Value's not quite there, portion sizes are a little small for the price. Went with a sandwich this round and it tasted like a sandwich so it was OK I guess. Fries always need help make sure to pour salt and pepper on them. Place definitely serves a particular clientele over 60. Hope they realize they need to adjust to attract a younger audience and not service the people that want to play bingo while they're eating. Staff is alright, place is clean. Seating is quick as it's not that busy. Pricing $13 minimum per person w/out drink

Polly's was my favorite spot when I lived in town, but since I moved I have not been there in over 3 years. From the last time I visited this restaurant they renovated, and it looks really nice. We celebrated my mom's birthday there and were extremely impressed. Great deal when it's your birthday, definitely recommend to sign up for Polly's perks. All the food was delicious and my daughter loved her pancakes. The waitress was very kind and attentive.

We went to Polly pies in Hemet with friends and family recently. And the only way that we would go back is if we went with our family again this is not somewhere we would wanna go on our own. Eve waitresses name was Tilly and she was outstanding. And most of the time you cannot blame the waitress for the food quality. I ordered the prime rib dinner and the prime rib was cold when delivered I ordered a medium well and it was well done and it was cold. The dinner rolls came out ahead of time and I was told that the way that they came very doughy was typical and I should've ordered the cornbread so next time if we happen to go with Family, I will order the cornbread. The mashed potatoes tasted like they were from a box. The gravy was good, but asked for extra gravy because the potatoes are very dry. The green beans tasted like they were from a can like. I said it was not the best the waitress again Tilly made it extremely nice. She kept my drink full my wife's drink full. My wife ordered the Asian chicken salad and she said that it was outstanding. The ambience is a typical pie restaurant type place to sit and eat. I gave it a four because of the waitress and her taking care of us all so well she put up with the other people that were there with us and they were a handful for her.

It used to be very cute inside, but since COVID, remodeled, more slicker inside, carpets, umbrellas and color gone. Good service and food.

I went again recently with some friends to grab breakfast, and we called ahead since it was a larger party. They had the long table in the middle set up for us and were quick and ready to get us all seated and served. The inside of the restaurant is small but very charming, with lots of airplane memorabilia and decor. The outside has a nice covered patio where you can actually watch some of the planes taking off or landing if you're lucky with your timing. Our large group got our food out very quickly. I'm so impressed by how fast they work while having the food still tasting fresh and hot. We were especially impressed by the special hot dog one of us ordered (I forgot the exact name), but it was loaded with toppings and she could barely get through half of it. Such a deal! I got the Irish melt and loved the flavor of the corned beef mixed with the coleslaw. The fries were also just crispy enough with a nice, fluffy inside. Of the many other times I've been here, every item has been delicious and affordable! I will continue stopping by for a delicious, quick, and lovey breakfast or brunch any time I'm in the area!

The seating and ambience is very cozy - everyone seems to love to meet up there for breakfast. Super social place and the waitresses are very friendly (and entertaining). It was some of the best fried chicken I've had to this day but they closed years ago. And I moved to Temecula. So it's been on my list to go this location for a while but it's still a drive so when my son had a golf tournament at Soboba I had to make plans to take him here. As soon as I walked in I felt like I was on a move set of my childhood. The layout and furnishings were exactly like the location in Pasadena forty years ago! From the waiting area to the hostess stand to bathroom back in the far corner. Even the way the booths and tables were organized. It has a very western Americana vibe to it. The service was exceptional. The kind of service you only get in long established family owned restaurants that employ people for decades. Our waitress was great and attentive and kind. We got the onion ring stack to start. It was great but next time I'll get the zucchini fries which looked amazing. For our entrees we got the stockyard, burger and split the sides. Backed potato, salad and chili soup. The chili soup was t as good as the one I grew up going to but still passable. The backed potato was awesome! And the stockyard was great as well. Served on a sizzling metal plate everything stayed hot the whole meal. The burger was good but would probably opt for something else next time. And the Texas toast... forgedda bout it! Too bad this place doesn't have the fried chicken. I'm sure the recipe is somewhere. Wink wink...

This establishment is very clean and organized From the moment I walked in, the experience was a good one. Nicole greeted me at the counter and was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. That kind of friendly service always makes a difference, especially when you're trying a place for the first time. I wish I could tell you I took some great photos of the pies...but my family apparently had other plans. By the time I thought about getting pictures of the Dutch Apple and Lemon Meringue pies, they had already disappeared. I'm going to take that as a pretty strong review from the family. Now I have a very good excuse to go back, because I still need to try the pumpkin pie. It looked delicious. Great first experience, wonderful service, and judging by the empty pie plates, I'd say Rockin K Ranch was a hit.

Beautiful Restaurant & Great Waitstaff, but Avoid the Hostile Manager:…read more on May 21st 2026 at approx 630 pm. At the last minute, we decided to take a friend out for dinner to celebrate his retirement. 15 people, no reservation. Never eaten here before, but our friend really likes it so sounded like a good opportunity to try it. The restaurant is absolutely gorgeous and the floor staff was wonderful. But, the manager's shocking behavior entirely ruined our experience. Will not return. * The Good: The facility is stunning. without a reservation, the staff stil accomidated our large group with a private room. The sever was attentive, friendly, and very perky. As well, the kitchen served a large group incredibly fast. * The Problem: One guest ordered a medium-rare steak that came out completely overcooked. When she asked for a remake, the manager came out and insulted her to her face, told her that if he remade it it would be exactly the same, then sarcastically asked if she "wanted him to slap down a raw steak on her plate." She said it was fine, kept the food, then later left the table and broke into tears in the restroom. * The Confrontation: After dinner, I approached him calmly to offer polite, constructive criticism based on professional customer service experience (worked restaurants for years in a restaurant my family owned) He became fiercely stubborn, denied the insult, and grew so aggressive and volatile that I had to walk away. * The Staff's View: Tellingly, multiple staff members whispered comments to our group about how awful this manager is to work for. It is a shame that a hardworking kitchen and great servers are being weighed down by a manager who lacks basic human decency and conflict-resolution skills. We spent a lot of money to be insulted. Ownership needs to step in immediately.

It's been a favorite of locals in the valley for many years now. This is my first time back in YEARS and the cookies are STILL top-tier. There's something about having a Mexican chocolate chip cookie in the cold that just feels so right. I visited with a group and was met by a friendly, yet astonished lady who seemed to have never seen so many people in her shop before. My main targets (chocolate chip, sprinkle cookies) were available, however I noticed some of the pastry racks were missing quite a few items. My group was looking for conchas, however only one selection was available. We had to wait a bit for the staff to make some more. The conchas taste good, but I've tasted better in years past. Don't get me wrong, I'm always looking for a chocolate concha fix, it just wasn't warm enough. I wanted a hot drink with it but unfortunately I don't think they sell Mexican hot cocoa here. I spotted a small fridge with refreshments like Jarrito's and other popular Mexican cold drinks. The store is older, but well-maintained. I think it needs an update aesthetically, but overall it was very clean. As for seating, I couldn't find tables inside nor outside (except one, without chairs). La Reina is very much a grab-n-go bakery.
