My wife and I came in and had breakfast this morning and it was OUT OF THIS WORLD. It was empty, although it was a Tuesday, I have no clue why. The WORST PLACE TO EAT THE DELICIOUS Typical Colombian Food. THREE THREE time got "Arepa with cheese" just from the fridge". How is possible ? The delicious green picante is Water and on top the lady of the phone said to me that That is the way they sent the arepas ! Good Colombian food. You can go cheap with arroz con pollo but the steak entrees are de-lish. They usually come with rice, beans, an arepa, and salad. Also, the mini-empanadas are a must-get (they might not be on the menu so just ask, 6 for $1). read more

Love the bandeja paisa. Rice, beans, fried egg on top of the rice , maduro, chicharron, and steak. You can share it with probably up to three people. Te place was totally empty when we first arrived, that was a red flag, but my nephew was hungry and I was tired. The food was not so good, my sister ordered a shrimp ceviche and it was 4 shrimps dipped in ketchup. My other sister order a sea food salad and it has no taste, she had to order lemon to make create some flavor and my sobrebarriga a la criolla I had to dip the spoon in the plate in order to actually find the meat which was tasteless. Unfortunately we did not have a good experience here. We ordered several dishes for pick-up and once home realized that they had sent an incomplete order (they had not included a soup, but, it was in fact charged). After calling them to let them know, they told us that they were already closed for the night and so that there was not much that could be done. Furthermore, the arroz a la marinera (rice with seafood) was bland--the seafood in there was hard and chewy (seemed like it was the frozen variety that was used). Also, out of two arepas con queso that were ordered, one of them was sent bare (no cheese)! Overall, bad experience, and I would not eat from here/order again. read more

Pollo Mario has been a family favorite for years. We had family visit us from out of town and chose to bring them to Pollo Mario. Well, what a big mistake!! I didn't know that Sunday afternoon was peak time for the restaurant. We waited at the bar to only be bumped by the wait staff. I thought the first time was a mistake but not after six times. It is the worst place I've been eating in the USA. I went there today and I had a problem with my credit card. The manager treated like I was a criminal. He threatened to call the police because of $ 7. I was not refusing to pay. I just wanted to solve my problem with the card and bring the money as soon as possible. But he humbled me and made me cry in front of everyone. When I could finally go out to get the money, I told him that it was necessary respect and trust people, especially when it comes to food. read more

This has got to be the worst experience I have ever had. I have been ordering from this restaurant for years and last week I order a chicken to be deliver to my house and it was raw when I called back and told I was going to call sanitation they begged us not too and send a new chicken and we called today to order again and the so called manager who's name is Ana decide she wasn't going to deliver to us because the chicken would be raw again!! What kind of answer is that so if I was all the future customers I would check all the food I order from this place because she clearly said well order from another one of the chains because it will probably be raw again. I don't own or have ever work in a restaurant however I have work in customer service all my life and this is not the way you treat customers who have been buying here for years. I will not recommend this place any more simply because it seems to me you can sick from their food which according to Ana the manager will be raw. Just had lunch there, one of their dishes came without a component, told the waitress, she said it's on its way, finished my meal, she sent the bus boy to clear the plates, I told him too, nothing was done, no apology, or credit on that item, she sent the bus boy to give me the check, couldn't face me, so she didn't deserve a good tip, won't be going back there, I dine out all the time, she made me look like a fool, I'm in the restaurant business, no professionalism whatsoever, I wouldn't hire her on my restaurant. Initially when i looked at the menu i thought it was a little expensive. However, the plates are HUGE - definitely had enough to feed two people.
