I have never left a nail salon, fully satisfied with how my nails look. Whether it be a crooked nail, wrong color or just simply not what I wanted... but today for the first time in my life I 100% was happy with how my nails look and I've always done weird and crazy designs. This is the 2nd time going there. I thought first time. Well, ill try it again, close to work! Very disappointed! Terrible, my nails were all different lengths, thick and just blah. Nail tech trying to get me to do this special gel. I told her I get gel and she said another's type, she said same price. Went to the register and the owner then decided to charge me $60, i told her i was told $50 so, i left with shitty nails and the owner is just a money hungry person. Sorry she say and smiles and just charges my card. So i left without giving the nail girl a tip because the greedy owner took it! Beware people!!!! The place is not that clean either. i'm going to do something i never do.. and that's complain. i used to get my nails done every 3 to 4 weeks that was my jam i bartended and my gel manicures would stand the test of time. i no longer bartend and my hands aren't constantly wet or in sanitizer. so that should mean they last even longer.. right? wrong. i went in monday the 4th for a gel manicure. not only did the entire visit last 20 minutes but my nails are peeling off and getting caught on my hair when i run my fingers through it. i paid $45 and am so so sad. they were completely dead in there and now i understand why. never again. read more

They're fine, the prices are reasonable but I didn't love my nails. She said she could do French with dip but I didn't realize it wasn't going to be a very crisp line so that could also be on me. I also had a ton of dip under my nails that I had to file out myself which was uncomfortable. read more

Just because we asked for a basic pedicure shouldn't affect how we were treated. We were told to sign in, while a woman & her daughter, who didn't have an appointment, just walked right in. We weren't told to pick our color, my technician wasn't happy & never even smiled at me. She seemed like we were putting her out. And she was extremely rough. After she finished painting my toes, she started cleaning up & pulled the towel from under my feet & just walked away. No one walked us over to the lights to dry nor could they be bothered to turn them on for us. And to top it off, as we were standing at the counter to cash out, the receptionist was too busy chatting to even acknowledge us. We definitely won't be back, so you won't need to worry. read more

I got my nails done on Saturday March 29th. I got a regular simple and basic blue gel manicure nothing fancy. I chipped my gel the other day and went in earlier to get it fixed. Not only did someone help me in 5 minutes but she was really sweet and told me I didn't have to pay. I wish I gave her a tip for her generosity, I just didn't know where she went after she told me I was free to go! The people that do nails here are lovely people. Very nice and attentive just be careful as you may know EVERYTHING is an up charge, if you want longer nails extra $5, you want design $5, you want dip extra $ you want this extra $ however the longer the nails the more they seem to break. I have never had nails that have broken this much in my life of getting my nails done. However it seems they are the only place i have found that I actually like in this area so far so I will stick with these ladies and gentlemen! Try them out you won't be disappointed. read more

Been here twice without a problem, beautiful work! However, just tried getting a regular manicure and after cutting me cuticles the woman asked me to pay her right then. I've never paid before a completed service before, so I refused and she proceeded to botch my nails with the polish. I questioned this after the service as well as her demand for payment, apparently with regular manicures they want you to pay before the service for "convenience of not having to redo your polish". Claimed it was a miscommunication at first, but then tells me it's a real thing at their salon. Beware of this trick. Manicure service should only be $25 at this location. read more

