They fill up the bowl with a lot of ingredients so you are definitely getting a lot of value. I would order the salmon and tuna again as both were fresh and flavorful

FOOD Medium poke bowl with scallops, ahi tuna, and shrimp. Loved the portion sizes for the price point. The seafood quality was great and I loved all of the sauce and seasoning options. I will DEFINITELY be coming here again. SERVICE The service was fast, and the food was fire. They even had purple rice as an option which maybe I'll try another time. I also enjoyed the dining area having a tucked away space for me to enjoy my food. HONORABLE MENTION I even saw they serve instant ramen which was different lol. AMBIANCE It had vibey music playing in the background and the staff were chill.

Stumbled upon this place after a Yelp event at Lather, it was around lunch time so was hungry and love me some Poke bowls. Food tasted fresh and portion is generous except the protein scoops were a bit skimpy IMO for a Small bowl. You get 2 protein for a small bowl but portions are not great. Would opt to get Medium size next time. Will come back tho since food was good. I just love the "build your own" style. They had good options for dressings and toppings too. Parking can be a bit challenging, but there are garage and street parking around the area. Had a 3 min walk from where I parked NBD since the day was gorg ! $2 for an hour and half, had more than enough time left from the event. So that worked out. Staff were mediocre. Overall yes I recommend.

I got food poisoning here on August 16th, visited a doctor to make sure I wasn't allergic to anything and I wasn't.

I rarely eat poke because I'm not the biggest fan of raw fish, but this was GOOD. If I remember correctly, you can choose unlimited toppings & sauces, which is very nice for indecisive people!! I would come back

My rating would be closer to a 3.5/5. Solid yet standard poke place -- generous portions (especially on the proteins) which is always a huge plus and seasoned just right with their sauces. Personally, I did not like their masago ( extra $2 for a small side) or their crabmeat. The masago was fishy and extremely salty which is not like any masago I've had in other stores. The crab was also different from other stores -- texture was closer to cottage cheese and taste was also stronger/fishier. I couldn't take more than a few bites of either item. Price was a bit steep starting at $15.99 for a small (two scoops) but with the amount of fish they give you it is passable. Service was friendly and quick on a Sunday afternoon. There is a good amount of seating with 2 and 4 person tables.

The portions are so generous here! Located right in the center of old town Pasadena is this locally owned poke shop. This is one of my favorite places to grab a casual lunch or dinner especially after doing some shopping nearby. The sushi quality here is solid, I'd give it a 8/10. The staff here are always so kind and will load up your bowl, so come hungry! Def worth checking out if you're in the area.

As a poke enthusiast, I was pleased to find yet another great poke spot! Since I was sharing with my mom, I ordered a Medium bowl and it ended up being the perfect portion for the both of us. The staff was also really friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. Plus, everything was served super fast, so we got to start eating almost right away :)

Really good spot for Poke! The spicy tuna and albacore tasted so fresh and all the veggies were crisp. The sauces were good and it's good portion for the fish. Great place to stop by on a lunch break.

Poke Salad Bar is a locally owned business in the Old Town area of Pasadena. They serve poke bowls, poke burritos, and even some Korean dishes. Their small size is $14.99 (2 scoops of fish), their medium is $16.99 (3 scoops), and their large is $18.99 (4 scoops). We shared the medium with a base of brown rice with quinoa (they ran out of white rice) and one scoop each of salmon, ahi tuna, and spicy tuna. We then got our toppings, sides, and sauces mixed together and put in the bowl. Of the fish my favorite was the spicy tuna. I liked the seaweed salad, crab meat, and seaweed toppings. The portions were pretty good and were filling for the two of us to share.

This is a nice little shop. Haven't seen many dedicated poke place around in years. Plenty of seats but you can also grab and go. The staff were nice. Pretty great serving sizes for the proteins. A good amount of selection of toppings. I got the small size and that was plenty. Everything taste great and fresh. I'd like to return again when in the area.

Food tasted amazing and there's a great variety of topings, bases, and fish. I asked for furikake instead of sesame seeds on my bowl but I don't mind. Otherwise the customer service was great and they were very friendly. Inside it's well air conditioned and the decor is very calming. Would definitely come back if I was in the area again!

Poke burrito in all its glory

I've always enjoyed their poke bowls but I heard they had a poke burrito and I just had to go try. Employees were super welcoming and helpful and my burrito was so good. Their store is on the smaller side but it's clean, has lots of table, and is lit by natural light. I read an older review saying the burrito wasn't big but just one half of the burrito was enough to make me full for lunch. Probably the best thing I've ever eaten. It was so buss. Definitely recommend you try their poke burrito! For my poke burrito, I got cucumber, crab salad, seaweed, spicy tuna, salmon, chipotle mayo for sauce, and nori for the wrap! 10/10 recommend this when you're craving raw fish or you're just hungry

Got a bowl of poke takeout for lunch, busy and efficient spot. I built my own salmon bowl and found the fish to be quite fresh.

The sauce I chose was ponzu sauce. I like the spice level of the spicy tuna. One side of the albacore was grilled which was surprising. It was $15.45 for the small bowl. The price seems reasonable. One employee asked if I'd like crab and seaweed salad. I said yeah. Crab is probably imitation crab. I like that the crab and seaweed salad are free. I don't think other poke bowl restaurants serve them for free. I like how the sauces and toppings are labeled on the display cases or glass. I didn't see the trash can so I asked an employee where I was supposed to place the tray and bowl. He said he could take it. Employees were kind. One employee said I'd be paying with cash since I had a $20 bill out. There are at least 4 tables inside. Music played through the speakers. Chairs were stools. A small plant was placed on each table. They seemed real. One table had 2 chairs on each side. Tables were grouped together. There are tables outside. Natural light filtered through the floor to ceiling windows. I could feel the AC inside.
