The biggest problem was the billing -- invoices were vague, unpredictable, and often higher than what was originally discussed. It's difficult to feel comfortable as a customer when you don't know what you're being charged for. The owner/repair tech also wasn't as accurate in diagnosing my spa heater problem as he believed himself to be. After several visits and several invoices, the issue still wasn't resolved. Only on the final visit was the real problem finally identified and repaired, and the heater has been working since. While I'm glad the heater is now functioning, the path to get there involved too much confusion, too many charges, and too little clarity. Because of that, I can only give a two‑star rating.

The round spa is built next to the pool and would have been lovely except only half of the outside of the spa was tiled. Unfortunately the tiled side was the side facing the house behind us and the solid cement side was facing the house. It looked really ugly. When I asked the owner why he made that choice he said to save money. Of course, why did he choose to tile the side facing AWAY from the house? Initially I thought that wasn't too smart but then I realized maybe it was very smart because of course we had to pay them to tile the ugly cement side facing the house. Of course he didn't communicate any of this to us. 2. The steps into the pool and spa are very narrow and steep. I'm only in my 60s but it's already very difficult for me to get in and out of the spa and pool. At some point I am going to have to drain the pool and redo the steps. Will be very expensive.
