They take their time answering questions, giving recommendations, and making sure everything is just right. You can really feel how much they care about their customers, and they always make us feel welcome. The drinks are amazing and always fresh and flavorful. There are so many great options, and everything we've tried has been delicious. My mom absolutely loves the panda waffle and looks forward to it every time we visit. My 3 year old niece gets so excited to go for the "balloons," aka the boba. It's the cutest thing, and the staff is always so sweet with her. Teazen tea is my go to for one specific smoothie. The Okinawa smoothie. By mistake on the kiosk I order the milk tea version thinking it was the smoothie. When I received my order I realized it wasn't the right drink. I politely asked the girl if there was anyway it can be remade for the smoothie and she told me there was no smoothie version. I went back to the kiosk and rest assured there was. I offered to pay the price difference just to blend it. The girl was standoffish and the guy with curly hair agreed to make it. Then proceeded to say a whole new drink would need to be purchased since cream and ice is needed to blend. Didn't know cream and ice cost 8 dollars to add in. Pretty disappointed since I drive a good 25 minutes to this spot. Staff on duty were not hospitable as usual when the owner is there. Their tea is consistently good, I've never gotten an order I didn't like. I decided to try their food this time so I ordered egg rolls and taiyaki with custard filling. The egg rolls were very good, they were really fresh and crispy. The restaurant poked a hole in the top of the container so they didn't steam while in there and I appreciate that. The taiyaki is good when it's nice and warm but I wasn't a fan of the texture of the custard inside- it wasn't super creamy and I just wasn't a fan. Can you say DAIRY FREE? Instead of milk, TEAZENTEA uses a soy-based creamer which is perfect for me as I need to be lacto-free. Moreover, I am unable to handle caffeine, but there are plenty of options that are caffeine-free, as well. For my order, I ordered a mango smoothie at 50% sugar which was sweet enough and refreshing. My buddy ordered the same drink, but added popping bobas which added texture and sugar. We enjoyed our drinks. In addition to beverages, there are snacks to complement the drinks. Our Sunday School middle school leader team came here for a post service team bonding event. Normally, as a senior citizen, I would not pick boba tea for a place to go hang, but here we were with our team members, and I learned that I like at least this one boba place! I ahd a mango smoothie with popping bobas. I liked the fresh mango taste and the popping bobas were fun as well as tasting good as well. They were not a gummy annoyance as some bobas can be (I've had some inferior boba in the past, which is why it would not normally be my first choice). My wife had a Passion Fruit with mixed fruit juices. It was refreshing and had a solid passion fruit taste. We both ordered half sweet, vs. full sweet, which was a good choice for us. It was still sweet but didn't overwhelm the flavors or our blood sugar numbers Service was great. The ordering is very efficient and they get your order out reasonably quick. Absolutely loved trying this boba spot in Downtown Saratoga! This is a family and Asian-owned boba shop on the corner of the intersection with limited parking but street parking in the back. The staff told me about their most popular sellers and about the business. The interior is also decorative and modern, perfect for work, studying, and catching up with friends. As for the drinks, I got the TeaZenTea, which was crisp and delicious; I personally liked this classic milk tea than chain boba spots. My sister got the Taro smoothie and loved it. Was in the mood to try something new and stumbled upon this place, so I figured it'd be worth a try. The parking is extremely limited, but there's some outside street parking on a one-way street if need be. The parking however isn't exactly the most convenient, so I'd recommend just walking or biking there instead if you have the ability to. The place was somewhat busy when I got there, with tables to do work on and darker colored interior design, but there is a kiosk to order alongside the regular baristas. The menu was a little overwhelming but I ultimately decided to get the Strawberry Cow, which I believe takes on the form of matcha with strawberry foam. There was a bit of a wait to get the drink, but somehow it was still much faster than I had expected. The matcha was just okay. Had it just been the matcha along, I would've given this maybe three stars. The strawberry foam, on the other hand, was AMAZING. The foam singlehandedly adds an extra star for me, with its sweet yet fruity strawberry flavor that blends very well with the matcha when you mix them well. Emphasis on the mixing part. Once they started to blend together the drink started tasting much better than when it was just the matcha. I wouldn't call it divine, but it's good for what it is. As another tip for anyone going to this place, make sure to go for half of the sweetness level that you normally go for, because it was already pretty sweet for me when I had it set to only 50% as someone who is normally fond of sweet stuff. This seems to be the only boba place in Saratoga. Inside the spot, it looks nice with the light up signs and velvety nice chairs. Their menu is extensive for sure. I asked the girl that was working there about milk choices, which she told me that they use non-dairy creamer or soy-based milk, but no real milk as an option. I've very particular when it comes to milk tea as I only want real milk in my milk teas. So I ended up getting a slush.. I got the lychee slush with boba while my sister got Mango tea. It was okay. The flavor tasted pretty artificial. My sister liked her Mango tea, but I didn't really like mine. Stopped by on a Sunday afternoon to check out the soft opening, surprisingly, not super busy. The parking lot is a bit small, but there is lots of free parking on the side of the street. The interior is pretty big w/ a couple tables to one side + a sofa on the other to relax on while you wait for your drink. Not sure if they have WiFi, but def has a nice ambiance & the type of place you could bring your laptop to work at! I've never been to Teazen before + the menu is super big and overwhelming, but the cashier was super friendly & gave us suggestions on what to order, so we landed on the Matcha Strawberry (70% sweetness!) + Honeydew smoothie. I've made it my mission to try every Matcha Strawberry at every boba shop & have been SO disappointed every single time, but I actually really liked it a lot from here! Would definitely say that the drinks here do run on the sweeter side though, so make sure to adjust your drinks!! Other than that, if I was in the area again, would definitely come back! Downtown Saratoga has been in need of a boba spot since Tea Lyfe down the street closed. The high schoolers need their fix! Came in half an hour before closing on a random weeknight (sorry!) and got a simple jasmine milk tea with honey pearls. Asked the barista for her recommendation on sweetness and went with 75%, which in hindsight was a good choice. The drink came out quickly (but to be fair I was the only one waiting for a drink), so service is an A+! I'll have to see how they do during peak times. The drink itself was tasty: A noticeable jasmine floral flavor, without being too tannic. Just a nice classic jasmine tea. The sweetness scale skews towards the sweeter side, especially with the honey boba - I'd recommend 75% or 50% if you're getting a topping that has syrup. The pearls were good, even for the end of the day - still chewy and fresh. Will definitely be back to try their other options! read more

I've been here twice since the soft opening last month! Both times there was a steady line to order drinks, but the baristas were able to keep up with the orders and made the drinks well. I asked the person taking my order for drink recommendations both times and really enjoyed the drinks he recommended based on my flavor and sweetness preferences. I was driving by the area on the way to pick up my mom for lunch and unfortunately got a flat tire in front of this shop. It was a hot day and as I was waiting for my tow truck one of the workers came out and brought me a drink to cool off! I was so amazed by the service since I wasn't planning on buying a drink either. The worker's name was Daniel, and he told me to cancel the tow truck since he could put on my spare. I was beyond grateful! The service was better than the Ritz Carlton!
