I admit I forgot to lock the stall door, but I was the only person in the restroom, and an employee opened the stall door without knocking or announcing themselves. They stood there for a few seconds before closing the door and leaving. It was embarrassing and made me feel very uncomfortable. We did speak to the manager afterward, and she was very kind and handled the conversation professionally, which I appreciated. The second issue was more concerning. After our meal, both my friend and I became sick. She had the penne pasta, and I had the chicken tenders. While I can't say with certainty what caused it, the timing was concerning enough that I felt it was important to mention. Overall, Mandy's service and the manager's kindness were excellent, but the restroom incident and becoming ill afterward unfortunately affected what otherwise could have been a great experience.

In the email it gave me directions regarding how to notify ABC when you arrive. I drove over to the plaza, parked in the pickup order parking (there are about five spaces available to park). You call the store, press 2, then someone from ABC will ask for your name and what type of car you're driving. The ABC employee came out, fully equipped in a face mask and gloves. Asked me to show my ID, and gave me my item. I was then on my way.
