This place is bright, spacious and clean. There are a few tables outside for outdoor seating. Everything is clearly displayed behind the counter and items are well-labelled. The menu listed all the choices well. The bowl is good and ingredients are fresh. Many choices for people to choose from. Please note that it's in a busy complex (City Sports, Marshall and a few other restaurants) and parking is horrible during peak time. Delivery drivers just parked in the middle of the aisle and block all the traffic and created grid-lock. The parking direction is one-way only. You'll be stuck in the one-way aisle until their car is moved. Suggest you come during non-peak gym time and shopping time. Remove one star for the bad parking situation during peak time.

Good bowl! Flavors were nice and generous portion. They have few tables for in door dinin. Although, staff was not the friendliest. I had ordered online and picked up in person. I had requested half rice half salad. When I opened the food at home, I realized there was no rice. They did not mention anything at pickup. I would definitely go back but not sure about the location.

First time at this location and I left impressed! Great service, efficient ordering process, and lots of fresh choices! I decided to build my own bowl, medium size, and picked three proteins (ahi tuna, salmon, and garlic oyster tuna). They add a scoop of crab salad at no cost! I got an array of mix ins and decided on the wasabi vinaigrette (very light flavor). I added seaweed salad as a premium topping (extra cost). This bowl was stacked! No scrimping on scoops here. I'd likely go for the small size (2 scoops) next time. The dining area is bright and clean, with generic modern ambiance. I took my order to-go this trip and all items are compostable, aside from the lid. Warning: their wasabi in the packet is brutally hot, unless I just got an outlier. Normally I slather packet wasabi on my bowls but this was way more intense.

    Half eaten pound of poke!

I love me some poke! Wifey wanted some Poke after her seminar at work. So i grabbed some from this place. Before i had to pick her up. This place had some good tasting poke. A plus for me was that they sell their poke by the pound. I grab a pound of poke for myself. Workers was very accommodating to my questions. Which was great. Place was very neat and organized. Friendly vibe and service. Would definitely go back here.

Exceptional service! Came to pick up but there was a messed up in the order; instead of sending me away, they substituted it with a full service poke bowl of 3 proteins, free of charge! The food is tasty and fresh. There are a variety of tuna and salmon, crab salad, tofu, octopus and shrimp as proteins. The only warning is that the sign is out of lights, at night it's quite hard to find it if you are driving at the parking lot and not sure where to look.

I stopped by here for lunch as I was in the mood for some poke. I love the variety of toppings and even for the smallest size, it was a good portion. I ordered online but the staff were helpful. This place is clean and has a good amount of seating.

Stopped by as we were in the area to get Fen Cha. So it was convenient to order some poke before picking up boba. This location is clean and the workers are super helpful. The poke was great and good portions as some Poke Houses don't give full scoops. Love the location. We will definitely be back.

In terms of food, honestly it was really tasty. I love how fresh the fish tastes I loved the flavors that popped off with the sauces. They had a great selection. I'm a huge fan of their salmon. Not too fatty but just enough that it's really soft and chewy. My favorite is when it comes with some darn good wasabi sauce. The service was super friendly, the workers were amazing, and it was very clean inside. Ambiance? It was how you'd expect it to be at a poke place! Only lost one star just because it did cost a little more than usual for poke for me. However I will say it's tasty!

Love that this Mountain View plaza has a Poke House! Poke is one of my favorite foods when I want something healthy tasting but also quick to pick up. I've been to the Palo Alto location, and found that this location is still figuring out some of the processes for service, but overall decent and I was happy with my bowl.

A standard poke place that you really can't go wrong with. What stands out about this place is that it's clean with plenty of seating. All the ingredients were really fresh, service was good, and it had everything you would expect from a poke place. Since it's so close to where I live, I can see myself coming here often. And look how packed the bowl can get!

We were craving for something healthy so we decided on some poke. Came here and super excited that you can make your own custom poke bowl! I ordered a size Medium build-your-own custom bowl. It is their most popular option, which includes 3 protein scoops, crab salad, and your choice of mix-ins, sauces, and toppings over rice or veggies. For my custom bowl, I added the following: -Base: Mixed Greens (gotta eat healthy!) -A free scoop of crab salad (omg we get this for free?! Awesome!). -3 protein scoops: Garlic Oyster Tuna (really good, my fav now!), Scottish Salmon, and Spicy Miso Salmon. -Mix Ins: I just piled most of the ingredients on top! -Sauces: adding Sriracha Aioli and Citrus Ponzu (slightly spicy with a kick!). -Additional Toppings: Just piled it all on too and added extra ginger. The guy behind the counter mixed all the ingredients pretty well and produced a nice big fresh bowl of poke. They are very generous with their portions here. Overall, it is very tasty and reminded me of my time back in Hawaii eating fresh poke by the beach. Mmm... I will come back again when I crave for some poke!

