If I can give this place 0 stars I would . The male hand tech here is rude and profiled me . I never asked once how much anything cost me , he keep telling me my total was going to be 80$ and if I can afford that . I kept telling him I never asked how much it was going to cost I came for a service . I ended up leaving because he made me feel like I couldn't afford my nails ??? read more

I have been on the fence about posting a review but my toe nail on my right big toe was cut so short and sanded its so uncomfortable today. I paid $55/tip for the middle level pedicure and asked for my toe nails to be cut as usual, but never has it caused discomfort like today when ive had toe nails trimmed. :( I was going to post a review about something else there, but it had been resolved when I went back yesterday, but now this happened. It may have been cracked but when I came in I couldn't feel it but I do now. :( ouch. Do no make a problem worse by cutting it so short. Came in with no pain, left with a sore big toe. read more

This place is overpriced and inconsistent. I've been here several times, and every visit comes with a different price for the same services. Today I came in to fix a nail the tech had left too thin. Since I was already there, I asked to change the color as well. When it was time to pay, I was told the color change would be $25 -- something I've never been charged that much for anywhere else. Overall, it's not the worst place to get your nails done, but make sure to ask for prices upfront and double-check that your nails are done correctly before you leave. As for me, I won't be returning. read more

I have to say very disappointed. I went in with my 8yr old on Mother's Day mommy daughter date she got paint and polish & I got a gel X full set. It was recommended supposedly will last up to 3 week or so. 1 nail fell off completely 2 days later, I went bk they did the repair for free (expected) 2 days later nail after bail stated to lift an fall off completely. Let's just say from the 10th. To the 15th I was missing 5 nails. Not cracked completely off. Paid $110 +tip by Friday to nail remaining so I just took them off myself. I don't live close. I work two jobs did not have time to be going back-and-forth. Very disappointed to say the least. read more

I finally was able to come in for an appointment with the manager! The difference was massive! He's the best at nails here by far. If you see nice nails on here, chances are he did them. They offered me a soak off and a complete new set which I appreciated. I'd recommend him completely, ask for Michael. read more

Alright guys... This is long over due. I liked this place because it is close to work; I would go on my lunch break. Anyway, the time I've been going here, it's been under three different ownerships. The first two I enjoyed. This most recent ownership I do not like. There's only one reason, they don't value the commitment of appointments!!!! What's the point of making appointments if they don't keep to them. It's been too many times that I have made appts and if it's not one thing, it's another. One time I made the appt online. I showed up. I was told that they cannot help me because they were too busy. Why accept the appt then?!?!?? The second time I made the appt over the phone with a certain person. I showed up an hour early to get started on my pedicure. I didn't care who worked on my feet, but I was specific about who I wanted to work on my hands. Well, the person who was supposed to work on my hands told me she wasn't available and pushed another worker to work on my nails. I told her I'd wait for her to be done. She got upset and told me to go with the other worker because she's just as good. I didn't want to deal with her attitude so I agreed. Third time, is today. I called to schedule an appt. I showed up. They told me to take a seat. 35 min after my appt time and I am still here waiting with my feet in cold water. I'm extremely annoyed. I will not be coming back. It's sad because it was convenient for me. But I pay too much for them to not respect the fact that I made an appt for a reason. I don't have time to wait around, that's why I made an appt. Ok. I'm done ranting. I had to vent and let it be known. Peace out Polish Lab! read more

Of course, it's okay! It was so late, I really didn't think I would hear from her until later. When I woke up I had a message from her already with the times she had available. I booked it!! I got there and you have to wait in your car so you text her once you're in the parking. She replied saying I could come in and omg....her place is so nice, cute and classy. She was very welcoming and sweet. I felt comfortable and had a good conversation with her. She offered me a Perrier and also handed me stress balls. I asked if I needed to get my legs and arms done and said I didn't need to yet. The previous person I would go to would always say yes, but Beata didn't try to upsell or make me get extra services I did not need to. Thank you for being honest! Once she was done she handed me an exfoliation glove and also texted me which product to buy. I asked about my next appointment and she said I could just text her and we could book it. You're treated with respect they accommodate you right away and they take care of you amazingly! Today I had an awesome pedicure the menus are brand new and they explain to you everything in detail of the service you're gonna get and you definitely get it! They offer you water they offer you a massage on the chair. They're doing great. The music is not loud anymore. It's perfect. The videos on the TVs are for different taste.
