My mom got the ButterBurger with cheese and onion rings. She enjoyed the burger, but the onion rings definitely could have been crispier. We shared the cheese curds, which are always good, though they also could have been a bit crispier this time. We also tried the cheese dip, which was just okay and probably not something we would order again. The broccoli cheese soup was also fine, but not something I would get again. Overall, the food was good, but it wasn't the best experience we've had there.

I was overwhelmingly surprised by aGM by the name of Mark. where most managers or GMS would make excuses he was open and honest and said that he already was on top of the problem. Not only explained it to me in detail.. But made it clear that the customers come first and that he was on top of the problem. I truly believed him from his tone in his manner that he was speaking to me.. I was not calling to replace my meal, but he did offer that I thought was very nice he ended the call in a professional but personal way. he is a reflection of his staff most of them I love this location this incident will not hoard me back on visiting it again But what it will do is make me want to come to the location even more due to the way that he treated me. I do think the other manager should have been a little bit more on top of that but I have a feeling she will be now from what he said.