Just had mani/pedi yesterday, dip on real nails! Girl was very distracted had her young child with her, touching everything even my keys and phone. Whining and she did nothing but talk with other workers in their language which is rude in my opinion. Also was on/off her phone the entire time as well as FaceTiming with her friends. Did a terrible job, very quick, never even check my mani nor used lotion at all, not any type of massage on feet and legs except the extremely hot stones, cool water, no Stuff in the water, when wrapping my hands filled over the clean water do all the dust got in the clean foot bath and all over me as well. Lack of skill take a look at these!!! Not even 24hrs!! I was over charged $10-15 on a debit card not credit! Not busy at all lots of staff hanging around with each other on their phones and using the massage chairs which I think the one I was in was working properly either. 3 of the tv monitors were out. Over the past few years this place has been worse very quickly!! Used to a better place around. Better than a couple others in town and isn't saying to much considering the quality. I feel like I need to get a mani/pedi the very next morning is pretty sad!! Going to check out other options!! I wish I didn't tip her at all!! First- Manicures now include nails cut, filed and polished. Nothing else. No scrub, lotion, hand massage. Nothing. Second- They try to charge you a different price every single time. Over the past 4 visits they charged me 20, 25,30 then 35 for my daughter. So today I said screw the kids pricing. I asked for a full pedicure for her ($35). She was in the chair for less than 10 minutes! I was not happy, they did literally nothing. Then I went to pay and they tried to tell me her pedicure was $45. $35 for the pedicure and $10 for two flowers they painted on her toe. (5 white dots with a blue dot in the middle). I wasn't having it so she said ok $25 because it was too fast. To end the fun, it has been a 10% discount if you pay cash or full price if you pay credit. Well lucky us starting just this past week no discount for cash and a 3% credit card charge. Go somewhere else! read more

I know this location is very busy, however it doesn't excuse a very rushed pedi. My pedicure took 13 minutes, there was still dirt under my nails when they were painted, and the paint job was sloppy. I know some of the techs are better than others, but this is just not OK. I saw other customers who were in the chair when I arrived, and were still in the chair when I left. I will never go back to this location again. 38 bucks for this, plus a 7 dollar tip (I usually tip 12 if it's good) what a waste. I'm going to find another place to fix this! Very disappointed with our experience yesterday at the Polished Nail Bar in Plymouth. My granddaughter is a frequent customer here always getting the same service. However she was charged $25 more and the tech kept her $5 in change. It was 3 days before home coming. She was told it was because she had long nails....they are the ones who did them 3 weeks ago for $25 less. My granddaughter is only 14 and didn't want to say anything just wanted to leave after 90 minutes for a fill that has always taken 20 to 30 minutes. Never going back and spreading the word. Went to Polished today (on Mother's Day). There was about a 5 minute wait, and I'll say it was well worth it. After I signed in, I sat and chatted with another mom. We both though the line would have been longer but it seems that they were prepared for the onslaught of Moms and Daughters. I said I wanted a full set and the gentleman that did my nails was very nice. We chit chatted and made small talk while I relaxed. I'll post a picture of my nails which came out wonderful. 10% off cash which is awesome! But they also take credit cards which sometimes if you don't have enough cash can come in handy. Truly one of the worst service experiences I've ever received. I had an appointment and wasn't seen until 30 minutes after the time I was scheduled for. They sat me at a seat for a pedicure in the corner with my feet in cold water. I thought that the bubbler was broken, but it turns out they just hadn't bothered to turn it on and warm up the water while I was waiting. Finally, once the pedicure was complete, I got a gel manicure because I had an event that my nails need to be done for so I stuck it out. There was a little fuzz stuck in my nail and a couple of bumps - which is extremely unprofessional of the nail tech not to fix as they were happening? Once I realized, I was too irritated to spend any more of time in that nail salon to get them fixed. There wasn't even a hint of compassion or professionalism. I will NEVER be going back to this Salon. Atrocious customer service. read more

I was initially happy with the dip manicure and pedicure I got here. However I got an infection from the pedicure (I know sometimes is a possibility but was disappointed that this happened), the dip manicure broke two nails less than a week later and when I got it repaired they just covered the break and didn't redo the nail so you could see through the polish where it was broken. When I removed the dip, my nails were so extremely damaged it took 2 months to fully regrow my nails out completely. I probably won't go back here again. read more

I was in and out in less than 30 minutes for a mani AND pedi including drying time. That's impossible for a good job. Barely worked on the feet , basically just washed and cuticles . Water was cold. This was the first time I went to this salon and it will be my last. While my manicurist was fine, the quality of the nail polish was awful. It was almost as if it was watered down. It did not come close to matching the swatch and the manicurist did not offer to redo. Mani/pedi was $35 more than my regular salon on Cape. I am already booking a redo at my regular salon. the person I had did my nails so roughly and left me with a couple of cuts around my fingers, she acted as if she was in a rush, yanking my hand around, twisting my fingers in a way I could barley twist my fingers and using the drill on my finger so fast and rough, which led to said cuts around my finger.
