I surely would have been fine waiting in line like the "old days" when you ordered, they put it on a tray for me to take to a table. The people working here are very nice, doing everything they can, but there seemed to be only 3 or 4 for the entire store. One lady had to manage the front-end and deliver food to the tables. Since my order was not ready, I ended up finding myself a seat. Good thing I did too, it was another ten minutes before my food was ready. They were so slow in here preparing the food that a driver pulled up to pick up a delivery that they just left without the food. I feel bad for that person that ordered food. In fact, you can tell that they were more concerned with the people using the drive thru than they were with the people actually inside the building. I know that you need to be attentive all around, but ignoring one group of people over another doesn't accomplish this. Car hop didn't say anything but we immediately noticed the error at first sip. When we asked for the blasts to be remade we were told the machine was out of order and there was no way to notate this on the app (We received a refund). Most recent issues have also stemmed from the app - for weeks (3-4) the Solomons location shows offline in the app and they will not honor the deals nor prices listed in the app. The establishment has removed the ordering equipment from several stalls although it mostly looks clean around the ordering areas, it makes you wonder if this location is on its way out.
