We called and were immediately connected with Christian, who was knowledgeable and helpful from the start. Once we started talking numbers, he transferred us to Tristin, who promised he would make the one-hour trek worth it, and he absolutely did. Christian, Tristin, and Kevin were all amazing: friendly, honest, helpful, and never pushy. Tristin lived up to his promise and made the deal worth the trip, Christian made the test drive easy, and Kevin took the time to show my husband all the EV9 features and gadgets. The whole office stayed open at least 1.5 hrs after closing:o Great service, great pricing, and genuinely good people that care about customers! I highly recommend Kia of Pomona!     Be prepared to wait. About 3 weeks ago I made an appointment for standard mileage service and…read morewaited 4 hours for everything to be fixed. And there was a problem with my tire which costed me extra. (Not their fault) they got everything done with great attitude but the catch is the wait. Shortly after receiving service. A Dash warning light came on saying that my tire pressure monitoring system needed to be checked. After trying to book an appointment which the only one available was two weeks after seeing my light went on so that also kinda sucked. Fast forward to the appointment and I arrived early due to other prior events being cancelled so I arrived as a walk in and only one thing needed to be fixed. After waiting so long just for them to moved my car in it sat there for at least 1.5 hours. Then the front desk lady said the mechanic had to go on lunch, then they told me that the person who was working on my car said that it would still take another hour after finally getting to my car. Then after an hour and 30 minutes I walked in due to frustration and was told that they installed the part but the new part also failed? so after a Total of 5 hours waiting. Left with nothing done. Arrived around 11:07 AM, didn't leave until 3:08 PM. So appointment or walk in you'll be waiting for a very long time. And always the possibility of nothing getting done. But wait there's more after I left. I got onto the freeway and started hearing a thudding noise under my car and I was on completely smooth road so I made a U-turn and told them the situation and the mechanic came out and got into the car with me to ensure that I wasn't, I'm assuming, lying about the noise and he heard it immediately and went to go and fix that problem. Makes me wonder if the mechanic in question was paying full attention. After all of that, I went back into the front desk to ask them what my next steps were, and they said that I would need to then come back after they received the part that they had but failed to successfully put into my car and that when I come back, they will give me a loaner car so that way I don't have to wait as long as I did and they can take the full time that they need to work on my car mind you my car is a 2025 Kia GT line so it's not like it's old or have a lot of problems. In the end they are going to hopefully make it right when my car is completely fixed, but as for this experience, I'm giving 2 stars.

We're so thankful we came across the two gentleman who helped us, Hany Gaied from sales & Daniel Vidales in finance. From the get-go, Hany was already a kind & honest man. Though we were back & forth looking at a few vehicles, his patience never wavered despite how busy he was. For us, it didn't appear busy at all because of his attentiveness. We appreciate the lengths he went to to ensure we received the best he could offer and truly, he delivered. After moving forward & working with Daniel, we must say that he definitely set the bar with what it means to work with a finance manager at a dealership. Daniel was straightforward and very transparent with all the fees, details, and car jargon that is so foreign to someone new to all this information. He made it very easy to understand that we feel like we could even teach back his presentation to someone. That's truly a sign of a well-informed presenter. It was very evident in how he spoke to us that he was extremely knowledgeable in his work. We could not be more grateful for our experience with Daniel. Toyota of Claremont-- thank you. Me and my dad were just looking for cars and when we came in there were two…read moreguys one guy approached my dad and was asking general questions like what model how much and while he was talking to my dad, my dad was looking at the cars going around the cars, inspecting the cars and so was I. I'm assuming the owner told me if that was my dad and I said yes that is my dad and he's says to me does he smoke? Does he drink? Does he do drugs? First of all? Why would you say that to me that's rude and I told him no it's just a language Barrier. My dad is not that fluent in English, but he does try his best and then he kept ranting about it's disrespectful that your dad is turning away and not talking to me and I'm trying to tell him about the cars. I tried to tell the owner he's just looking at the cars and there was a language barrier between you guys. It's harder for him to understand and he just kept going on it saying that's disrespectful and I said that's enough we're leaving and he said yeah, get the fuck out of here. horrible experience! horrible man! never come here don't waste your time. They don't even have good cars for sale. Just horrible and disgusting behavior.
