The pricing is fairly standard here and they do a good job for the most part. Sometimes I feel like it's rushed. Overall when I do the dip, it stays on a long time. I enjoy their discount on giftcards during the holidays and normally stock up for myself. read more

Went here for a pedicure while the hubby got his haircut! It was 35$ and well worth it. I loved that each pedicure came with its own individually packed lotions, and scrubs! I don't see many salons doing that and good hygiene is always appreciated. The girl who did my pedicure was super nice and very thorough with the pedicure too. I think she could've done a little better on the foot massage, but I loved the experience nonetheless. She offered some water too towards the end so that was nice. Overall a pleasant experience! read more

Didn't do the nails I wanted, completely different color. Wanted pink French top she apparently didn't think it would look good and just did what she wanted. Paid $65 for gel x, $15 for French and $15 tip. $100 nails and this what they look like. Not upset, don't want my money back just want others to know what to expect read more

Polished Nail Salon - Got them done two days ago.. - Nail Salons Near Me - Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

I almost forgot to write a review about this place. I came here months ago, I needed an appt last minute and this was the only salon around my area. I saw the 4.3 stars on Google, chose to overlook the negative Yelp reviews, and decided to give it a try. I booked both a manicure and pedicure with the same nail tech, Lee Thu. From the start, the experience felt uncomfortable. When I walked in, I had the impression that the tech was talking about me, I couldn't understand what was being said, but I felt stares from the other techs. I tried to brush it off and assumed they were just chatting among themselves. During the pedicure, my toe nails were cut unevenly, and a few of them was trimmed so short, it cut my skin and started bleeding. I felt a sting, and the tech tried to wash it off with water. When we moved on to the manicure, I took a quick before-and-after photo, but the tech seemed annoyed and asked, with a bit of attitude, what the photo was for, whether it was for TikTok. I explained that I'm too shy for TikTok but like sharing about places I visit online. After that, she seemed to put more effort into doing my nails, but by then, I had already been there for over an hour and just wanted to finish up after such an uncomfortable experience. read more

Book with Harry! Morning at the Office I walked into work with freshly done nails, and suddenly the officed felt like my stage. Typing wasn't just typing - it was a dramatic click-clack symphony that made every email sound urgent. When I pointed at the pie chart in the meeting, people leaned in like I was delivering a royal decree. My coffee cup became a prop, held with the kind of flair you only see in commercials. Honestly, productivity doubled, confidence tripled, and my nails? They were basically running the company as the next CEO. Driving Home from Work The commute became a car commercial. My hands on the steering wheel caught the sunset like they were auditioning for a jewelry ad. At red lights, I tapped the wheel like I was conducting an orchestra. Flipping on my blinker felt like announcing my next single that surpasses KPop Demon Hunters on the Billboards. By the time I pulled into the driveway, I wasn't just home - I was victorious, nails still flawless, powers intact. Evening at Home Back at home, cooking dinner became a dramatic performance as if I'm Gordon Ramsay's sassier rival - every stir, sprinkle and tap. My nails glint under the kitchen light - my unofficial Michelin stars. I fold laundry as if I was hosting a game show. Harry H arms me with superpowers and fabulousness. I made an appointment with Trina V on Vagaro. She came highly recommended in her reviews. So I tried her out. She was very nice and knowledgeable with the Nails and she was on time. The nail salon is clean and spacious. When I first came in I was immediately greeted and asked to choose my colors. I really appreciated that the greeter asked everyone to wash their hands before starting the nail appointment . This is a great thing because most places do not. This showed me that they are very aware of germs. I like the color selections and how it's presented. They have a base color, gel color and the dip color on one strand so you can see what the colors on a nail. I do recommend this business. read more

I had saw a recommendation for Tracy @ Polished from a local online Mom's group, so I decided to check her out. The salon is very nice and has a chic ambiance to it. I was greeted from the lovely girl at the front desk and asked to wash my hands and wait. Very shortly Tracy greeted me and helped me out. She was super sweet and made me feel very comfortable. I am fairly new to having acrylic nails so she was answering all the questions I had. She also showed me all the things my last nail tech did wrong and how it had damaged my natural nails. I didn't get any design or nail art this time, but I am looking forward to in the future. She does amazing work! I am so glad that she was recommended. I cannot say enough good things about Christy!! I've been coming to her for almost 2 years now and I first came to her with damaged, thin nails because I couldn't find my "it" salon. Christy was honest with me from the beginning about what we need to do to get my nails healthy again, was upfront about cost and she genuinely cared and wanted to set me up for success so (although it broke my heart...) we cut my long nails and decided to start over. 2 years later, my nails are the healthiest they have ever been, the look incredible and I've gotten tons of compliments on my nails EVERY time Christy does them. She is kind and caring and I always look forward to my appointments. Trust!!! She's incredible! read more

