I went for their classic pedicure. It was during the day on a Wednesday, and I didn't have an appointment. There was zero wait, so I was started immediately. Staff seemed friendly, and when I could find the salon, they guided me there over the phone. I didn't think there were a lot of polish colors, like I have seen in other salons, but it will fit the job done. The nail tech was sweet, and she did a good job, checking in with me to make sure water temp was to my liking, and even fixing one of my toenails when I messed it up. I didn't care for the seating arrangements, though. I couldn't fully doze off because they have more like a bench set up. I came here for a last minute dry styling. I wish I got the name of the girl who did my hair because she was great! She did my hair exactly as I wanted all while keeping up great conversation with me the entire appointment (~35 mins). The girl told me that, depending on how my hair holds curls, that it could be a lot looser towards the end of the day. NOPE! The curls stayed perfectly for 12+ hours! In addition, the studio was spotless with cute decor. They share the space with a nail salon (I've gotten my nails done there once before too), and I think I found my go-to pamper place! My daughter and I were excited to get a manicure and pedicure together so we came to Polish'd. We had a great experience and the stylist were kind. My manicure/pedicure is great. However, my daughter got the kids gel manicure and unfortunately her polish hasn't lasted 3 days. I wanted to get her gel because I hate spending money on her manicure when it doesn't last... Shelly went above and beyond for my daughter Matinah to get her hair blown out and styled for a photoshoot. She's a phenomenal woman, amazing business owner and really cares about her clients. This is my first time at the blow dry studio and I was really impressed. The place was so clean and the decor is so nice. I've been seeing Shelly for years in her nail salon and to get waxing done. I would give this place 6 stars if I could. My wife is from Colombia, and she can never seem to find a place that can wash, comb, soften, and straighten her hair the way she wants. To be fair, she is very, very, and one more very...picky and complicated. This usually results in us spending a lot of money for her to be grumpy afterward and I get to listen to it haha. That being said, Polish'd and Shelly in particular, nailed it (get it? hehe). I cannot begin to thank Shelly enough (pictured doing wifey's hair). Half way through my wife was already complimenting her work. After it was finished, she was happy for the entire day. I have never seen her so satisfied after the hair salon. Why I only gave 4 stars... Poor experience with another nail tech (Dani). I booked a GelX fill but she literally was not able to do the work. She spent 10 min trying to file gel polish off of one nail. When I asked her what was going on, she said she usually only works with shorter nails. I was baffled and disappointed. Why have a nail tech on the books for GelX if they only work with a certain nail length? To her credit, she was apologetic and helped me to reschedule with Tiffani. I made an appointment for two pedicures and got email confirmation for them. I showed up early and one nail tech got started on both of us as she was the only person there. The person that was supposed to do my nails didn't show up to work so I had to wait 45 minutes for someone to show up who did okay service but rushed only spending 20 minutes of the listed 45 minutes for my nails. I know the nail techs weren't in a great position having a coworker bail but when I emailed the owner asking for a discount or coupon to return because my nails were rushed and my time wasn't respected I was told no because I was happy with my nails. So if you go..be prepared for serious lack of communication, no organization, and no accountability if something goes wrong. read more

Just had a lovely pedicure by Victoria at Polish'd Nail Salon. She was super friendly (but also let me read my book), and careful with my ingrown toe-nails. My toe nails look lovely now - just in time for spring. Instead of individual chairs, there's a long bench. The bench has built-in massage, which was nice. Seemed reasonably priced, $47 for an hour-long pedicure with scrub and moisturizing of my calves. Very prompt - I made an online reservation and basically walked in. Didn't know the shopping center has a lower level behind...that's where the salon is. Lots of parking. The salon is super bright and cute. Hope to return soon! read more

My technician was by far the most detail oriented nail technician I have ever had. Extremely careful and paying attention to everything. She was absolutely wonderful. However, there are a few things that could use work. First, when I made my appointment, I had to call twice, because the first person who answered the phone apparently forgot that she put me on hold, I heard her say good bye to her previous client and then just background noise. The more important one - despite the careful work, this gel manicure lasted about the same as every other one I've had, with few exceptions. Eight days after I had my nails done, they started lifting from the edges and snagged in my hair as I was finger combing it. At that time, there were at least two other spots where it was only a matter of time before my hair or something ripped the loose gel off. I am still on the hunt for new nail shop. This shop was beautiful inside. I got a gel pedicure and dip power on my nails. The pedicure was on point no complaints. However, the dip power is horrible. I am kind of mad about it. It started off good, but the finish was bad. I have never gotten dip power where it finished with a plain old nail file. The result: uneven nails and an unfinished look. Not sure if the gel polish I chose was old or if my nail tech just wasn't as good with nails since she usually does hair, but my fingernails were sticky after my manicure, the polish looked streaky, and it chipped pretty much instantly. The location is beautiful and the store has a great feeling when you walk in, but I don't know if it's worth going back if you don't have a usual person who does your nails well. I wanted to love it but overall I just didn't feel like I got what I paid for. I've been here twice for pedicures and have been come away satisfied with my experience both times. The interior of the shop is clean, cute, and welcoming. The nail technicians have always been friendly and polite. There's a wide variety of nail polish colors to choose from (both gel and regular polish). During my most recent pedicure, I appreciated how my nail tech (whose name I unfortunately didn't catch) put a lot of effort into cleaning up my cuticles and some of the dead skin around my toes. I enjoyed the massage rollers built into the seating while I was soaking my feet and getting my toes painted. I also appreciated the expertise of the ladies working there and their willingness to answer questions and provide advice about what colors to go with. I'd include a picture of my toes, but let's be honest--they aren't that pretty and you don't want to see that. Let's just say that they look cuter after getting painted and I'm excited that it's flip-flop/sandal season. I'll be back for another pedi when I need it! read more

