I think she was trying to break up the product, but in the process she broke my natural nails as well. The mail filer, buffing block, and nail instruments were used. I asked her if any of those items were clean/sanitized. She laughed. I looked at her waiting for her response she said yes. As shown in the pic they reuse everything. Typically, they bring the nail instruments in a sanitized sealed bag. Here she brought it in a box like she just finished using it with a previous customer. If you're looking for cleanliness/sanitation protocols that this facility offers this is not the place. RUN I will never be coming back my health is more important. They are rude when you question them.
