Great pizza, fast service and always friendly. Sometimes you do have to call a few times when they are busy.

I was very excited to eat here after all the great things I saw online. We were vacationing in Two…read moreHarbors and Do North was about 400 feet from our rental. As soon as you walk in, you get the old school pizza parlor. The first thing that gets you is the aroma of pizza, and it is so good you just know the pizza will taste great as well. We were greeted as soon as we walked in by someone in the open kitchen, told us to grab a menu and come back up when we were ready to order and sit anywhere. The dining room is small with several booths and there was a large group there that they pushed tables together to accommodate. They have a lot of great looking specialty pizzas but we did a build your own and even though it was just 2 of us, we got a 16 in so we would have leftovers to take home. It only took about 20 minutes for our pizza and it was everything I expected. Perfect crust, the sauce was fresh tasting and flavorful, and the toppings are tasty and generous. I think I would vacation in Two Harbors again just to get this pizza! If you are in the area, this is a must!

My one granddaughter was adamant that I say how awesome the cheese bread and marinara was. And it was!!! The pizzas were great. Crispy tasty crust, generous toppings and perfectly baked. This little place is off the highway and was way to park. Super nice employees. Thank you for a very enjoyable meal!

The best thing about the Main Sub is the sauce that comes on it. It's worth ordering extra sauce in the side. When I was a kid, I would buy one of these every few months or so. My most recent order of a few days ago found me wondering why the deli meat was so tough and difficult to chew. At least the bread tasted fresh. My sister ordered a veggie pizza. It looked fantastic. However, it tasted as if one of the kitchen workers had sprinkled table salt over the top of the pizza. (Yuck. Not every food requires additional salt.) If I ever return, I may order other menu items, but first inquire about the sodium content. Dining choices are fairly limited in Hibbing, but thankfully the Super One grocery store is available. Two and a half stars, rounded down to two stars for ruining our pizza.

The product put out here has continually declined since new ownership, and it's unfortunate being that Rudi's has been a Hibbing staple for so long. I certainly hope that this does not happen at Palmer's now that this owner has a stake in that business! You have to know the business, understand the business, and most importantly work the business. It's more than writing checks!
