I had a dress pressed, and I saw a stain when I picked it up so they cleaned it for free not knowing if the stain was there before or if they did it while pressing. So for the past eight months I have been a loyal customer to Pony Express. Not because the ambiance or because they do an awesome job but because two people on the staff are so friendly, specifically Luanne. BUT the other day I went in because three pieces from my previous order been missing. The owner and this younger gentleman treated me like a criminal. They berated me, said I had already picked it up, told me to check my closet again and NEVER apologized once for being inconvenienced by this. They were frazzled, unprofessional, and worst off aggressive towards me. I later got a follow up call saying that I paid for it and to check my closet again. It is sad that there are people (even the owner) that have such poor taste in customer service and can't handle the slightest of situations. I do not have the three pieces of clothing but I would rather lose those than ever step foot back into that place. read more

I drop off over 100 pounds of fluff and fold that I required back in 48 hours. Pony Express was unable to do in-house because their machines were tied up with other jobs, but Michael went out of his way to find me another location who could get the job done within my deadline. He drove the clothes there himself (about 40 minutes away) and arranged to have them dropped back off at Pony Express so I didn't have to travel far. They went above and beyond to get this job done and I'm so grateful. The clothes were clean, neatly folded and smelled great. And for a great price. When i dropped off, she counted 6 garments, I said I thought there were 7, she said nope 6, so I said ok maybe I miscounted, long day at work.
