Not good. Like other Yelpers I was excited to have a poke place nearby ... sooo disappointed. The portions were EXTREMELY small considering the cost. I ordered the middle size and I counted 6 tiny sized cubes of tuna (2 scoops) and 3 pcs of Tako (1 scoop) , both were a little Fishy... the sauces were decent. Great food for someone who is bored with pizza, burgers or burritos. Great customer service. Jeffrey helped my associates and I out. The poke bowl was incredible. Meat was grade A and tender. Rice cooked to perfection! And all the toppings tasted so fresh like they were made for every individual order. The restaurant itself is extremely clean and sanitary. Restrooms are clean. Best poke around! We often eat here multiple times a week because the fish is fresh and the customer service is so wonderful.

This Poke was very good and very fresh, two things that really matter the most in my opinion when it comes to sushi/poke. The restaurant was very clean and had great customer service. Very efficient and good sized portions plus the price is very good as well. All good things! They also don't charge extra for avocado which is just the cherry on top. One more thing, i eat out a lot, everyday... I don't know why everyone is complaining about scoop sizes, I did not even finish mine. The one and only con is that they don't have fountain drinks, only cans/bottles. I can live with that, it's supposed to be healthy anyway right?? Will be back again! read more

So this was the second time trying this place out. I was hoping for a better outcome than the the first. I ordered the regular bowl with the 3 seafood choice. My food was very bland. They do not give you much fish and did not blend the sauce or mix it up right. Food was dry. The cucumber tasted old. Also walking in you can smell the scent of fish. Fish only smells when it goes bad. The place has no fountain drinks, only cans. There are too many poke options. Won't return for the third time. read more

By far the best poke shop in Inland Empire in my book! I've been to a majority of poke shops around riverside county and corona area's & these guys have the FRESHEST fish all the time even on weekends, and they're prices are really good compared to most poke places. I literally come here at least once a week, they have very friendly service, a great atmosphere and HIGH quality poke! So disappointing! I was super excited to get a Poke place near home. This place disappoints on many levels. To start, the fish is cut in super small squares, much smaller than every other Poke place. This leads to not being able to taste the fish. Secondly, the fish scoops are super small. So you end up with a bland tasting rice bowl. If you want Poke, find another Poke place. I love sushi but have never had poke before. My family wanted Miguel's which is right next door so I took my opportunity to get myself a poke bowl. The two gentlemen behind the counter were very nice in helping me out together by items. I was able to try sauces before deciding which one I wanted. The ingredients were fresh and the portions were perfect. I got the medium bowl which had 3 scoops of meat, rice and all the veggies and other ingredients I wanted. The total was just under $10, from what I have heard about other places, this was a good deal. I felt full without feeling weighed down and was very happy with the flavors i chose. I lived in Hawai'i for a few years and really miss good poke so I was stoked when I saw that this place opened up down the street from my house. I wasn't expecting much because nothing I've had on the mainland is as good as what I had on the island. However - this place was great!! The fish was incredibly fresh and delicious (I had albacore, tuna and spicy tuna) and the sauces had a good kick (I tried ponzu and soy). The toppings were fresh and the rice cooked perfectly. I left this place completely satisfied! I loved the freshness of the tuna and salmon, and am becoming a regular over here.

I have not eaten poke, that day passing the store, I found a newly opened restaurant, suddenly trying to give it a try, the results turned super delicious, never thought, put these raw ingredients together, with Some sauce, the result will be how delicious. More and cheaper. read more

Poke Town has good, fresh fish. They are listening to many reviews and have been fixing any problems. The fish is being cut in larger cubes and they taste very fresh. In order for your bowl to not taste so bland I would recommend adding more sauces my favorites are: the base sauce ( soy sauce and sesame oil), spicy mayo, eel sauce, ponzu, and the house sauce (sesame goma). I would then mix everything together with the rice so everything can be evenly distributed. Overall I really like this place and the convenience. read more

