I made an appointment with Trina V on Vagaro. She came highly recommended in her reviews. So I tried her out. She was very nice and knowledgeable with the Nails and she was on time. The nail salon is clean and spacious. When I first came in I was immediately greeted and asked to choose my colors. I really appreciated that the greeter asked everyone to wash their hands before starting the nail appointment . This is a great thing because most places do not. This showed me that they are very aware of germs. I like the color selections and how it's presented. They have a base color, gel color and the dip color on one strand so you can see what the colors on a nail. I do recommend this business. read more

I was greeted from the lovely girl at the front desk and asked to wash my hands and wait. Very shortly Tracy greeted me and helped me out. She was super sweet and made me feel very comfortable. She said since my cuticle was growing on my nails, and since I'm a nail bitter she had to scrape it off. 1st picture experience: The lady was very nice to me while she was doing my nails. I asked her to not make the polish so thick, which she didn't listen to. I went back in to have her fix it and she just put a topcoat on instead of repainting them. They didn't dry for AN HOUR because they were so thick. 2nd picture experience: I went in because I had won a gift card and was excited to try the place out! The man doing my nails was very nice. I had no issues with how he did my nails except for the buffing. the tips of my nails were not smooth whatsoever and he just painted the top coat and told me I was done. that was irritating, but I had won the gift card, so no big deal right? i'll just give them another chance. Which brings me to the final picture. I can do better nails than this and make them last more than a day without chipping. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will not be returning. I made an appointment with Bella a week before I needed my nails done, I got a manicure and dip done. Bella was throughout to trim my cuticles, and pushed them back to prep for the dip! I had gel on, and she removed it fairly quick, with no damage to my nail! This was the first time I had gotten dip done, and she explained to me step by step what she was doing so I could better understand. She's also very friendly, we were chatting along for the 30 minutes!! Yeah, 30 minutes!! She removed my gel polish, gave me a manicure and dip all in 30 minutes! She even made sure to clean around my cuticle at the end for a clean look, and asked if there were any rough spots to file down, and there were no rough spots and my nails are even and! I will be following up to see the quality my dip lasts in 2-3 weeks!! UPDATE: My nails lasted 3 weeks without chipping or lifting off my nail bed!!! To sum it up in one word: disappointed In the past, PN would easily received a 4-5 star rating. I arrived on time for my appointment at 3:15 for a mani/pedi. The girls at the reception desk were friendly, told me to pick out my colors, etc... Then one of the young ladies directed me to the massage/pedicure chairs. So of course I thought all was well. To back track for a moment: I realized my nail tech may not have been ready for me when I arrived based on the exchange between her and the young lady that seated me. Also, I could see she was with another client. I figured it would only be a few more minutes since I was seated. No one said anything concerning there being an extended wait time. I ended waiting until 3:55. At this point no one, not one single staff member said anything to me. No apologies for the wait or update on how much longer I'd have to wait. Funny thing is I already waited for awhile and if someone had at least taken the time to say anything (e.g. an apology, update, etc..) I probably would've waited until my tech was done or gone with another tech. I value my time and try to be respectful of other people's time. Today my time was completely disrespected and disregarded. I don't even blame my nail tech, maybe like 10-15%. The other 85-90% is on the receptionists. They should've done a better job at communicating with both myself and the nail tech. I say this because the nail tech was clearly trying to attend to and finish up with her current client (I.e. she was busy). After having multiple bad experiences at this polished location I was hesitant to go in after accidentally scheduling an appointment at this location. I decided to give it one more chance and went in for a basic gel pedicure. I chose the mid level pedicure, I believe it was called the polished pedicure. The lash tech explained it would be extra for gel I agreed that was okay. The pedicure should have been $38/45.
