Fernando is always punctual, respectful, and extremely friendly. Since this is a new business, I would advise any clients to be a bit patient. His schedule is always booked 1-2 weeks in advance, which is a testament to how good he is. If you text him it may take some time for him to get back to you. Be patient. It's worth the wait, and we all know your dog is trying to delay in inevitable.

Unfortunately, after a one-week stay, one of our dogs came home with kennel cough and the other with Giardia. The vet visits, testing, and treatment ended up costing us about as much as the boarding itself. I understand illnesses can happen anywhere dogs are grouped together, but having both dogs come home with separate contagious illnesses makes me seriously question the cleanliness and sanitation standards here.
