The meat was cooked extremely well, with a great char on the outside while remaining moist and tender inside. I personally thought it could have used more seasoning to really make the flavor pop, but that's a relatively minor criticism. I'll definitely order it again because seasoning can sometimes vary depending on who is cooking that day. The chicken tikka, however, was absolutely perfect -- 5/5! The chicken had exactly what you want from grilled Middle Eastern food: a beautiful char on the exterior while remaining incredibly juicy and tender inside. I wouldn't change a thing about it. The sides were also 5/5 across the board. The rice, hummus and salad all tasted remarkably fresh.
