Rotisserie chicken , salad, yuca (barely any) , yellow rice

Attention is good ive been there like twice to eat in , however w covid thats not an option anymore. Regardless most of the time i pick up. Food is really good and never lacks flavor , sometimes the rotisserie chicken can be dry but most times its really good. Portion wise before they served good , recently they serve a little like the rice or yuca , but food is still good. Especially the salsa verde they sell its good as well!

MMM MMM MMMM! Man I love Pollos a la brasa, the food here is delicious. I've been ordering take out from here for years since it first opened and was named something else. My go to orders include the whole rotisserie chicken (pollo entero) with sides of fries and salad. They typically give you several little servings of the green sauce....aka their comeback sauce. I've yet to discover what it's called, but for me at least, I've come to enjoy the mystery. One of my best friends has catered from here many times for her birthday over the years and everyone at the party goes straight to the sauce before serving themselves chicken. So yeah, it's delicious, but be weary if you can't handle a little kick. Another plate I love from here is the Jalea, which is essentially a plate of fried fish and calamari served with fried yuca and purple onions. The onions are seasoned aland juicy, with a crunch that brings all the flavors together and makes the jalea quite refreshing. It's big enough to share with two other people as an appetizer. I live close by and usually order pick-up so I cannot comment on delivery time but the food here is delicious and affordable.

Yes Brasaaaaa! Says brasa II on yelp but the place is actually Brasa I... it seems like they just gave this place a face lift in here as I've been told that it used to be not so nice to dine in, more of a grab n go ordeal.. we didn't mind staying in here at all, it was quite nice actually.. ordered the rotisserie chicken (breasts) and they were delicious, perfectly juicy and tender, crushed those in a bout 10 seconds. Heaping side of yellow rice, typical staple dish but seasoned really well, also, gone in 10 seconds. We also inhaled Maduros and la papa a la huancaína. P a la H was delicious, these yellow potatoes are boiled and smothered in a yellow, creamy and spicy sauce they you want to dip everything on the table in and eat it... Place had delicious, authentic, Peruvian food. We were served super quick which is always a plus since we went there like animals that haven't eaten.. highly recommend to dine in or even take out!

This is some good rotisserie chicken! It's a nice find in the area and a super quick stop. Arroz con pollo is great here.

The new hostess and the greeting by Phillipe could not have made us feel any more welcome. We were offered a choice of seating and while we love the look and feel of the back patio it was a bit too cool and breezy out there.... We decided to sit in the front room as it is generally quieter and more low key. There were many larger groups with celebrations and you could see they were all having a good time. Our waiter Luis, came and introduced himself, brought our menus and inquired about water, drinks, etc. We told him we wanted only pumpernickel rolls: they are warm, fresh out of the oven and truly addictive. Our waters and my white Zinfandel arrived shortly thereafter. Our fresh goat cheese salad arrived with the raspberry vinaigrette and as always it was carefully divided. Luis came to check on everything as he and other staff members ( both members who we know through dining here repeatedly over the years) and new additions. Everyone always treats you like family. Very good pacing of the meal.... Nice and leisurely, not rushed but no long breaks between courses. Then our main dishes arrived. My husband had the pappardelle with mixed seafood, no sausage- plentiful and loaded with flavor. I get the shrimp a La Rodos.... 5 very nice sized shrimp with with lots of diced fresh tomatoes and feta cheese, served with my 2 favorite side dishes- mashed potatoes and beets.... All YUMMY and very generous portions. My husband's Stella Artois arrives in a nice cold glass with the main dish, as requested. Luis again checks on everything and then shortly thereafter we get the surprise of the evening. Peter, the new owner stops by and chats with us. It was a pleasure to meet him: we are sure he is very busy running back and forth between his two restaurants. and making sure that everything is going smoothly. We had a lot to talk about. Well, he has a tough act to follow but so far the food, service and hospitality are still 5 star !!! We ended our meal on a high note. A FABULOUS meal has to end on a sweet note. We were offered about 5 or 6 dessert choices. We selected the chocolate mousse cake. A rich, creamy sweet conclusion to a superb meal served by a warm, caring staff. Everyone including Luis, Felipe and the new hostess gave us a fond Farewell on the way out. We eagerly look forward to returning after their vacation at the beginning of August !! Congratulations, Peter, Phillipe and staff !

While waiting at the bar for a friend to arrive, I was swarmed by fruit flies, which should have been my first warning sign. The pours at the bar were skimpy, but I tried to shake it off once we got our table. The service there was actually friendly, and our server proudly told us the duck was a top seller, so we ordered it along with a salad and a fish dish. Most of what came out of the kitchen was diner quality at best--nothing special, but not offensive. The duck, however, was a disaster. It tasted old and stale, like it had been sitting in a freezer for months before being rushed through a fryer. The meat was fried to a dry, brittle crisp, and the only flavor came from a cloying sweet duck sauce slapped on top. No richness, no tenderness, no redeeming qualities. We absolutely hated our meal and the entire time we spent there. I can't recommend this place to anyone who actually cares about what they eat.

Our waitress was responsive to whatever we needed. The prices are a little high for the portion size, but the food is great quality. My vinho verde was a nice size pour. My husband loved the Iberian ham here. We both had the garlic shrimp which were very well flavored but unfortunately didn't have even one garlic clove, which was disappointing and there were only 6 shrimp. The olive oil they were in was great though and we dipped our food into it and they were perfectly cooked. The paella is supposed to be for 2-4 people which I can see if you have more tapas but we finished it off. It came with a healthy amount of shrimp, grilled calamari and chorizo and was perfectly seasoned. We also appreciated how the rice was a bit crispy and not mushy. The table next to ours ordered what appeared to be a very good looking fruit cobbler of some kind but we were too stuffed for dessert. They also have a weekday happy hour before 6pm that looks good with deals on booze. Really enjoyed this spot! Conveniently located in the middle of garden city with ample free parking.

We ordered shrimp, steak on the bone, bone marrow, potatoes, polenta, broccolini, shishieto peppers, and paella for dinner to share. We all enjoyed our food. For desserts we got the lemon and blueberry pudding, was delicious. I loved the bread pudding. My grandfather enjoyed his Nutella chocolate.
