Rico Sabor Peruano is not the top result when searched, but a professional Yelper like myself could tell that it was probably the best choice. Once I walked into the restaurant, I knew I made the right choice. Rico Sabor Peruano evokes East LA vibes. The interior was not great, and the employee didn't speak English. I knew I was about to have one of the greatest meals of my life. After stumbling through the order with my early intermediate Spanish (Duolingo-level Spanish with a thick Gringo accent), I excitedly waited for my meal. The food was cooked in a reasonable amount of time, and the employee even proactively brought a bottle of hot sauce. How did she know?