Came back to Polished from an unplanned hiatus. This time, I dropped in for an upcoming 70s party, so I needed a set to display the vibes. Honestly, I was not disappointed -- which is no surprise. The ladies at the front desk are always so enthusiastic with their greeting, and they are well staffed so getting serviced quickly is never an issue. Vanna did my set and she was so kind and welcoming. She even let me know that I needed a new set, as I had already gotten 2 fills previously. She was careful to make sure I was satisfied with her work and reassuring every step of the way. She also waxed my eyebrows and was gentle AND knowledgeable (I've had them micro-shaded recently). I'll be back again and this time, there won't be so much time in between. Pricing is a bit costly, but you will definitely get what you pay for! read more

They greeted my friend and I immediately and got us in for pedicures without an appointment and zero wait. We were directed to wash our hands before they would start, which is fine except the area next to the wash sink was FILTHY! And the number of employees sitting around that should have been cleaning seemed very wasteful. Our pedicures were great, just wish the salon was better kept. read more

Extremely disappointed in the service I received today from Christy V. I told her these were my wedding nails and it was the fastest nail appointment I've ever had with no care to quality work. I showed her photos of a tan chrome I wanted and she put on some purple grey instead and when I asked to change it (she wasn't done with it) she said we'd have to scrape it off and stared at me like that wasn't possible? So I got a different color for my fingernails since I hated the toenail polish and she refused to change it. Of course there is bubbles and blobs of paint and sheer spots that are uneven in the paint job, did a horrible job at cleaning up the skin around the nails and getting paint on my skin. She called the day before asking if I could move my appointment to an earlier time but I said I had a bridal brunch so she kept it as is. Come to find out she rushed me because she was trying to fit in her rich Barbie doll regular client of hers. She made remarks about my age and said "you only get your nails done for special occasion huh?" I'm like no, where did that come from? I felt like she was judging me and didn't like me from the start. Needless to say it's too late and I'm stuck with these nails for my fuxkinf wedding day. I searched for someone talented and saw how many people I follow on social media tagged her for nails so I thought it was going to be fine, but nope. Should've trusted the horrible reviews of this place. Oh and I also asked for nail art at the beginning and she never ended up doing it because she was rushing me out and giving me half a$$ service. read more

I have been going to christy vo for about 2 years now and she is AMAZING! she is so sweet, funny, talented, and FAST. they kicked me!! rude workers, loud and bright inside, and old gummy polish. they constantly tried to upsell me into getting a more expensive service and gel polish. when i said no they said "you really need it..." and i had to explain that i didn't have time nor did i want more than what i booked for. i just don't prefer the longer services. i have tried to go back several times and its always the same. and the nail polish is old and gummy and they don't apply it evenly. if you don't get an expensive service and gel polish they don't seem to care. even when i spent $80 on acrylics my nails were bleeding and the worker kicked my shin under the table for moving too much. read more

I went in for a full set acrylic nails with no specific nail tech requested, and I was given Vanna. I felt like I was rushed throughout the whole process. From the moment I was picking my color she insisted on having me look at the actual polishes instead of the painted nails they have on display. The nails lacked attention to detail. I felt like I was rushed to get out of the chair. read more

Christy at Polished is very popular around here. She takes appointments by text. The place is clean and well-lit. The nail artists here are some of the best in the state! I had a simple yet detailed gel design done by Christy. I highly recommend this place! As far as prices go, I had to pay $55 and tipped $10. I'm not sure how much acrylics are, but as I said before...these artists are the best you can find around here! Very professional, and quick! read more

I'm very disappointed in this place. I asked Samantha if she could set me an appointment with another nail tech in the salon because I wasn't pleased with the service I got. And she told me that if I didn't like my nails then don't come back!!! They refused to fix my nails. It really ruined my day because I was not rude at all about it. I simply just wanted them done right. They were different shapes and sizes plus I had bubbles in the polish. Terrible customer service. I can't believe they treated me that badly. i got my nails and toes done both turned pretty bad. they are very sloppy and uneven. i had to get them off the same day!

