There were some who knew their customers by name and took time out to talk with them but that slowed down service a little for the rest of us. Nothing too bad but you might wait a bit for refills or something you need after your food or drinks arrive. We had cool fries and it took a bit for the staff to come back to our table to check in the dining room. Similar response time for wait staff outside when we needed condiments that were ordered but didn't come out with our entrees. Cigar menu is an ok selection where there is something for everyone; however, our experience was the place ran out of the first four cigars we selected and each time the wait staff had to come back to our table to tell us they were out of that cigar. Wait staff didn't know what cigars were in stock and which they were out of. Overall, very good experience for both inside the dining area and outside where you can smoke. The bacon cheeseburger consists of: "100% angus burger, apple-wood smoked bacon, vermont white cheddar, canadian cheddar, sliced tomato, and crispy leaf lettuce". We both ordered it cooked medium. The dish comes with fries. To drink, I had ginger ale while my husband had a Heineken 00. Our server was friendly and efficient. He made a mistake, bringing my husband a Coke instead of the beer. My husband corrected him. He apologized and retrieved the correct drink. The burger was dry and overcooked. It was more on the medium well side. In one way, I didn't mind that as I didn't end up with greasy hands or a burger that falls apart. The bacon and the cheese provided some relief from the dryness. The fries came out hot, which we appreciated. All in all, it was an OK experience; we would consider going again sometime.

I was told my hot tub was "on the truck" from the factory and would be delivered within two to three weeks, with an anticipated October delivery date. Late December, after I called to cancel my order because it had still not been delivered, it was located and delivered shortly thereafter. If anything goes wrong, buckle-up. My hot tub was delivered with a leak and broken LED lights. 18 months later, with no fewer than 10 trips to my house, each trip declared "fixed!", the hot tub still leaked and several LED lights remained broken. Is it too much to ask Premium Spas to fix a leaking tub with burned-out lights? Yes, it's too much to ask. The warranty crew at Premium Spas, led by Troy, who will proudly tell you he's got 20 years of hot-tub experience, is arrogantly incompetent. The longer the unfixed leaking issue continued, the more aggravated Troy (and Charlie, the owner, and Patti, Charlie's girlfriend who answers the phones) became with me. Why wouldn't I just deal with my leaking hot tub and leave them alone? After Troy was unable to fix the tub, he told Jacuzzi it couldn't be fixed (because he couldn't fix it) and they sent a replacement tub. I was charged an additional $750 because the replacement tub (same exact model) had increased in price. My choice was to keep a leaky tub or be charged another $750 for a replacement tub. Then Premium Spas fought with me over the electrical hookup over the replacement tub, in the exact same location of the original tub, needed "a few inches" of additional electrical wire to be reconnected. Earlier today, Charlie (the owner), told me he no longer "gives a f*ck."

Lots of options but the one that really stood out to me was one called "Fat Elvis", which comes stacked with American and cheddar cheese, spicy candied bacon, banana compote, and peanut butter. Yes, you read that right--peanut butter. This ain't my first rodeo trying peanut on a burger so trust me when I say somehow, it totally works. The sweet-and-savory combo is bold, a little outrageous, and absolutely delicious. The banana compote adds a warm, caramelized depth, the bacon brings a little heat and crunch, and the peanut butter ties it all together in the richest, most unexpected way. The patties themselves were juicy and cooked just right, and the bun held everything together without getting soggy. Bonus points for the generous portion--it's a two-hander for sure. I opted for a side salad instead of fries (balance, right?) and even that was fresh and full of color, topped with shredded cheese, red onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, and crunchy croutons.
