She pinned my pants and then I turned around a few times to look in the mirror and said that I wanted to check and see if I wanted to go shorter. She got mad and told me to get out. She yelled at me and said she would not do the job for me because I was being difficult and would be unhappy. I tried to explain that I just wanted to decide if I liked the length and she refused to listen and shooed me away with her hands while continuing to raise her voice and tell me to go. I've always been happy with the cleaners and Vinny is always friendly. I wish he had been there to witness this scene. Needless to say, I will not be back.

Lenka's hours are only Tuesday to Thursday opening at 10:30, I get it if I had my own business I'd work those hours as well. I went in the Tuesday my clothes were supposed to be done (during posted open hours) and unfortunately Lenka's door was locked. I went and ran another errand for 30 more minutes and went back and the door was still locked. Tried calling her number a couple of times no answer. Frustrating but it happens. I finally was in town and able to pick up my clothes 3 weeks later after promised completion date as I had been traveling a lot for work. Lenka couldn't find my clothes and this was due to the fact that she hadn't completed them nor started. She offered to "take a little off price" although these were forgotten about for 4 weeks. I expressed my frustrations and explained to her the issues including how I had showed up and her door had been locked a couple of weeks back and she said " I have dentist appointments" with zero apology. The only thing that kept me from giving her a full five stars was the fact that she lost my husband's trousers for a few days. She eventually found them, and gave us the alterations for free, though. And she said it was the first time it had happened to her. I would go see her again, even with the snafu.
