I got 1 poke and went with the shoyu salmon. Then I added my toppings and sauces. I got some veggies as well as mango. I really liked the LemonShark sauce which they described as a citrusy mayo. I also got citrus ponzu and eel sauce. At the end, they have fried onion and garlic as well as tempura crispies. I really appreciated the extra crunch!! Everything from the fish to the veggies tasted super fresh. I loved it. My husband got 2 poke with ahi tuna and salmon. With the 2 and 3 poke, you also get a premium topping. He really liked his bowl. The portion sizes were good, and we left satisfied. They are a Pepsi place and don't offer diet, but they have a good brew of Pepsi zero. We always try to support local, especially the poly community here in Utah but our experience just wasn't the greatest.
