    Flatbread and Korean wings

There are so many incredible restaurants in Palm Springs but we grabbed a quick dinner at this hotel bar/restaurant because we had to be up at 5am for a flight the next day. The bartender was friendly and the food arrived in a timely manner but it's just nothing special for the hotel prices they charge. The flatbread wasn't bad but I'd prefer it a little crispier and cooked longer. The wings were average but the sauce was good and wasn't too much on the wings. The beer selection is minimal but it's a full bar, which is a plus.

A real stay in town staycation hotel & their Palanco Kitchen restaurant for breakfast is so delicious with very nice waiters/waitresses and town staycation hotel also love their bar menu for late night dinners a great experience

The food was pretty good, but the service really took away from the dining experience. We came here for Christmas dinner because they had advertised some special dishes. We ordered both of the specials (prime rib and salmon salad) and were excited. However, it seems that there were only like 2 waiters taking care of about 15 tables on one of the busiest holidays. Needless to say, service was SLOW. We waited over an hour for our food to come, but when it finall came, it was very good! I enjoyed the Seafood platter appetizer, basically a mix of seafood (salmon, shrimp, maybe some scallops) as a dip that you eat with chips. The seafood felt really fresh and there was a kick of jalapeno that rounded out the whole dish. The salmon salad was a special for Christmas. I really hope they put it on the menu because it was excellent! The salmon was cooked perfectly, and the salad was great; the craisins and toasted pine nuts along with the sweet dressing turnes kale and some other mixed greens into a fantastic dish. The flat iron steak was also great. It was perfectly cooked, and really tender. It was seasoned well without being too salty, and it worked really well with my salad too ;). Overall, I really really enjoyed the food and it's nice to have a restaurant like this so conveniently placed in the hotel. However, I was disappointed with the lack of service, especially on a day that is expectedly busy. I would want to give a higher rating, but the poor service took too much away from the experience.

Delicious flat iron steak and great service. Calamari was meh but hubby liked his flatbread and kids loved their burger!

Bad angle but it really was grey not pink.

This place was not good. I ordered their $28 New York strip steak, medium rare but on the rare side and the first one showed up burnt all the way through, the second took about 25 minutes to arrive so I was sure it should be just the same. I was wrong it looked too have been frozen when placed on the grill, it was past well done all the way through except for about a 1/4 inch in the very center that was still ice cold. The mashed potatoes were a pile of yellow, oily flavorless mush work lumps in it like instant potatoes made with cold water. The veggies were ok but the whole plate was a soup of yellow oil. The calamari appetizer was actually really good as well as the French fries on my kids plate, my wife's fish and chips were ok also. It appears as though their fry chef is on top of his game. The waitress was actually great and I feel bad for her having to deal with the chefs ( I use the term loosely) disaster. I would never recommend this place.

I ordered the Farm Chicken Salad, and it was hands-down the best decision I could have made in this heat. The dish was vibrant, crisp, and wonderfully light without sacrificing flavor. The chicken was cooked to perfection--tender, well-seasoned, and paired beautifully with farm-fresh greens and a bright, perfectly balanced dressing that tied every bite together. It's rare to find a salad that feels like a full, thoughtful meal rather than just a side, but this one delivered on every front. Beyond the food, the French countryside-inspired atmosphere made the experience even better. The garden-like, rustic charm provides a relaxed escape, making it an ideal destination to cool down and enjoy a slow lunch. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive despite the busy afternoon rush, ensuring water glasses stayed full and food arrived quickly. Whether you're stopping by for a casual brunch or looking for a light lunch to beat the summer sun, FARM continues to impress with its fresh ingredients and comforting prep. The Farm Chicken Salad is officially my new summer favorite, and I'll definitely be coming back for another visit soon!

