I reached out to corporate because my order showed to still be processing a month later and the buttons to cancel were disabled. Corporate was no help at all. I called the local store and was blessed because I got Glen. Glen is one of the best retail employees I have ever engaged with. He did all he could to resolve the issue. Ended up it was corporate who needed to intervene. So then, Glen gave me 10% off so my pups could get their food. BTW - Bella and Bandit (the pups) said to give Glen a raise. You don't want to lose a great employee who, despite the system being difficult, was super positive and proactive to help us. Seriously- he deserves a raise. He's amazing. Keep Glen happy!!!!

Katie cut my 3yr old Pomsky (Husky &…read morePomeranian mix) named Mandy hair on Monday, Sept 4th using a 1 -1.5 in blade razor telling me it was best to cut it that short because Texas weather is superhot and she had too much hair on her. However, on Tuesday morning Mandy woke up not feeling well at all and wouldn't eat nor drink and barely moved around the home so I took her to the vet to be checked out. The vet noted she had been shaved by the groomer the day before and ran bloodwork. The bloodwork came back fine not showing anything so the vet sent us home advising me to bring Mandy back in if her situation got worse, which it did. By Thursday, my son noticed Mandy irritated on her back where she often kept sniffing/trying to lick at. On Friday she did it in front of me so when I tried barely touching the spot on her back where she was obviously irritated, Mandy yelped extremely loud in pain and jumped across the room. I immediately took her back to the vet to have the vet look under her short coat of hair so she can see what was irritating her and she instantly found the issue that had been plaguing Mandy since earlier in the week "POST-GROOMING FURUNCULOSIS INFECTION" from Katie's UNCLEANED RAZOR she used to cut Mandy per the vet (see attached pics). I text Katie immediately advising her of this situation asking her to do the right thing and reimburse me for the cut & Mandy's medical bills this week. Not only did Katie not admit her error, she is now refusing to reimburse the full amount I had to pay to save my dog!! (see attached text messages) She actually had the nerve of contacting my vet to try to find any excuse to worm her way out of this mess she created. So I am now taking her to court to get reimbursed for Mandy's vet bills, her meds to recover, her cut, my time wasted, and court costs. I will tell anyone I can to please reconsider using this groomer for their pet. She is not accountable, doesn't clean her tools that she reuses, and extremely unethical by trying to swindle info from my dog vet for an excuse. When we go to court she will definitely see my dogs medical notes though. PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE FROM THIS GROOMER IF YOU WANT TO AVOID THIS FROM HAPPENING TO YOUR FUR BABY!!!
