    Spicy Salmon Nachos

Good poke nachos! It had a decent amount of fish combined with avocado, crab salad, and other yummy mix ins! I think one con is I wished they used maybe fried wonton chips or a more mild chip for their nacho base because the chips were a bit too salty to my liking. Other than that this place had pretty fresh poke!

Best place for Poke, hands down in the Bay Area. We go here at least a few times a month, if not every week. Their chutoro roll is the best value and price in the area and their bowls offer quite a few choices and have always been fresh for us. Their topping selection is always fun to choose from also! They are very serious about allergies and will open new containers for those who have celiac and other allergies if you let them know what you have. I also love how they have a point system where if you order 10 bowls, you can get a free one.

Loved the spiny tuna chunks on top, but didn't love the mashed tuna you "dip" the chips into the middle. Avocado and crab would be great as toppings instead. Plenty of parking, great service.

Good but real expensive for what you get! Over $20 for 3 scoops of fish and small ones at that. The sauce varieties were decent but nothing crazy. There wasn't anything standout here but the ingredients were fresh, it tasted good, and I was satisfied. Not dying to come back but definitely not a bad option. Place was casual with self serve water and utensils. Really clean overall. Service was good and fast.

Wow, Poke Poke Fish bar has increased $7 per bowl from the last time I visited (right before the COVID shutdown). Like before, the quality is amazing, food is delicious and they don't skimp out on the rice. However, for $21 per bowl before tax and tip, I would've appreciated if avocado or seaweed salad was included in that price. If I were to get those two ingredients, it would've increased the bowl to $25 ($2 per each addition). I do have to say that this is the first time I've had kimchi in a poke bowl and it was so good. I do miss that they stopped offering the hot Cheeto topping since my husband and I reference this place as the "Hot Cheeto poke place", but it's not a deal breaker. I also finished all of my toppings and still had a substantial amount of rice left (which is a good thing because most other poke places skimp on rice for some reason). Overall, I still absolutely love this store and hope they're getting enough business so I can make another visit back down here (hopefully before another 5 years lapses).

I went to Poke Poke Fish Bar, and the employee working there was so cheerful, energetic, and kind. He provided such great customer service that I found myself wanting to go back again just to see him and buy poke from him.

Came in hungry, left drooling and rushed home to get into this bowl. They have so many options for different toppings. The salmon poke mix is Perfect. The bowls are a little pricy but definitely worth it. I didn't get a chance to sit and eat there but there were plenty of tables. The service was equally nice , they were very friendly and let me take my time ordering since it was my first time. I will be making this my new regular spot for Poke.

The place I originally planned to visit was closed, so I ended up stumbling upon this spot--and I'm so glad I did. They offer both Poké and sushi, and when you walk in there's a small self-serve station with premade sushi and snacks, which all looked great. I came specifically for a Poké bowl. It was a little more expensive than what I'm used to, but once I saw the size, it was absolutely worth it. The portions were very generous, the bowl was filling, and the flavors were delicious. The woman behind the counter was extremely patient and helpful while I asked several questions as a first-time customer. The restaurant was very clean, had a nice vibe, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Overall, a great experience

This is my favorite poke place in the Bay Area. Even though it's on the pricier side, the variety and amount of toppings you get is truly unmatched. I love their Perfect Trio combo sauce and the kimchi topping -- they add so much flavor and really set this place apart. This is my go-to spot for poke, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier poke bowl. the service is great, always so friendly and fast. There are also plenty of tables inside to eat.

This was my second visit, and unfortunately it left a very negative impression. During my visit around 1:10 PM on April 18, the employee preparing my poke bowl handled a simple customer interaction in a way that felt unprofessional and disrespectful. When my husband said he didn't know what ponzu sauce was, the employee reacted with visible surprise, asked others around him to confirm that it's a "popular" sauce, and then exchanged a look with the cashier that came across as mocking. This was not only unnecessary but also inappropriate. Not every customer is familiar with every ingredient, and no one should feel judged or subtly ridiculed for asking a basic question. What should have been a quick and pleasant ordering experience instead felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Customer service at even a basic level should include courtesy and respect, both of which were lacking here. I strongly recommend that management address this and provide proper customer service training, because interactions like this reflect poorly on the business as a whole.