We shared a bunch of dishes, which is definitely the way to experience the menu. The cocktails (not pictured) were fantastic--whether you're in the mood for a timeless classic or something a little more whimsical, there's something for everyone. The escargot was beautifully prepared and made even better by the perfectly char-grilled baguette that came alongside it. The steak tartare was an absolute flavor bomb with great seasoning, especially paired with the house-made potato chips. It leaned a touch salty, but in a way that made it the perfect appetizer and somehow had us ordering another round of cocktails. The grilled artichokes were simple, smoky, and delicious. The red curry mussels were served with that same incredible bread and an aromatic, deeply flavorful broth that we didn't want to leave behind. The smoked pork chop was another standout--beautifully charred on the outside while staying perfectly juicy inside. Beyond the food, the service was fabulous, attentive, but not rushed. The atmosphere is quintessential Palm Springs: stylish, colorful, well-lit and a lively environment overall. It made for a memorable birthday celebration, and everyone in our group left happy. We'll absolutely be back.

Reservations are notoriously hard to get, but we got lucky with a last-minute walk-in and were seated after 15-20 min wait. There's plenty of parking, and if you do have to wait, they have a cute little covered outdoor seating area with chairs and tables where you can relax. We sat on the patio, which was surprisingly cool and comfortable, so don't let the Palm Springs heat scare you away. The whole restaurant has such a sexy, colorful, candlelit vibe that somehow feels both lively and intimate. We kept the drinks simple and ordered Hugo Spritzes, which were refreshing and perfectly made for a hot afternoon. What we ordered: * Caramelized Onion Tart (Puff pastry, chive, Comté) - This was recommended by our server and I can see why. It reminded me of French onion soup wrapped in a flaky puff pastry. Rich, savory, and definitely shareable since it is a bit on the heavier side. * Red Thai Curry Mussels (PEI mussels, ginger, garlic, lemongrass, red chile, coconut milk) - WOW. This was hands down my favorite dish. The broth was incredible, rich and packed with flavor without feeling too heavy. I was worried the lemongrass might overpower everything, but it was perfectly balanced. It comes with toasted bread and trust me, you'll want every last drop of that broth. I'd honestly come back just for this dish. * Steak Frites - The steak was cooked perfectly medium and was delicious. The fries were crispy and seasoned well, making it a classic done right. * Broccolini - Simple but really good with a nice char that added great flavor. Overall, we had a great experience. The atmosphere is one of the best parts..beautiful, moody, and full of personality..but the food absolutely held its own. Service was friendly, the patio was comfortable, and now I completely understand why it's one of Palm Springs' hardest reservations to get. Definitely a spot I'd come back to.

Paul Bar is a fabulous experience, I've been here many times and the food as well as the service are always excellent! One of the many really interesting parts is there is a line to get in that starts well before the place opens up at 4 pm and it's like that most of the night HOWEVER the line moves quickly and once you get inside....OMG, you are transported into a really cool, dimly lit, swanky NY supper club with leather booths, tall bar tables plus there's seating at the bar (with many colorful locals that you'll probably end up making friends with) and the selection of food & drinks are so diverse, everything that my friends and I have ordered have been outstanding! Paul the owner who is very sweet is always there and oversees everything in his own quiet way to make sure everything is running smoothly and that his guests are happy, Whether you're a local or just visiting, this is the place to go for really great food, a fun time and an immersive experience and I promise you'll come back

Strap in to enjoy great cocktails and a delicious dinner. There are, as I recall, daily specials. From its humble roots ( 30-40 years back), this strip mall location is anything but a mall resturant. The aproned and bow-tied bartenders and waitstaff are REALLY good at their assignments. The back bar is ornate and old. Set your expectations high for the quality and presentation of the food. if you're a party of two, the bar is THE best option (perhaps only) and your wait time to order will likely be shorter there. If you're eating at the bar, ask your neighbors what they recommend or what they ordered, and you won't go wrong. Paul Bar is a one-off, not to be missed dining experience in Palm Springs.

We got the Bodega Sandwich, it was okay, not worth the $22 price point. I got the Manila bowl w/ a Fried Edd $30. Everything about this was bad. The majority of the bowl was just made up of rice and pancit, the chicken karaage was covered in sambal which threw off the entire flavor of the bowl. Just not worth it at the 30 dollar price point. I ordered a side of sourdough toast, it was $4 dollars for one slice of toast and they gave me a Smuckers Jam along with it. I found this silly for a couple reasons - 1. you gave one slice of toast and 2. for the vibe and aesthetic of this place you can't provide housemade jam? Service was horrible.
