This is a saltwater pool, yet instead of properly diagnosing or maintaining the chlorinator system, they routinely dump gallons of liquid chlorine into the pool every week. Actual "service" often feels limited to: * Emptying the leaf basket * Lightly brushing the pool * Adding chemicals And nearly everything beyond that becomes an extra charge: * Chemicals? Extra. * Filter cleaning? Extra. * Repairs? Extra. * Someone coming out because the system they maintain stopped working? Extra. Worse, many of the techs seemed unfamiliar with how the equipment even operates, making service calls frustrating and unproductive. What really bothered me was adding up the actual cost over three years. Once you include all the side charges, repair calls, chemical add-ons, and maintenance fees, the true cost is easily several times higher than the advertised "weekly service" price. The marketing and online reputation look polished, but our real-world experience has been expensive, inconsistent, and lacking accountability.

From the time I started yelping for pool acid wash, to quick responses to my questions and inquiries, to the actual day of acid washing, and to refilling and balancing the water. I do my own pool maintenance but I leave the acid washing to professionals/experts, and Martin/Aqua Pro Care will be my go-to acid washers from here on out. He showed up as promised for pool draining and acid washing, and did not waste time. He's very efficient and works fast!
