The taste was just so-so, and on the bland side with little seasoning. A hefty amount of hot sauce was definitely needed. The mash potatoes and gravy wears seasoned well but was 95% potato and 5% gravy which was a sad ratio. The service here was prompt and courteous, they were polite and accommodating. The location seemed new and clean. Overall it was a good experience but obviously could do better in the future. I will be trying them again to see if there are any changes. UPDATE: As I finished up the first piece of my 2 piece meal I discovered a few small packets of seasoning packets hidden amongst the hot sauce... the certainly boosted the flavor of my chicken. My only gripe is that the chicken should've been seasoned before they cooked it and not after.
