I always get the build-your-own bowl with salmon, white rice and the Hot Lava flavor. They're also super accommodating with modifications. I don't really like seaweed salad, so I always ask for it to be replaced with an extra scoop of crab meat instead! I've also seen some reviews complaining about the kiosk and people not liking it. The kiosk is simply an additional option, so if you don't want to use it, you don't have to. I honestly didn't even notice it at first and just ordered my meal with one of the staff members as usual. Poke District is always super quick, never taking more than five minutes to prepare my bowl.