You can certainly dine outside in the patio areas on the streets too. Foods and beverages are fresh and delicious. It's been around for more than a decade, even when I used to work nearby in the area. It's catered to mostly working class people. Staffs are always busy fulfilling customer orders. They are all passionate and it shows when they hand the orders to customers. I watched them prepare the poke bowls too. Having two self service kiosks inside this tiny shop was a bonus. It didn't take too long to grab my order. It's a breeze here if you know what you want ahead of time. At the kiosks, you should always pick everything that is included/free for your bowl. Otherwise, your order may not turn out looking generous in portions or great. The system isn't set by default to fill in the items for you, so choose wisely to create the perfect bowl for you. I had the poke salad bowl with 3 proteins. Absolutely delicious and fresh. It reminded me of times when it used to be my regular lunch stop. My bowl was satisfying and I ate all of it: mixed salad greens, light seared lobster surimi, spicy tuna, ahi tuna (I thought I ordered salmon instead), cucumber, sliced onions, sweet corn, cabbage, edamame, kale, mango, tangerine, pineapple, seaweed, cilantro, peppers, medium flavored/ponzu sauce, seaweed salad, pickled ginger, sesame seeds, chili crisps, garlic crisps, strong wasabi (I should have skipped it), etc. Very nutritious and good. I was able to taste all the ingredients. I'll keep coming back for the super poke fixes.

I built my own two protein bowl with salmon and chili crisp chicken and enjoyed both. Seaweed salad does not cost extra here! I appreciated that I could order sauce on the side to have full control over what parts were sauced. I was surprised that if you order dine-in, they serve the poke on a plate with metal utensils! There is only one table indoors, but I'm guessing people usually don't go to Pokeworks to dine in, and they have additional seating outside. The guy working was super nice and offered to take a photo for me and my friends when he saw us struggling to set up a self-timer

I love this place because it serves two of my favorite comfort foods--sushi and ramen! They hit perfectly every time. I always leave happy. The sushi and ramen are consistently great, and the sushi is beautifully crafted and exceptionally delicious. What really stands out is the owner, Alex. He creates a welcoming experience and takes the time to engage with every customer, building a genuine connection--that's always been my takeaway. This place is a bit of a love-hate relationship for me, and it's hard to explain. Things started off pretty smoothly. Based on reviews, I was excited to see that they offer both good sushi and ramen--and that part is true. The sushi is really good and solid overall: fresh fish, flavorful roll combinations, and well-balanced rice/ingredient ratios. The ramen is decent. The broth is flavorful, though the chashu doesn't quite compare to what you'd get at a dedicated ramen shop. Still, it's nice to have ramen as an option, especially when dining with a group. That said, service took longer than expected, especially considering ramen is usually quick to prepare. To their credit, they noticed the delay and offered us complimentary edamame, which we appreciated. About 45 minutes in, the restaurant started filling up fast. We were almost finished but decided to order sweet shrimp nigiri, something we always try when it's available. Unfortunately, that's where things went downhill. Once the crowd came in, it became very difficult to get the staff's attention due to the influx of both dine-in and online orders. At least three other tables around us were also missing items or had orders forgotten--just like us. We placed our nigiri order at 5:34 p.m. and didn't receive the two pieces until nearly 7:00 p.m. We didn't even realize how long we had waited until we were leaving. Ironically, once we mentioned it to an employee, the order came out in less than five minutes. The explanation given to multiple tables was that there were too many online orders and they couldn't stop them (??) To me, this felt more like a communication and prioritization issue. Dine-in customers shouldn't be waiting 45 minutes for two pieces of nigiri or a single maki roll. They did offer us 10% off the bill, but it didn't fully make up for the frustrating experience. The food itself is undeniably good, and this place has a lot of potential. However, I wouldn't gamble my time here again unless the service issues are addressed. I really hope they find a better system, because the quality of the food deserves it.
