We ordered from here on Door Dash-- love the convince of this. I was craving a burger and they had a lot of different burgers to choose from. I ended up going with the French onion one. It was delicious! It came with caramelized onions and onion fizzled pieces on top with a garlic aoli. I ordered it medium rare because I expected it to cook a little on the way over. It came perfect! The patty was thick, toppings great, and it was so juicy! I also got the Irish fries which were still crunchy and tasted great. My husband got the Gouda burger which he enjoyed too. He got buffalo chicken tenders. I would say they were more hot than mild, but still good. It came with blue cheese and celery. This was a last minute decision but one we all enjoyed. A very nice and comfy atmosphere inside. The food was fantastic. One of the best Ahi Tuna ive ever tasted. 2 of us had burgers that were awesome. They load the nachos up which is a good thing lol. I wanted to love this place. Our first visit was excellent, we decided to come back for my brides birthday, just the two of us. When we arrived there were two other occupied tables, very empty. Ordered dinner with our waiter Christian. That was the last time we pretty much saw him. Bus boy brought out dinner, other waitress took care of a wine order. I don't think he would have come back if my hair was on fire. He did show up with the check, though never asked us about dessert. Also. It isn't hard to make a Cosmo.the one thing you don't do is add a cherry..... The food is excellent. Why we came back, why we will probably return. We came here post wedding for some fun and we were welcomed by a great crowd that allowed us to karaoke with them as well as cure our hangover with some fried food! You really can't go wrong with fried food so there isn't much to say there about that! The space can accommodate a large group, but it is definitely important to let them know in advance. A Friday night and we pleasantly surprised to be seated right away. The restaurant was busy. Our server Amy was very friendly and attentive. We ordered an appy of potato skins which were delicious. Just got teriyaki wings delivered from these folks and omg amazing! I've eaten in the restaurant twice but the food service was slow. This delivery however only took 25 min and got a 6 pack of coors light to go with the wings! The wings were big and so much good meat on them. Why when I tried to give this place a chance for drinks with my husband that it really wasn't that great! My husband ordered a bottle of Budweiser which wasn't has cold as normally you get at other places! I ordered a Cranberry & Club Soda which the club soda had no fizz to it what so ever! I had seen another customer order a cranberry with club soda & vodka & she said the same thing! No fizz! The other customer mentioned to the bartender. The bartender gave that customer a new drink with a bottle of club soda from the fridge but that bottle was also flat! Why is it there is never a manager around to complain! read more

Such a great place! I came one Saturday night and it was extremely busy. The wait was about 20 minutes so I sat in their lounge area till I was called. Once seated, I had the spinach and artichoke dip which was out of this world! So cheesy and full of flavor. I had the turkey burger for dinner which was also very good. Let me say that the reviews for this place were great so we gave it a shot. We went at 4 pm because it has a tiny parking lot and it's usually full. Ordered loaded nachos with chicken as an appetizer they came out kinda cold and rubbery and the chicken looked and tasted canned, the cheese was rubbery and instead of a heaping of sour cream, guacamole and pico they came in 3 tiny cups on the side. Kinda lackluster and disappointed but we ate most of it cause we were hungry. I ordered fish and chips and the wife ordered a turkey bacon avocado with fries. Over a half hour later the waitress informs us that she forgot to send our order to the kitchen and it will only be 5 more minutes. Very apologetic and we totally understand. Another full 30 minutes go by so we asked the hostess to please find out what's up. 10 minutes later our food shows up, Hers is cold and mine is so hot they took 10% off the bill but I'll never be back. There's so many great spots around here it's not worth the trouble for not so good food. Side note: the wife took 80% of her burger home for the dog that also wouldn't eat it lol. Done read more