I wanted to wait and do this review until AFTER some time had passed so I can express my full experience. Location: Cheese and crackers! This place was difficult for me to find. After riding up and down the main road like a simp, I finally figured out that you have to turn into the housing complex to get to the strip mall where the store is located. But wait, there's more! Don't stop there! LOL! Polish'd is located around back on the lower level. Whew! Ambiance: Chillllleeee. This place is just pure gorgeous on the inside. So pretty that I was wondering if I should even sit. Hanging chairs and what not, really relaxing colors, and *gasp* a mini iPod at your pedicure station. Now what now? I don't even have one of those at home! I totally dug the stations, the pedicure area looked like a big 'ol couch with pillows, and each mani station had it's own sink! Get it! Service: I totally dug my nail technician, she was super fun and did a great job with my mani/pedi. Now what I learned is that this place simply does natural nail care, there are no acrylics, no gel nails, no junk nails, designs etc. So that means, no wonky smell. Yes! Just. Polish. I love! Odds/Ends: They have a ton of polish, its like someone crapped out a rainbow and then threw some more out later. Pretty blame awesome, indeed. I have never been to a shop with a selection that big. In comparisons with other salons, the prices are slightly higher than average. But, I totally understand, considering the ambiance, the organic materials, the comfy-ness (this is MY word, #DJM) and the like. I am overjoyed to have come across this salon since relocating to the area! It is chic and trendy inside but most importantly; it is CLEAN!!! I was instantly impressed by their vast color selection of all the latest shades of OPI and Essie. This place definitely knows their stuff as it relates to the latest trends. I purchased a pedi and gel mani and my services were completed by Tina. She was VERY thorough, precise, and detail oriented. My nails were absolutely flawless and I believe she is my new all-time favorite nail technician. Tina was very kind and friendly and even introduced me to the owner and her brother as they walked by. It has such a unique style and flare that most nail salons do not have while simultaneously giving a spa like ambience. They provide iPad minis for their customers to play with while getting a pedicure, have a wide selection of OPI and Essie nail polishes to choose from and have Homedics back massagers to keep you nice and relaxed. This is, hands-down, the nicest nail salon I've ever been in (and I've been in a LOT of them). Every detail of the shop's design was clearly very well thought out, with a relaxing, pearl gray color palette and just the right amount of shimmer here and there. It's a space that's tantamount to a spa for the eyes, and that's just the beginning of the goodness here. I found the spot on Yelp (thank you very much to the Yelpers who'd been before me), so wasn't sure what to expect, but I was treated to the loveliest pedicure and gel manicure I can ever remember. The nail techs didn't push services on me that I don't want (which is pretty rare), so I felt no pressure to buy services I hadn't come in for. They use all natural techniques (no acrylics and nothing with drills) and treated my hands and feet with the utmost care. And the finished product was as close to perfect as can be achieved, I think. The nail tech Victoria is amazing, not just because she is professional, and personable but also because she cuts nails straight, cleans them well and gently, and is neat and even in every aspect of her nail service. My gel mani lasted almost a month the first time she did them. I requested an appointment after my great experience to prep for a special event, this was on a Saturday which ended up being busy to the point that I did not have hot water for my pedi. Not a prob, Victoria is amazing and the cold water is worth soaking in for her to get my feet right. Moving on to my mani I accidentally smudge a toe. Victoria works to fix my toe as she starts my hands, the owner walks by asking what she is doing -Victoria is mid stroke of polishing my hand to set into the LED light- Victoria very professionally responds and gets back to my mani. The owner less than a minute later then very rudely ask between my tech and another "Who's turn is it to take a pedicure". Not only did I schedule an appointment (i arrived 20 min early) but I was also mid service. The owner comes over and ask me can she finish my polish because Victoria has something to do. I dont make a fuss as I dont want to interfere in Victorias hustle, but then the owner rushes through the rest of my service, globs polish on my nails, and super unevenly polish's them to rush me out the door. I was polite and bit my tongue as I didn't have time to go anywhere else to finish, but between cold water, the obnoxious talking that I had to listen to from the owner who was annoyingly loud talking to her customer when I First arrived at the salon, and her rushing me who is paying for the $30 regular pedi and $40 gel mani it made for a bad experience. read more
