Can you say DAIRY FREE? Instead of milk, TEAZENTEA uses a soy-based creamer which is perfect for me as I need to be lacto-free. Moreover, I am unable to handle caffeine, but there are plenty of options that are caffeine-free, as well. For my order, I ordered a mango smoothie at 50% sugar which was sweet enough and refreshing. My buddy ordered the same drink, but added popping bobas which added texture and sugar. We enjoyed our drinks. In addition to beverages, there are snacks to complement the drinks. To my surprise, there is a QRC for free wifi which you don't see too much these days.

Our Sunday School middle school leader team came here for a post service team bonding event. Normally, as a senior citizen, I would not pick boba tea for a place to go hang, but here we were with our team members, and I learned that I like at least this one boba place! I ahd a mango smoothie with popping bobas. I liked the fresh mango taste and the popping bobas were fun as well as tasting good as well. They were not a gummy annoyance as some bobas can be (I've had some inferior boba in the past, which is why it would not normally be my first choice). My wife had a Passion Fruit with mixed fruit juices. It was refreshing and had a solid passion fruit taste. We both ordered half sweet, vs. full sweet, which was a good choice for us. It was still sweet but didn't overwhelm the flavors or our blood sugar numbers Service was great. The ordering is very efficient and they get your order out reasonably quick. The staff is professional but friendly and patient. The store is clean and overall it really made me want to come back sometime.

Absolutely loved trying this boba spot in Downtown Saratoga! This is a family and Asian-owned boba shop on the corner of the intersection with limited parking but street parking in the back. The staff told me about their most popular sellers and about the business. The interior is also decorative and modern, perfect for work, studying, and catching up with friends. As for the drinks, I got the TeaZenTea, which was crisp and delicious; I personally liked this classic milk tea than chain boba spots. My sister got the Taro smoothie and loved it. She said she's never a Taro drink like this before (in a good way). I will be coming back to try more of their drinks or even than Pandan Waffle!

Too much ice and it is a cheating business I didn't get much drink it's all iced up When u spend 7.07 just for this over iced coffee

I ordered the dalgona iced coffee with a whole milk - the taste 7-10 but the downside is look how much ice they put And when u spend 7.27$ just for this It's a full off ice and Instead they should ask how much ice u want. They are saving the cost so cheap but they are good in asking how much sugar u want to add but not asking ice quantity is a cheating business. Very clever this is not 1st time happened. Overall u get low quantity items in your drink which is disappointing.

I found this place while going for a walk, super cute place with nice comfy furniture. Employees very friendly and welcoming. I ordered a strawberry matcha with strawberry foam, Pandan waffle, and the Ube Mochi that has taro filling!!! They make fresh mochi every morning and it's so soft and chewy. Everything I ordered was super yummy and flavorful so I bet the rest of the menu is just as delicious. I was on my quick break from work and was on a time crunch and didn't wait no longer than 5 minutes to get all my goodies. The staff member, Daniel was very helpful and kindly suggested the perfect options for my cravings at this time, I will definitely be going back the next time I work in this area.

Was in the mood to try something new and stumbled upon this place, so I figured it'd be worth a try. The parking is extremely limited, but there's some outside street parking on a one-way street if need be. The parking however isn't exactly the most convenient, so I'd recommend just walking or biking there instead if you have the ability to. The place was somewhat busy when I got there, with tables to do work on and darker colored interior design, but there is a kiosk to order alongside the regular baristas. The menu was a little overwhelming but I ultimately decided to get the Strawberry Cow, which I believe takes on the form of matcha with strawberry foam. There was a bit of a wait to get the drink, but somehow it was still much faster than I had expected. The matcha was just okay. Had it just been the matcha along, I would've given this maybe three stars. The strawberry foam, on the other hand, was AMAZING. The foam singlehandedly adds an extra star for me, with its sweet yet fruity strawberry flavor that blends very well with the matcha when you mix them well. Emphasis on the mixing part. Once they started to blend together the drink started tasting much better than when it was just the matcha. I wouldn't call it divine, but it's good for what it is. As another tip for anyone going to this place, make sure to go for half of the sweetness level that you normally go for, because it was already pretty sweet for me when I had it set to only 50% as someone who is normally fond of sweet stuff. Overall an alright experience. Just remember to shake well before drinking! And also make sure to go for half of the sweetness level that you normally go for, because it was already pretty sweet for me when I had it set to only 50%.

This location used to be a Starbucks that I used to frequent and is now a cute little Asian tea and snack spot. The pandan waffle was great. Friendly efficient staff. I hope they are successful, I worry this spot does not get a lot of foot traffic and it was empty when I was there.

    Macaroon the best

They have so many options that was freshly made, and they provide a good service. It makes you feel homy. Daniel the guy is accommodating as usual and serves fast.

Wife and I were in town for a concert at Mountain Winery and had time to kill beforehand. Decided to grab some boba and found this new spot. Ambiance: 5/5 Cool new spot. Some lounge couches and a few tables. Faint music playing in the background. Design of shop is simple. Service: 5/5 Workers were very friendly and explained their reward program. Food: Taro Coffee Cloud 5/5 Well balanced. I got it at 50% which was perfect for me. Vietnamese coffee 4/5 Wife got it 50% sweet but coffee was a little bitter for her. WAFFLES!!!!! Serving is BIG! Enough to share. Pandan Waffle 5/5 Ube Waffle 5/5 Both were delicious. Crispy on outside and moist inside. Be aware: there is coconut in the mixture for the waffles. We like coconut so we loved it. Wish they open location in SAN MATEO!

Nice ambiance. They have couches to hang out and relax. This is a new boba place in Saratoga and they have 20% off for their soft opening only until Aug.2 Friday! They have 2 clean restrooms. Just Parking is limited but you can park on the streets. I tried the creme brulee matcha, it was good. I'll try their fruit teas next time :)

The coffee I had (vanilla honey latte) was woefully light in any coffee flavor. It mostly tasted like sugar milk. The "cinnamon"scone I ordered, turned out to be a cinnamon RAISIN scone. That is an important difference that was not advertised. I am okay with raisins, but would have chosen a different scone had I known that. It was a mediocre scone that I would not order again. As other reviewers have noted, there are no prices on the menu board. It is a guessing game as to the prices and you do get a surprise when things are rung up. I don't like the lack of disclosure. They don't take cash. Now, this is clearly stated on the sign by the counter and I do understand the business reasons for doing this, but I am not fond of limiting customer options to only using cards. It's quite different from a typical boba shop, focusing more on fruit-based and creative specialty drinks, with several unique combinations that you don't see very often. This visit, I ordered the Avocado Snow Ice drink, the signature milk tea, and a durian drink. The avocado drink was probably the biggest surprise of the day. It tasted like real avocado rather than artificial flavoring, with a rich and creamy texture. The grains and seeds at the bottom added an interesting layer of texture, making it feel more like a dessert than a drink. The signature milk tea had a noticeable tea flavor and wasn't overly sweet, making it easy to enjoy. As for the durian drink, it delivered exactly what durian lovers would hope for--strong aroma, rich flavor, and a texture similar to a durian milkshake. The packaging also deserves a mention. The designs are distinctive and eye-catching, giving the brand a unique identity and making the drinks great for photos as well. Prices are a bit higher than your average boba shop, but the quality of ingredients and creativity behind the menu make it feel justified. After trying boba and tea shops for years, it's refreshing to find a place that offers something genuinely different. Not every drink will be everyone's favorite, but the menu is memorable enough to make you want to come back and explore more. Overall, a solid first visit, and I'll definitely be back to try some of their other specialties.