DISCRIMINATION....... Stopped by your restaurant for some lunch. Unfortunately the treatment we received was so discriminating . We walked up to the hostess and requested a table for 5. She immediately lead us away from all other guests even though there was many tables available, and sat us at the front. Next to the busy street, under direct sunlight and wet floors. When we asked her if we could sit in the back patio, where the others were sitting, she said we would have to wait. We felt very uncomfortable and not welcome at your restaurant. We spoke to someone inside, and told them how we felt at which time they offered to seat us in the back patio, to which we refused. Damage was done. My friend on the way out asked the hostess why she didn't sit us in the back patio, at which point she said we can sit there if we want to now. This was a clear case of racial discrimination. The food is delicious, just different enough to be special without being weird and the reasonable prices make it easy to go back again and again. Fantastic meal on Saturday. Cheesesteak sandwich that is one of the best I've had. Real steak, but sliced thin enough that it wasn't chewy or hard to eat. Juicy and well seasoned (and smothers in cheese, of course). Good french fries, too. My wife got a smoked BBQ burger that she really liked. Add in a few beers and a nice room layout, and I think we found a new "usual" spot. Definitely recommend. read more

We went to the new Polo location tonight for the first time. We had a great drink at the bar while waiting for our table for two. When we were seated our server took our order for Loaded nachos to share for an app. We told her we'd wait a bit to order dinner as we were concerned they'd bring our dinner too soon. We waited a good 15 minutes for the Nachos. While we were eating the app, we had to get our servers attention to remind her we had to order dinner. I ordered a salad with grilled chicken, my husband ordered a panini sandwich. The server never returned. After 35 minutes, we had to ask another server to get our server. When our server came over, we asked what happened to our dinner. She said, oh it always takes 45 minutes for dinner. We were now in a Pub/bar for close to 2 hours with no dinner. We told her to cancel our dinner and bring the bill for what we ate and drank. She said okay. . When we asked to speak to a manager, the hostess in the front told us there was no manager there tonight. There is no excuse for this horrible customer service and we will not return again. Was in the area last month and gave Polo's a shot. Happy that I did. I ended up eating too much, which was my fault. Eyes bigger that zee stomach. Although, my stomach... Ordered wings to start and they were quite delicious. Many napkins were needed! Main entree was a rib eye steak sandwich that was massive! Ended up, removing the bread. Tasted great, but was just too much. Next time, no wings. The fries were pretty good. I was taking antibiotics so I didn't drink any alcohol. The staff was very nice. We loved our jersey burgers. They were about $8 and included fries. Appetizers were great too: love the spinach artichoke dip and onion rings. Next time I want to get the Mac and cheese. The band was really good. However, the food amd service were both HORRIBLE. I ordered garlic parmesan wings amd steak fries. The wings were regular with GOBS of garlic dumped on them, and fries were BURNT! When I asked to speak to manager, the bartender said manager is who made the food...uhhh...then she wanted to take my food amd "fix" it. I think not. I told her the only way to fix it was to bring me new order. She said manager wasn't willing to make new order. Never again. read more

Party of 4 (one child) had the spinach and artichoke dip as an appetizer, French onion soup, Cuban panini, chicken pot pie, and a chicken salad for entrees and all was amazing. Rating on food alone would be 5 stars. The only issue we had was with timing of the food. It seemed to take longer than expected to get our appetizer on the table. The entrees were brought out very quickly after, and one of the entrees was forgotten (not brought with the others) although was delivered promptly after we asked. It didn't seem extremely busy from what we could observe. If we didn't have a child with us and were able to take our time, the timing issue could have been easily overlooked. read more

Wow - for a place that opened less than 2 weeks ago - amazing! You would have thought they have been opened for a long time - packed bar, experienced servers who could work the ordering system & be professional & food that even when you ask for a change (switch out french fries for a salad or as my husband did - ask for well-done fries) - they got it all right! I was really impressed. It's a sports bar with a menu where you can find something interesting to choose from - wings (breaded but just a little breading) with several choices of sauces, many salads & burgers to choose from & if you are in the mood, entree's as well. I will say that the portions are very generous - everyone around me (including me) brought something home.