Very disappointed in what used to be my favorite nail salon. Poor customer service as of late. I understand that businesses need to make a profit, but my scheduled appointment was moved back 45 minutes later and then I still wasn't seen for 20 minutes later than that. Was pressured to vote for Best of 405 while getting my nail service. Went to pay for my services at check out and my Polished gift card could not be used. Not sure how they can't ring up their own gift cards, but the tech/owner did not know how to work the register. In addition, I was overcharged for the services. My nails were cut shorter than I wanted and the technician was rough and rude. It felt like I was not at all valued as a customer and she was rushing to get me out. I have never had such a bad experience here or at any other nail salon. read more

Well starting off the receptionist was sweet. Very simple check in process but my nail tech, Kim, was a little rude. She said since my cuticle was growing on my nails, and since I'm a nail bitter she had to scrape it off. She was jerking my hand about and I started bleeding after awhile and that's when she started being sweet. Trying to talk to me here and there but honestly I was over it. The only reason they got 3 stars is because my nail shape is on point but while I would go back...I will not go back to her! read more

Charged $45 for dip but I guess that doesn't include trimming cuticles. I usually go to another salon very close by but decided to try here. My nails look ok but my cuticles look terrible and she filed one of my nails so bad that I have two hangnails now. I won't be coming back here. Use caution. Also, not the friendliest of people. I don't often leave reviews but I feel like this one is warranted. Oh and I saw someone say some to I g about them not letting her pick her color. Same here. They just kept suggesting ones without letting me see anything until I asked. read more

1st picture experience: The lady was very nice to me while she was doing my nails. I asked her to not make the polish so thick, which she didn't listen to. As you can see by how thick the polish is on the tips of my nails. This caused them not to dry quickly and I smudged them as soon as I walked out of the door. I went back in to have her fix it and she just put a topcoat on instead of repainting them. They didn't dry for AN HOUR because they were so thick. 2nd picture experience: I went in because I had won a gift card and was excited to try the place out! The man doing my nails was very nice. I had no issues with how he did my nails except for the buffing. the tips of my nails were not smooth whatsoever and he just painted the top coat and told me I was done. that was irritating, but I had won the gift card, so no big deal right? i'll just give them another chance. Which brings me to the final picture. I can do better nails than this and make them last more than a day without chipping. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will not be returning. I gave this place a second shot because I had heard good things, but i'm staying true to Skyline Nails, they're a lot nicer and actually give you want you want/pay for! read more

I made an appointment with Bella a week before I needed my nails done, I got a manicure and dip done. Bella was throughout to trim my cuticles, and pushed them back to prep for the dip! I had gel on, and she removed it fairly quick, with no damage to my nail! This was the first time I had gotten dip done, and she explained to me step by step what she was doing so I could better understand. She's also very friendly, we were chatting along for the 30 minutes!! Yeah, 30 minutes!! She removed my gel polish, gave me a manicure and dip all in 30 minutes! She even made sure to clean around my cuticle at the end for a clean look, and asked if there were any rough spots to file down, and there were no rough spots and my nails are even and! I will be following up to see the quality my dip lasts in 2-3 weeks!! UPDATE: My nails lasted 3 weeks without chipping or lifting off my nail bed!!! To sum it up in one word: disappointed In the past, PN would easily received a 4-5 star rating. I arrived on time for my appointment at 3:15 for a mani/pedi. The girls at the reception desk were friendly, told me to pick out my colors, etc... Then one of the young ladies directed me to the massage/pedicure chairs. So of course I thought all was well. To back track for a moment: I realized my nail tech may not have been ready for me when I arrived based on the exchange between her and the young lady that seated me. Also, I could see she was with another client. I figured it would only be a few more minutes since I was seated. No one said anything concerning there being an extended wait time. I ended waiting until 3:55. At this point no one, not one single staff member said anything to me. No apologies for the wait or update on how much longer I'd have to wait. Funny thing is I already waited for awhile and if someone had at least taken the time to say anything (e.g. an apology, update, etc..) I probably would've waited until my tech was done or gone with another tech. I value my time and try to be respectful of other people's time. Today my time was completely disrespected and disregarded. I don't even blame my nail tech, maybe like 10-15%. The other 85-90% is on the receptionists. They should've done a better job at communicating with both myself and the nail tech. I say this because the nail tech was clearly trying to attend to and finish up with her current client (I.e. she was busy). When I decided to leave I stated I'd come back another time, maybe I will maybe I won't. The receptionists gave a halfhearted "sorry". read more

Experience while I was there was as expected. However, after paying $60 for an acrylic ombré set you'd think they would stay on longer than 10 days. I called to get them fixed, things happen and I don't want to hold it against them. She proceeded to tell me I'll have to pay to get them fixed. Since $60 (not including tip) wasn't enough for nails? After having multiple bad experiences at this polished location I was hesitant to go in after accidentally scheduling an appointment at this location. I decided to give it one more chance and went in for a basic gel pedicure. I chose the mid level pedicure, I believe it was called the polished pedicure. The lash tech explained it would be extra for gel I agreed that was okay. The pedicure should have been $38/45. With an up charge for the gel polish I assumed when I went to pay $60 would more than enough for the pedicure as well as a tip. I was charged $70 for a PEDICURE. Of course I left a tip as well because I work in the service industry as well. I left with an $80 pedicure. UN. BELIEVABLE. I will never be back and I am in SHOCK that this is okay?! read more
