    Bought a Sportage here and it was such a pleasant experience! Jesse Varela was so knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process and we couldn't be happier. He's also just a really nice guy and was fun to chat with! Definitely recommend Pomona Kia if you're thinking about buying a new car. And ask for Jesse, he's the best!

    Worth the drive from Hermosa Beach! We visited local dealers and right before we were about to locally purchase our EV9, we were researching specs online, an ad for Kia of Pomona popped up. We called and were immediately connected with Christian, who was knowledgeable and helpful from the start. Once we started talking numbers, he transferred us to Tristin, who promised he would make the one-hour trek worth it, and he absolutely did. Christian, Tristin, and Kevin were all amazing: friendly, honest, helpful, and never pushy. Tristin lived up to his promise and made the deal worth the trip, Christian made the test drive easy, and Kevin took the time to show my husband all the EV9 features and gadgets. The whole office stayed open at least 1.5 hrs after closing:o Great service, great pricing, and genuinely good people that care about customers! I highly recommend Kia of Pomona! Thanks again, Tristin, your first-class service clearly sets the tone for the entire team

    We needed a bigger car for our growing family and after looking at several options, the EV9 was the perfect choice! Kevin was patient, knowledgeable, and made the test drive fun and stress-free.     ZERO STARS!!! Do not recommend to take your car to Pomona Kia service repair, they take parts from your car service manager is an idiot very unprofessional and rude. Trying to take advantage of people. They kept my car engine cover to my Kia and expect for me to buy one to replace it. Unbelievable very untrustworthy. Beware!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!! Pictures below this is how they returned my car. And won't replace my cover.

    Went to a couple kia dealers in our area and ended up in Pomona. I called ahead and time and they were able to answer my questions on what i was looking for, Joe helped us out from start to finish, answered our questions and concerns and made us feel as comfortable as possible. We ended up with the 2025 Telluride EX. Joe and Nino really helped us out today to upgrade our family car, definitely recommend!

I was told that my car was ready and the battery was good, but then started to have problems with my battery was told by a triple A agent that I had a bad battery, had problems with my power steering as well had to pay 150 to tow my car that broke down due to the bad battery messing up the alternator was told the power steering pump was fixed but once again same problems. Not to mention I've purchased the car 2 months ago still no plates and barley got my Stickers and guess what only valid for 2 months "because I insisted getting registration done sooner" but wasn't notified or told that I only "insisted" because I was harassed 3 times by the police regarding my car Being a 04 with no plates apparently older cars are supposed to be sold with plates. Very upset that I choose this car, I knew the mileage was on thehigher side but expected a better experience. Also I had a lot of other problems with this car before I had to let this car go , my starter went out and I texted them regarding my problem but fixed it myself and funny I was a couple days behind on my paymen due to working 3 jobs at the time, they asked if my car was fixed and then my car was repossessed the next business day due to "lack of communication " like really not because I was late but because of lack of communication not only that but they stole 380 dollars from wallet and tried to act like they didn't know what I was talking about even the officers that came out to the lot agreed that these people were shady and there stories were fishy and didn't sound right.

    The salesman was quite nice but it's "dealer policy" to add $1600 worth of "mandatory" paint and…read moreinterior protection to the advertised price of used cars (a practice the FTC has recently warned is illegal). I was there to see a high mileage car, this was well over 10% of the value of the vehicle, so the advertised price was meaningless. They offered to remove some of it (but still weren't willing to sell the car for the advertised price), also weren't willing to allow for a pre-purchase inspection. I wasn't enamored enough with the car to make those concessions. Edit to add: I was specifically told that the added items were mandatory and they would not take the entire price off. The "dealing" started at $1600 over the advertised price (on a $13000 car) and they brought it down to about $500 over the advertised price, while telling me that I was actually getting a deal because the addon package price was going up to over $2000. This car had 107K miles on it, I was not looking to buy a paint protection package. I was told they price the vehicles low to "be at the top of the search" and then add the added items to bring the price up to what they are willing to sell the car for. This is explicit false advertising. This wasn't a miscommunication, the deal sheet was quite clear and I was told they would not go any lower. If they were willing to sell the car for the advertised price I would have written a check on the spot. They also declined to allow me to leave a deposit so I could have a mobile mechanic come for a PPI, and while they offered to sell me a 3 day option to return for $250 they also said if I did need to return it there would be a restocking fee of "at least $500." I kind of laughed at the idea that if a mechanic found a major issue their inspection missed they'd charge us more money.

I'm assuming the owner told me if that was my dad and I said yes that is my dad and he's says to me does he smoke? Does he drink? Does he do drugs? First of all? Why would you say that to me that's rude and I told him no it's just a language Barrier. My dad is not that fluent in English, but he does try his best and then he kept ranting about it's disrespectful that your dad is turning away and not talking to me and I'm trying to tell him about the cars. I tried to tell the owner he's just looking at the cars and there was a language barrier between you guys.
