He asked questions about our bowling before measuring our fingers and hand for drilling a new ball. There was a good selection of balls on hand and he had what we wanted in stock. He sent us away for 30 minutes while he got the balls prepared for us. Upon our return, Geoval had us try the new balls out on his store floor. He noticed we both had some bad habits and helped us with some tips to improve our grip and hopefully our scores. I found his prices to be reasonable and well worth it for the extra service he provides. We wouldn't hesitate to return for any future bowling needs (he always carries shoes and bags) and will recommend him to all our friends.

It is certainly overwhelming to consider the scope and scale of a new build, and to think about what you would like the lighting to look like and how you would like it to function when the space doesn't even exist. We had the absolute best time working with Josh. First, he helped us hone our aesthetic vision, and to build cohesion into the lighting design. He also helped us wrestle with the technical challenges of recessed lighting in high slope ceilings. Through the entire process, he gave us the confidence we needed to easily make decisions and to put the vision into action for our home. Throughout the entire process, Josh was highly responsive, he communicated with clarity, and he had a fantastic sense of humor, challenging each of us appropriately when we were stuck in some kind of rut. His efficiency is remarkable and his design eye and skill is obvious. On top of all of this, he produced documentation that clearly conveyed the plan to our electrician, making our recent electrical walkthrough the best one he had ever been on. The electrician told us that most of the time people arrive with little to no clue of what they want, and it is a laborious, frustrating and overwhelming process. We arrived with our Josh plans and knew exactly where things were going to be and what they would look like. We are very excited to see this house come into reality. We know the lighting we selected will bring warmth and beauty to to spaces, both interior and exterior, and we feel that Dominon and Josh provided great value to us and our project.

We had already gotten a couple of quotes, but really liked Dan and told them we wanted to move forward. Erika was extremely evasive about a quote. It was getting irritating. After a couple of months I couldn't let her off the hook, I wanted to get this project underway. I had to have an estimate. Her response to me was well "what is your budget." I said "I want what I want. " Again a runaround. She told me how qualified Dan was and any plumbers/craftsman they used and that we need to compare apples to apples. Of course, I understand that. She finally gave me a quote that I thought was quite high. So, in the meantime, I had contacted the manufacturer of the tile to make sure we had a contractor that was qualified to install large format tile. Then, Erika texted me and gave us a 10% discount. "Would that work?" She asked. Mind you, she refused to give us a breakout of any of the costs. I asked about the cost of the shower glass because I knew it was a pass-through. She wouldn't give me that. She also would not give me any itemization. She kept saying whether it comes in lower or higher we absorb the cost/or gain. She said they are different and just give one price. They aren't like other contractors. That's fine, I've never come across that, but they run the risk of losing a client. I got a quote from an equally qualified contractor. Except for Century, he was the highest bidder, but was considerably less expensive. The job is finished and we have a beautiful bathroom - -zero entry (aka walk-in) shower and large format tiles. It's a shame that Erika's evasiveness was very offputting. She seems to handle the business side and Dan does the technical side. As noted above, we were eager to work with them. However, the difficulties with the pricing made it impossible to move forward with them.

7/23/25 We were referred to Neka Granite by family and…read moreinitially excited to work with them. But our experience was a nightmare. We chose a rare Ijen Blue Quartzite slab--half light, half dark--and clearly communicated (in person, by text, and with a visit to their showroom) that we wanted the light portion at the front sink area and dark in the back. They agreed multiple times. Installation day came, and the layout was completely reversed. They had cut the slab incorrectly, and no one warned us. When we paused the install, we were blamed for not buying a $450 rendering. Yet no one told us this was required to ensure our layout was followed. When we voiced concern, the regional manager, BK, called and was shockingly unprofessional, telling me to calm down, saying our job was "just one slab," and implying our project was too small to matter. He refused to take responsibility and repeatedly said they "did nothing wrong." He also said that they would have cut it anyway they determined was right and it didn't matter if we did the rendering. Being gaslit, told my project was small, and changing the orientation of the beautiful quartzite was beyond the pale. The way they cut the stone did change how we had planned our kitchen to look. For a $10,000 job on a $2,800 slab, this was beyond disappointing. We allowed the install just to get them out of our home. I've worked with contractors nationwide, and this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had.

John did virtual renderings of the furniture for us using our floor plans and provided a vast selection of economical options. Could have done everything 100% virtually if I wanted, but chose to go to showroom to pick out a conference table and found a great option I didn't see elsewhere with easy cleaning and handling. Clif (GM) called me the morning of delivery to give me a heads up they'd be slightly late. Job was finished safely and smoothly, including handling insurance paperwork with building owner. Highly recommend if you have some flexibility about what you want and aren't looking for "brand new" everything (which quite frankly seems wasteful in todays's increasingly virtual world).
