I had an upcoming trip to Nashville coming up so I wanted to get my nails and feet done . I had been to a couple of other nail salons and none of them were it lol . I saw this place had great reviews so I decided to check it out . I'm so glad I did . The minute I walked in I was greeted by Alex who was not only welcoming and friendly but he actually remembered my name for the appointment for I had set up . I also found it really thoughtful that they separate the nail polish by colors so you don't have to go searching around through the different ones . For me it's all about the little details and you can tell this place truly cares about not only their business but the guests as well that you're not simply just a customer . Anyways Alex was also thoughtful and super sweet because he offered to make me coffee and even put the creams and sugars in it . Jackie my nail tech and the other girl was super sweet as well . They did a really good job at making sure to get all of the dead skin etc out of nails .., that other shops have over looked and simply painted over . What a wonderful and relaxing time I had at this nail salon... I found out that they recently opened and I'm so happy I found them on Yelp. This place is very clean, aesthetically pleasing to the eyes and modern in their set up but also cozy and comfy. The products used are high quality and there are great selections of colors to choose from. As soon as I entered the salon, I was greeted and welcomed by both Jackie and Alex. I had Jackie do my gel manicure and Ashley with Jackie assisting do my pedicure. The service provided was beyond excellent. I found this place on Google & I was NOT disappointed. As soon as I came in, I was greeted kindly. I went in for a pedicure with Bianca. Bianca was exceptional! She made me feel so welcome and was so easy to make conversation with! I am very insecure about my feet but not once did I feel judged by the employees working there and I appreciated that her and Jackie helped me work on my toe health. Service was just amazing. The whole staff is so friendly and just have such a positive attitude!! My friend and I called in ahead to ask for walk in availability and they managed to get us a spot for a manicure and pedicure. The gentleman, I'm so sorry Im blanking on his name, at the front desk was so welcoming and polite. He had a great conversation flow and made sure we were comfortable while at the waiting area. Jackie, the owner, was just amazing and the work she did on my nails was just impeccable!! I love that she takes attention to all details. When I first arrived I was told that gel is supposed to last up to two weeks. If not more I sat down to receive my Mani Pedi the pedicure service and manicure service went very well prep wise. At first I was very happy with my results. I noticed some space between the cuticle and the placement of the nail, but assumed that was because it was my first time receiving Gel-x. my nails grew very quickly, which is a sign of health, but within 4 to 5 days with little activity my thumb and second to middle finger nails have already fell off the thumb came off sooner then the other three days after my appointment which in itself is upsetting, but once I remembered the tattooed male employee that stared me down as I waited for my mother to pick me up and pay, I became more uncomfortable with the lack of professionalism and consideration, The staring during my appointment and even after my appointment while waiting to be picked up, made me increasingly uncomfortable and uneasy for my nails to come off 3 to 4 days after my appointment after being stared down is disappointing. to say the least The woman who did my nails took her time on the design itself and was sweet when she speaking to me but for the amount of money (190$) I paid I'm disappointed with the lack of longevity read more
