Really aweful all around! My friend and I were excited to try this place and both the food and service was pretty bad. The staff were unfriendly and I found it odd that they mixed the sauce in with the fish and all the toppings together. The spicy mayo was super spicy and didn't help when mixed in with all the toppings and the fish did not taste fresh at all. Both the tuna and salmon tasted strong and fishy. My friend also said the cucumbers tasted odd and sour. As we were finishing our bowls and agreeing it did not taste great or fresh we got up and saw an employee serve himself a bowl and then spit out the tuna in a trash can telling his coworkers how disgusting the tuna tasted. One bowl had the lemon garlic sauce and the other had their house sauce. However, after mixing and taking a few bites, I couldn't really taste the sauce at all. Either they were very light or possibly forgotten. It ended up tasting like unseasoned poke, though the seaweed salad did help add some flavor. The employee building my bowl was very heavy handed so he did a wonderful job packing my bowl to the brim. I also ordered the spicy tuna and the salmon. There wasn't really a topping that stood out to me, but I do with the spicy tuna was a bit more fresh. Otherwise, everything else was pretty standard. Bowl options are: Small - 2 proteins $13.99, Medium - 3 proteins $15.99, & Large - 4 proteins $17.49. I ordered a large with Spicy Tuna & Salmon with white rice. For the toppings I selected mandarin oranges, pineapple, cucumber, edamame, sliced jalapeno, seaweed salad, and sesame seeds. Because I like it spicy, I requested Fire Ponzu and a drop of Ghost Pepper Sauce. (Additional sauces are .65 each.) I also ordered a miso soup ($2.99) The bowl was filled to the brim with a generous amount of toppings and fish. I was impressed with the quality of the ingredients.