I've been on a poke kick lately, so I wanted to check out this place. This restaurant serves more than poke bowls, they have a wide range of sushi rolls and Musubi as well. I got a large bowl with ahi tuna, hamachi, and spicy salmon. I do wish they had spicy tuna, but the salmon ended up being good. Everything was fresh and clean. Service was fast and friendly, overall it was pretty good. They also had a 4 piece spicy tuna roll for $2 if you get a bowl which was pretty good.

This has been my go to NUMBER ONE poke spot since it opened. I usually DD it since it's kinda out of the way for me but once I started working in Santa Clara, it's now only a few minutes away. This week I stopped by to get sushi rolls. Even tho it was out of the hours that they make sushi rolls (poke all day, sushi certain time frames), they kindly made me some anyways As if that wasn't enough, Mr. Bossman also gave me 4 extra spicy tuna rolls. I COULD CRY LOL. It was delicious as always. The fish is always so fresh, they have spicy crab salad, the toppings (for poke) 10/10 and of course the holy grail is the sauce. SAUCE IS ON POINT. I can't tell you how many spots I've been to where the sauce is mid. You can have okay bowls at most places but good sauce can make a 5 turn into a 7.45. Here, it's all a 10 imo. If you like spicy, I recommend the OMG hot sauce and spicy aioli with one more sauce of your choosing (I do ponzu or house sauce). It's delicious and NOT oily. Oooo, one more thing--when I DD, I ask for the rice to be separated from the rest of the bowl and they ALWAYS do it. It's the little things y'all. Okay, I could keep going but I should stop now.

In fact, the chefs are korean. Take that how you will... but one thing I can say for sure is this... This place is by far the most consistent sushi restaurant i've been to in the Bay. The sushi rice is the same EVERY time. That's not easy to do... Why? Because the same rice from the same vendor will be drier/more wet depending on which time of year you get it. That said, you have to accurately adjust the amount of water when cooking the rice. It's not easy. The food here is VERY consistent. Sounds weird to say but I wouldn't be surprised if the Head Chef here has OCD.

The food was decent overall, and the aroma when everything came out was really nice. The restaurant itself is very clean and has a good atmosphere, but it is a bit on the pricier side. We ordered the Caterpillar, Alaska, Erika 54, and Big Daddy rolls. Out of everything, I liked the Alaska roll the most, it tasted fresh and the crab was really good. The other rolls were okay, nothing bad, just not super memorable. Overall, it was an okay experience, just not as amazing as I expected based on the ratings. Overall, I'd give it a 3.5/5.

The gyoza is fried well but the fillings is mushy. Miso soup and salad comes with the bento. The Saba was dry but the portion of fish they gave is pretty generous! Service: Service is friendly but slow. This could have been because I came with a large party though so that could have affected the service times. They did end up forgetting some orders at the table but since there was only one server at the time, handling the entire restaurant, it's understandable. Ambiance: Pretty cozy. Called in togo order for last minute dinner guests. 2 bentos, 3 rolls. Sat at sushi counter waiting for order to be completed. Upon sitting received angry glare from the grill cook who had the demeanor of a WWE Wrestler. There are 2 cooks, one does sushi wearing gloves. The other is a line cook manning the grill. The wrestler. He is unsanitary. Doesn't glove and doesn't wash hands. Handles raw meat with bare hands then without washing goes to prep bentos transferring bacteria to the serving dishes while plating. Waited for 15m. The rolls were done and one bento was done. Heard a discussion between the cashier and wrestler about there were 2 ribeye bentos and he gave one to me. The wrestler got visibly angry and rescinded the order. He could have cooked one up in 3-5m. He declined and refused to do anything. Make people wait. He went to the back out of view; I assume to a toilet break. I asked for a refund so I could leave. No response. 20m later he appears from the back and has another discussion with the cashier. Now it is clear I am being punished for existing and sitting at the sushi counter waiting for an order to be prepared. . Pretty sure there was a load of feces and and E Coli being transferred to my to go order as an additional punishment. Saw a low grade piece of meat being dropped onto the grill. Never seen a ribeye like that. Seems like a low quality piece of meat. Sinew and thin with layers of sinew interspersed throughout the slice. I just paid 97$ to these people. Asked for a refund again for the missing item. Was clear it wasn't waiting for food to be prepared. Health risk. Low quality fish. The tuna they use is reformed and food coloring is added to give it the tuna color. stomach ache the next day. mild food poisoning.
