Great customer service experience when I needed to make a return recently, I had picked up an order…read moreat a different location and when I got home I realized the wrong items were in the bag (only time I didn't check before leaving the store). Not wanting to return to that location again, I stopped into the Framingham location while in the area. I don't know her name but the woman who did my return had a greenish blue tint in her hair and she was very sweet. I thought to check the Easter clearance before leaving and found 2 of the 3 items I actually did need, so I purchased those and hopefully I can find another next year. Everything worked out well thanks to the Framingham store!

There wasn't a huge variety at the time I was there, but I think a lot of stuff got cleaned out for graduation . They also have a new area by the front door that is for Birthdays, which could be a cute idea for your crafty wee ones! The store always is pretty well stocked has lots of fun craft ideas for kids and is always super clean and organized ! I only wish that they still had regular registers instead of those self checkouts. It seems they've reduced staff. Make sure to look for coupons on their app or online before you check out. They usually have at least 20% off somewhere. Lots of parking as it's in shoppers world, but that corner can get pretty packed.

They are extremely competitive price wise, they have a fantastic collection of hobby boxes, always willing to work with you on very fair trades or deals with multiple boxes. I have purchased hobby boxes online and from other stores and have been skunked more times than I can count but the hit rate/bang for buck when I buy from Baystate is far and away better than anywhere else. I have personally hit multiple 1/1s, case hits, dream cards out of the boxes I purchased here. There is not another store in MA that can compare to their prices. They get direct from dealer and I have grabbed boxes from fresh hobby cases so there is no games played. HIGHLY RECCOMEND!
