I sent in an email and they responded to me right away and I sent them pictures off their instagram of what I wanted. You can also go on their website and take a look or you can set up a time to go to their show room if you want to take a look at everything in person. I went with a gorgeous buffet I wanted to use as my desert table, a Victorian couch, and the most adorable distressed pink dining table. Gizelle is the person who coordinated everything with me and she is amazing. She is so wonderful at communicating and she made the whole process so easy for me. We set up the delivery and pick up time and they were right on time and set everything up perfectly. The location that I chose even had a ton of construction going on around it the morning off and Gizelle was so patient and understanding and being as stressed out as I was I really appreciated that. When you're planning something special you want to know you're working with people who care and are going to appreciate your business and that's exactly how I felt with Party Pieces by Perry and I would recommend them to anyone I know they are amazing and I cannot wait to use them again!

We went over the table arrangements at the venue, the headcount per each, and general information regarding chair setup and breakdown on the beach. He asked me to text him all the specifics, which I did in detail, at 10am. I gave him information on start time, venue address, head count, etcetera. I needed 40 wedding chairs set up on the beach, plus an arch, plus the appropriate amount/dimensions/headcount/seating arrangement schematic for table linens for the following reception. I also included photos. Carlos indicated he would get me a price in a couple of hours. By 4:45 I had not heard anything and texted him asking for an update. The response I received was enough for me to delete his number. His text said "you need tablecloths?"

She used the draping on the walls and uplighting to get the right effect for the facility. The table settings were perfect. Exactly as I asked and pictured it to be. Her servers were very nice and professional. They helped serve, pick up the tableware during the party, and cleaned up after the party. The Food She tried to work within my budget for the food too. Costs for everything is high right now, so the prices had to increase a bit. I didn't give a proper headcount. I ended up with more guests than anticipated so we ran out of meat. The beef and chicken were deliciously prepared. I received a lot of compliments from guests. She had a taste testing before the party. I was able to make changes accordingly which I think helped a lot. The Flowers I asked for simple fuschia and white centerpieces. They turned out so beautiful. I received great compliments on the flowers from pretty picky family members who know their flower arrangements well. Live & Learn as I always say. A few things I learned: - Make sure the venue allows for ceiling draping before the event. I was supposed to have ceiling draping and a chandelier w/lighting which would have really made a difference in the ambiance. BUT we needed special permits that were not obtained in time. - Make sure you have a pretty precise headcount. Or maybe tell the servers to portion food accordingly. If we had maybe cut the portions earlier, I don't think we would have run out of protein. - Be open to last minute changes. - Plan early so you can make payments prior to the event. All in all, I would utilize Rosa's services again for our next big event. She was professional, approachable, and just lovely to work with. TIL next time
