So I've tried this place on 3 separate occasions. Im a big poke fan so finding a place close to work was great. However the server I ran into twice has ruined this place for me entirely. She was overall pretty dismissive, mumbled her words and would sigh when I took too long to decide an option or ask something to be explained. She payed me no mind and has gotten my order wrong on both occasions. (I live far and can only check my food once I'm home so I'm not gonna drive back for that.) The food is good but not worth the lack of common decency. Wont return or tell my friends about it. read more

Hallelujah! There is a Poke place in Pearland now! The long wait has finally come and I am so glad that the food is great! The fish is fresh, ingredient are high quality. If you speak to the owner he is very eccentric and passionate about his food. He is always looking for ways to improve his menu without sacrificing the quality of his ingredients; which I truly believe it is a quality that every restaurateur needs. They are also planning on adding a sushi bar as well so I'm definitely looking forward to that new addition to the menu. The options are pretty simple and basic, everyone can find something that they enjoy. Price to quality is perfect. If you aren't a heavy toppings kind-of-person (ie. you only like 3 toppings lets say) they will add more of the ones you chose just to make sure the bowl is nice and topped off. Atmosphere is fresh just like the fish. Service is amazing. I will definitely come back at least once a week and be a regular! If they add kale noodles, wonton crisps, lotus chips, or any other crispy topping to add a different texture to the line up; I will be a super happy camper! Definitely have my support! Great poke bowl with good toppings. 3 protein toppings for $14.50. Teriyaki sauce is nice and sweet. Spicy mayo is always good. The shoyu is basically like a soy sauce. Free miso soup was also tasty. I really enjoyed my first stop here. Well, I did not really stick around to eat in but the take away was a nice portion size, the folks were friendly, the service was fast, and the prices were good. I predict that this place will do well but will do even better once the construction around this shopping center is done. Here is another great place in Pearland. This place was closed during COVID-19 pandemic time. I missed them so much. It depends on the person who are taking care of your order, the taste of bowl is different but it still tastes good. I am lazy and painful to speak my order to the person, so I circle the menu items that what I want in the bowl with sharpie. This is a bad way to order. I continue to patronize this business because this is the closest poke location and they have a variety of options. Apparently the owner sold the establishment and the customer service is DEPLORABLE and the quality of the food is not the same. In my latest visit I spoke with a young lady by the name of Vicamore who explained she was the only manager and now the owner. When I tried to explain an order the manager/owner yelled repeatedly even although I wasn't yelling or being rude. She said I was making her customers nervous, presumably because of my appearance because I only asked about ingredients. I asked for a manager and she yelled that she was the manager. I came home and called because the encounter was unnerving. I was extremely uncomfortable and I hoped that maybe she really wasnt the owner. When I called, I asked to speak with the owner and she said she was the owner and she hung up while I was talking. Food service is hard. I worked in food service so I am ALWAYS polite. Her reaction and aggression was unwarranted and to add insult to injury, my order was wrong and thrown together. I was too afraid to complain, so I took what was provided. It is unfortunate that the previous owner sold the establishment. I would not recommend patronizing this establishment. read more

I can't even say exactly what I had but the ladies there were beyond helpful when I told them what I did eat. I based everything around the fact that I like crab and asked her to put something together that would pair well with it ! Once I told her that it was up from there, we started with some regular white rice with lots of eel sauce, she tossed in some FRESH salmon (not even really a fan of salmon because of the wild taste of most, but this was really fresh), sauced it with spicy mayo & spicy ponzu, added my toppings and it was delicious! Today was my 2nd bowl; 1st was on their grand opening day. Both were delicious. I think I got Spicy Salmon & shrimp the 1st time, and Spicy Salmon & Spicy Tuna for 2nd time. I was the only customer went I went and got 110% of their attention as the server walked me through their process! I had only had poke a few times before and I thought it was an okay dish but not something I'd crave, After I got my protein I added some toppings I knew for sure I liked, and the server suggested a few more ("Because they're unlimited!" We visited this place because my partner was jonesing for some poke, and suggested we visit a place in Clear Lake. I found this much closer place in Pearland, and after reading a glowing review from one of my more critical Yelp buddies, I had to try it. I was not disappointed! The place is spotless, and the food is fresh and flavorful, and it won't break your budget, either. They now have crunchy toppings to add to your poke bowl, which was suggested only a month ago - so you can tell they're listening to the customers! I honestly don't know why they don't have a line out the door - we were the only customers there on a Friday night. Ok. So I tried the food and it is incredible. The spicy and fresh salmon are the 2 best things I have put in my mouth in months. I can NOT rave enough about this place. I have one teeeny weeny complaint is the speed of service. I know they are still training and are trying to be extra careful about portion control. But still. I find that with one customer in front of me, it almost always takes at least 15 mins. I can't imagine if there were 6 or 7. They need to create some sort of assembly line. But regardles, I am obsessed with the freshness of the food here. Oh and avocado and crab salad are free add ons!!! Glory! Final grade: A YES I WILL RETURN.