I have been going to this place since it opened. Every time I go I feel like the are getting more stingy on portion size. The changed their containers and they are so shallow. How about specifics? I, too, have been to Poke in Chino but Poketown is 1.7 miles away from our house. Best deal: The small bowl is $7.99 with two scoops (about 7-8 cubes) of salmon (my choice), rice, avocado, cucumber, a scoop of crab, onion, garlic flakes, ginger, sesame oil, soy sauce and more... It was deLICious!! How much food? I'm not an over-eater so I got three meals out of it--two cold, the rest in a ramen soup. Flavor? The fish at the place in Chino tasted like it was soaked in a preservative. I'm a sashimi lover so I know salmon taste, (which usually costs $25 for 6 slices on a bed of shredded radish. Yum, but talk about expensive!) Same amount of fish here costs half the price plus more food! The staff is great and anxious to please as it's brand new. My conclusion is that all those people in Chino leaving negative reviews should eat in Chino. But if you live in Eastvale or closer to Poke Town, rejoice that you can eat healthy and economically in your own neighborhood. See pictures showing the menu and choices. read more

The service was great and the bowls were good. Very friendly employees. However, this is the first Poke place that I walked into that had a very strong fishy smell, which to me is a sign that the fish is not as fresh as it should be. The thing that drop my review down to 3 stars is that, while we were eating, one of the employees started cleaning the floor and the smell of Pinesol overpowered the smell of my food, making me feel like I was eating Poke with Pinesol Sauce instead of Ponzu sauce. read more

I go here with my sister all the time, service is great, drinks are yummy, servings are generous with a good selections of sauces and toppings! seafood is really good quality too. loveee their poke, we have tried other poke places around oc la riverside and ths poke town is one of the best by far, they also have generous portions of their bowl.. staff are friendly, all nice and clean for people who like go dine in, have some cool fresh water mint,cucumber for free, was good. we always go back to poke town. read more

Love this place! I admit, it's a pretty basic poke place but in my opinion, poke is poke--most places are pretty similar. The prices and portions are agreeable, and I really like the jalapeños they have here compared to other places (I always need jalapeños in mine). I live close by so it's very convenient but I come back so often because the staff is really friendly. Clean place, good food, nice people.. what's not to love! read more

Okay for all you people that left bad reviews get out of here!! I've had a lot of poke and this was REALLY GOOD! I don't know what the heck you people are complaining about. Don't let these reviews stray you away try it for yourself because I almost didn't come because of the reviews. It was really good and the staff are nice. For you people that said the scoops are to small they are normal standard poke scoops I've seen at every poke spot I've gone. If you want more protein get a BIGGER BOWL!! I recently started to work in this area. I was delighted to find a poke spot nearby. Upon arrival it was humid inside. I began to think about how we'll refrigerated the fish really was. Anything could be growing on it at that temperature. I still decided to give the benefit of the doubt. Their serving sizes were pretty standard. I choose to go with the regular bowl. It came with 3 scoops of protein. By far the most insignificantly small portions ever. The order of preparation was somewhat standard. First your base then your protein and toppings. The amount of toppings seemed as if they were counting every leaf, slice, flake that landed on your bowl. The only thing they put a lot of was the sauce on the salad. But the sauce on the protein, scarce! I asked for extra ginger to actually look like the standard amount of ginger at other places only earned me a look and hostility to give me more. They did but didn't look too happy. Upon eating the bowl I had been craving, I was shortly after disappointed. The fish? Warm. The sauce? Hardly any. Point being I would only come back if I was desperate enough for poke. read more

I was super excited to finally get a Poke place so close to home! I have eaten at many poke places and was very disappointed. Quality of the fish was terrible. They cut the fish into tiny cubes. The scoop is was smaller so your paying a lot for rice . The avocado is thinly sliced! Even the crabmeat didn't taste right ! I hope by you guys reading these reviews learn something.
