I have been coming here regularly since they opened about a month ago. I'm always there fairly early morning. I love sitting under the giant oak, a little sun on my face, drinking my coffee with my faithful dog, Bubba, by my side. Saratoga on a weekday morning has that lazy, small-town feel, and Pop Haus is now my favorite spot to experience it. Today I splurged and added the salmon toast. Talk about FRESH! Wow! It starts with a delicious multi-grain sourdough that is soft inside with a nice exterior crust. That allows me to take a bite without everything falling off which happens when the bread is too tough, yet without losing the signature sourdough crunch. It is topped with just the right amount of cream cheese, on top of which sits the most delicate, fresh, mouth-watering salmon I've ever had. The micro-greens, sliced cherry tomatoes, and miniature cucumber slices make it feel like you are eating straight from a garden. Topped with just the right amount of salt and pepper and we have a Good Morning Saratoga moment! When I come in, Pierce is always working. His service is excellent - attentive, thoughtful, intelligent, welcoming - all wrapped up in an overall positive vibe that matches the fun, artsy, vibrant, interior aesthetic. What a fun discovery in Saratoga area. I love coffee spots and this new place hit the bulls eye in terms of vibes. A great indoor and outdoor space and very calm and beautiful ambience. We placed our orders at the counter and they said someone would call our name when it's ready. We got the rose latte and orange marzipan. It wasn't too sweet so it was great. Also got the salmon toast and the walnut ricotta toast which were kinda perfect. The almond croissant was good but I wish they heated it up so it didn't taste as good as it could have. I was expecting more baked goods but didn't find many. The items on the menu were on the pricer side.. an avo toast or a ricotta toast for $15.5 seemed a little on the higher side.. the coffees averaged around $7.5 ish and some are specialized ones so I get it. Overall I liked the space and the coffees and would be back again here soon. read more

Large outdoor patio space with shade was a highlight - vv comfortable and inviting, you wanted to stay awhile. Inside was colorful and hip. Back to the point, needed hip music to set a vibe. Coffee: got an Americano to set the tone. Not bitter, not super acidic. Pretty solid coffee flavors, maybe a tad too mild for me, somehow tasted a little too watered down despite being an 8 oz. What a beautiful new coffee shop in downtown Saratoga!! This place has a beautiful and spacious interior, with so much seating and gorgeous and lively interior decoration. They have plenty of outlets inside if you wanted to come get work done. They have pretty strong wifi as well. It is Pop Haus Guest and the password is pophaus2026. Coffee was absolutely delicious. The dalgona was perfectly sweet but still strong. Decent price of $8. The toast was also delicious however a little pricey, $16. Baristas were super friendly and lovely. There is street parking or a nearby parking lot. On weekends it might be difficult for a spot. Im so excited to come back! read more

Love me some iced coffee! And this place is located on our way to Hakone Gardens. Stopped by for a quick caffeine pick me up, and I ordered the iced Dalgona coffee. It was the perfect balance of strong with a hint of some sweetness. Indoor seating was very nice; we sat in a small parlor type with some vibrant art pieces on the walls. Disappointed I forgot to take a pic of this particular room, cause the ambience was fun and the perfect amount of privacy when you're hanging out with a small group. So excited for this place to open! As a fellow Armenian and Georgian, it is wonderful to have a proper coffee shop right in the heart of Saratoga. The iced latte I had was flavorful and perfectly balanced. Their entire food selection looks excellent, from the beautiful pastries to the breakfast selection. I ordered the avocado toast, and it was delicious, actually seasoned and not bland. It is also wonderful to see a business stay true to authentic, traditional baking ingredients and classic recipes rather than catering to fads. They have a variety of bakery items and even offer wine and bubbles! their beverage menu selection is slightly limited, but nothing short of amazing. pair your drink with a pastry, toast, flatbread, and/or a salad! the shop itself is incredibly decorative, and i love the outdoor seating area. I ordered a Dalgona Latte (less sweet), and it was delicious!! It's a must-try. This coffee shop just had their grand opening yesterday. We were passing by on our way to castle rock to go for a hike, I'm so glad we stopped by on our way back from the hike. The decor inside and outside was so cute! They took over the cinnabar tasting room, so we kinda laughed when we discovered that not only is it coffee and food, but they also have wine and charcuterie. The staff was really friendly and outgoing. My sister and law both had the Cardamon Rose Latte. Mine was the iced and hers was the hot. I thought it was adorable that they actually put a little rose on top of my drink since it was iced. We had their avocado toast and a coconut pastry, they were both so good. The avocado toast was a good size, definitely shareable. The avocado paired with the balsamic vinaigrette, and sun dried tomatoes was perfect! The coconut pastry was very moist and had really great flavor! This will definitely be a go to place after our hikes to treat ourselves. I also really liked the large outdoor area that was not only kid friendly, but it was pet friendly. I'd say if you're in the Saratoga area and in the mood for some coffee and a small bite, stop by and check this place out. read more

Recently discovered this new cafe in downtown Los Gatos and it is lovely in every way! There is a nice shady terrace as well as a neat indoor space. The food, coffee and teas they serve are absolutely amazing and yummy! I am a big tea drinker and they have this beautiful blooming pot of tea which I absolutely love! This is a family owned business and the owners are incredibly nice. Will definitely be coming back here regularly, thank you! read more

The refreshers aren't very strong flavored: blue lemonade just tastes like lemonade, pomegranate strawberry was actually more respectable and interesting. ~7 for each though. Ask for light ice at minimum- it's like 2/3 ice. It is a nice stop for a quick stop, workers are nice, but it's not unique (for a coffee / refresher spot) enough to be notable IMO. good viewing spot for cars though Might be good for food but it was as pricey as expected. Good to check out, chill spot, but not as notable as the aesthetic inside makes it out to be. Hope it develops into something more unique! Want to come back. read more

This is a cute new coffee shop that has good potential. Plenty of seating room and a cheerful interior. However, none of their pastries, toasts, or flatbreads are offered with gluten free options. This is really disappointing for those of us who cannot eat the regular breads and leaves us with no options. The latte was fairly lackluster, and I'm happy they had alternative almond milk options, but the drink was nothing special. It was quite watery and could have been better presented. Overall, it's a nice space with potential, but the lack of any gluten free options and watery coffee didn't live up to the atmosphere. I hope they continue to refine their offerings. read more

The environment of the coffee shop is really cute, and I really appreciate how much space there is to work and spread out and not feel like you're in each other's space. I liked my latte a lot! The syrup tasted homemade and I like their funky glasses they use. The wifi didn't work, which, it happens, it's forgivable. My biggest quip is the portion of wine serving. I paid for a glass of wine and was hit with what I would call a half pour at most - they said that's the standard they're supposed to pour, but as someone who has worked in the restaurant industry for over a decade, I know what a standard pour is supposed to be, and for a full priced glass, I would hope for an actual glass of wine. It feels a bit like they're trying to skimp so they can get more out of the bottles. read more

I have high hopes for this place! Opening in downtown saratoga isn't for the faint of heart! The place is cute, lots of seating, cute insta worthy esthetic. For opening day with a line things seemed to move fairly quickly. They have a good size menu with some fun coffee and non coffee drinks. We got the raspberry lemonade and blue lemonade and those were a hit with the kid, refreshing and tasty. We ordered the Cardamom Rose Latte and Orange Marzipan Latte which were not made correctly, or at least I'm hoping that was the case! Both drinks lacked the described flavors, I think first day jitters so we are planning to try them again! We also got the chicken pesto flatbread which was good decent size to share.
