The portions are good and the flavors are the best. Great poke for the price!!! I came at around 6:30p on Sunday night and it was mostly empty. Two protein bowl is $12.50 with free toppings including avocado. The server was very generous with the portions. My bowl was delicious, the fish was a bit on the softer side but not bad. They have a rewards program where you get a bowl free after 10 bowls! There's also free miso soup. I wish this place was closer to me, one of my favorites in Houston. read more

I got there right when they opened and got a regular bowl with brown rice. Their white rice wasn't ready yet, but maybe it's for the better since brown rice is healthier. This place is interesting since they put some sauces on first, I got eel sauce and ponzu on my rice. I then chose salmon and ahi tuna, which they put in a bowl with some mixers. For the mixers, I got green and sweet onions, sesame seeds, hot chili flakes, and cilantro. They add that to the protein and mix them together before adding them back to my bowl. I then added spicy mayo and wasabi cream on top of that. For toppings, I got masago, seaweed salad, mixed crab meat, avocado, and corn. Avocado is free here!! Got crunch I got crispy onion and garlic and nori strips. They also have free self serve miso soup. The portions here are a little smaller than other places I've been to but they're unique in the way they mix the protein with other items, which I think brings out a lot more in their flavor. We don't frequent Pearland that often, but when we did, we were on the hunt for a great poke place! This place has huge portions and fresh fish! I had the regular bowl with white rice, salmon, tuna, sesame seeds, green onion, edamame, mango, ginger, masago, and nori with a teriyaki sauce. The mango was so refreshing and sweet! I've never seen a place offer both pineapple and mangos and as a fruit lover I really appreciate it haha! My bf had the large bowl with brown rice, salmon, spicy salmon, and tuna. He also added green onion, sesame seeds, cilantro, mixed crab meat, seaweed salad, edamame, masago, sweet corn, and ginger with a shoyu sauce. The restaurant was empty and there was only one worker. The worker greeted me upon entering the restaurant . Ordering was smooth and everything was visible. I feel like there was a few less options to choose from, from what I remembered than other poke places but overall it was pretty good. Also, they have these flavored green teas which are only a dollar during happy hour, highly recommend adding as well. Super refreshing and delicious. The staff is super helpful if it's your first time, ordering is pretty simple, and this makes for the perfect on the go meal as the way you order is simple to how you would in chipotle. The location is clean, and has enough seats for those who are dining in, which is rare considering that poke is more of a grab-and-go food. Rice undercooked, still crunchy. When the girl mixed in the proteins and sauces, she left all the sauce in the mixing bowl, so none of it made its way into my poke bowl. I had to ask for my sauce. No water cups or place to get water in sight. And most importantly, why did the food person not where gloves or a hair net. I was stuck between a 3 and a 4. The biggest downside of this place is that they do not serve sushi rice BUT their portions are great! And they're pretty generous with their toppings. This was definitely a larger bowl and serving sizes than what I am used to at other poke places. For once I actually got full from a poke bowl. I waltzed in on a Thursday night with a hankering for something raw and spicy. The place was empty when I sashayed to the counter, though when i left there was a line. Timing is key. The staff were super helpful. He went through each item as we went from proteins, to toppings to garnishments. I of course went with the large, 3 protein bowl. Two proteins were salmon, and the third was spicy salmon. As noted in my picture, this bowl was quite packed. Of course after my picture, I mixed TF out of it. With that magnificent dinner, I had a tea. The tea was aight, the cup was a wee bit small. Considering there's boba literally across the street, I would just come here for the foods. The staff is fantastic. Super friendly and patient. The facility is brand new, so it is clean quite clean. Location couldn't be better, as I can avoid Broadway entirely! I am in love with poke'...Let's start there. I have patronized this location since shortly after they first opened. I have been at least fifteen times over the months and I see no end in sight. Everything always seems fresh and there is normally little to no wait time. There are four pre-made mixes but, I like to strike out on my own. I am a large, do-it-yourself bowl kinda guy and I get everything. The large bowl comes with three protein scoops and well worth the extra couple dollars. The large bowl is $12.50 and allows you to get whatever additive (other than protein) that you choose. For the novice, as a base of your bowl, you get salad (iceberg mix), rice or a combo of both. You work down the line of additives (proteins, veggies, etc.) and add to your bowl of perfect poke' possibilities. My slight critique (slight) is that there is normally some hesitation or upcharge for less than four ounces of the additional shoyu (sauce) to top your salad. Why? I just paid almost $13.
