What i ordered was a regular sized bowl with cooked salmon, half spring mix, half rice, crab meat dried onion, dried garlic, sesame seeds. My order was missing the half rice, and they inly provided like a few leaves of spring mix which wasn't even half the portion. It was a shame because this place has always been amazing and i had never had a problem with them or their portions up until now. When it comes to garden grove there aren't many options for poke. Tried this spot recently and honestly left disappointed. I ordered a regular bowl with scallops and salmon, bootea rice, shoyu all the way sauce, and the lava you sauce. Saying these sauces wasn't pretty cringe, but I like the idea. I also added all the free toppings and sides except the ones that cost extra. First off thing the poke I'm used to. I appreciate trying something different and creative, but some of the combinations didn't work for me. For an example, I like the idea of adding hot Cheetos and Parmesan for twist, but in reality it didn't go well at all. The biggest issue though was the taste. My wife and I both got regular bowls and somehow both of them had this strong citrus chemically flavor, like a cleaning solution. I like to come here when I'm nearby. I would say that after exploring the foodie world, I do prefer some poke places more, however Low-key has its perks. I like the unique rice options they have: boo-tea and hula. I always opt for half and half since both have different tastes and the colors are so vibrant! For protein, I get scallop, spicy tuna, and albacore(or octopus). Sauce I get lite Shoyu the Way and lite U've Got Kale. Toppings will be whatever I'm feeling at the moment. As for the atmosphere, it's kind of plain and lacking character in my opinion. I feel kind of stuffy inside so I'm willing to eat there only if whoever I go with wants to sit inside. **September 2024: Afternoon Visit** I've visited on two different occasions as I wanted something filling but also nutritious. This shops is nestled in a bustling Asian strip mall and the setting is fast casual. The first time I visit I ordered a regular (three scoops) with hula rice (purple jasmine rice) and salmon belly. I've never seen salmon belly as a protein option so I decided to get two scoops of that and one regular salmon. The salmon belly is much fattier so it has a more lush taste versus the regular salmon cut. Patrons customize the toppings and from all the poke shops that I've visited I really like the offerings of this one. The service is also kind, and fast. The shop is kind of out of the way for me since I'm not in that part of Westminster often, but if I'm in the mood for salmon belly, this is a good option, but do come early as they run out of salmon belly later in the evening.
