the ingredients. I'll keep coming back for the super poke fixes.

I say "fast food" in quotes because the ingredients are fresh and clean unlike most fast food places in the US. I ordered on the kiosk and my onigiri was ready within two minutes. The chicken was marinated in the perfect amount of teriyaki sauce, unlike lots of places who overdo it with the sauce and/or make the sauce too sweet. The nori was fresh, the rice was fresh, and the chicken gave me enough energy to last until dinner. I will definitely be returning and trying all the other dishes.

The Sumo Crunch is a perfect way to elevate the classic California roll, blending comfort ingredients like surimi crab with Japanese elements like shrimp tempura and the bold red tempura flakes and Latin elements like the guac spread and the peruvian herb sauce. Their other burritos are unfortunately rotating and not as good, never resonating quite the same in terms of balance, flavor, or texture. Unfortunately, the price has inflated from $10 to almost $20 over the years, and the sushirrito has decreased in size as well, now almost comparable to just three California rolls in price and size. I also feel like the seasoning has been more inconsistent lately, as I can never taste the spicy aioli in the Sumo Crunch anymore. Nevertheless, Sushirritos are the only type of burritos I actually enjoy eating, and their Sumo Crunch still has that special touch, even if it isn't quite the same as before.
