They took my car into the bay and asked same oil as last visit and I said yes please then he asked if I needed anything else and I replied no thank you. I went inside to wait and the office worker tells me that the $49.99 oil change is no longer available and my only choices are the $79.99 or the $89.99. I politely told her no thank you I'm going to take my car elsewhere and she said oh you can't do that they already drained your oil. She ran into the bay and came back out to say that this time they'll do a one time only for $49.99. I waited until my car was done and my bill was paid to tell her she'll never see me again. I've also told a few of my friends about my experience and they won't be going back there either. Greed... the root of all evil.

Cost of Service was $90 which was on par with my local dealer and way more convenient! Following the event, I dropped my jeep off the next week for inspection of my vehicle for any undercarriage damage i may have sustained. They performed the survey, tightened my shocks and springs to the proper torque and aired up my tires to the proper air pressure at No Charge! They were very unsatisfactory. So I came into the office and talked to Blake I dropped the car off. They called and told me what it needed . Turns out the other shop really manhandled and butchered the wires and plug from the wiper motor. That's why it kept turning off and overheating. It also sounded like a meat grinder. So they put in a new motor and it sounds perfectly quiet the way it should be. They also fixed the wipers and put them back in the park position. Danny Blake and Chris were great.
