They have a huge selection of items to paint and prices and pieces range from around $8 to up to $80. You pick your piece and paint colors and then go to work. To get the true color you need three coats, so it can tale awhile. But it is a really fun experience and the staff is really helpful. They fire your piece and you come back to pick it up in a week or two. Great for something to do with the kids, a date, time with friends or even a fun solo activity.

The shrimp with potatoes and chorizo in a slightly spicy sauce was my favorite. For mains we got ravioli, steak, gnocchi and fried chicken. All were very good. The steak was cooked perfectly. The gnocchi were paired with a lamb bolognese--very rich! The fried chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy inside, perfectly done. And we finished with three desserts--sticky toffee pudding, apple crisp and chocolate tort. We will be back!

The latte was up quickly, as was the danish. The coffee was smooth and the drink wasn't too sweet. The danish was amazing. It looked like it might be dry, but it was so moist and flavorful and the apples were fresh and delicious. I'd go back just for that. Shakshouka is my favorite breakfast dish so I was super excited try it. I'm not sure if I should have asked the waitress to clarify what the construction of the dish was, but instead of eggs in sauce I was served eggs cooked into a giant pile of arugula. Not only was it less tasty than traditional shakshouka, it was also infuriating to eat because everything was stuck together. On top of that, the pile of greens was sitting in a broth that made everything soggy. Anytime I tried to cut into an egg, the yolk immediately seeped out and disappeared into the broth. I really wonder why they chose to put this on the menu instead of actually shakshouka. Or if this dish was the choice to be on the menu that it shouldn't be called shakshouka as it does not fit the definition of what that dish actually means. My other gripe would be the house made jam that was supposed to be blueberry but mostly tasted like cinnamon. The taste was also very heavily powdered cinnamon which also threw off the mouth feel of the jam as well, more akin to sawdust unfortunately. The decor is beautiful and we had good service (both the host staff and our waitress were awesome) but the food could be so much better.

Since we were celebrating a birthday, we finished with the delicious Bread Pudding for dessert. It was topped with creme and fresh blackberries.
